    I will start from the beginning. One week ago, I woke up and noticed I got banned from Discord due to "Child Safety" but there was no message attached to it. Of course I started to panick, sent appeals and later on requested a review for this decision. I was completely clueless and was going through h*** during that day. I also wondered how I could get banned so easily, my account was made 2018 and it never broke any rules before; it was always on "All Good" and out of nowhere I got banned. But later that day I got unbanned and was completely relieved, I reflected my own behavior and decided to take care of my language because I dont want this to happen again.And then one week later, as I had just finished a game and rated the game in my friends dms, suddenly I got logged out again and I got banned again. Again for Child Safety, but now a message from February. There was no ****, no mentioning of minors nor anything, it was rather an unfunny joke of me where I was 17 during that time. As soon as I got my first ban, I already reflected my behavior and decided I will never act like this again (joking about stuff), but still, Discord banned me over a message of February again. No warnings, again immediate ban.I went through h*** past these 4 days, I requested a review for this, no answer. I submit appeals, it get marked as resolved ************ scared of losing my account, panicking and overthinking much. I already changed my behavior, I dont want to do jokes like those anymore, but yet Discord banned me over one small message on February and deemed me as a pedo I only believe that I mightve gotten banned again because of a Discord Bot, but this is seriously not nice at ****** just asking for an human being to take a look to my request, anyone can see that its an unfunny joke from me. You can also take a look at my recent messages on Discord, theres nothing harmful at all. All I want is my account back to get over this whole overthinking stuff. Please

    The ticket was made yesterday because I hadnt realized my previous appeals were marked as solved. However I requested a review for this decision since Wednesday, but I havent heard of anything yet. 


    I believe that I got banned again because of a Discord Bot and my message was taken out of context.

    My Discord account was permanently banned for "Child Safety" violations without evidence. However, Discord's own responses contain critical contradictions:1. Initial ban: Account "permanently suspended forever"2. Later email: "Discord temporarily limited access after detecting suspicious activity. Remove unfamiliar devices. You will restore full access within a few days."Discord acknowledged account compromise ("suspicious activity detected") but maintains permanent ban. They promised restoration "within days" but failed to deliver. When asked to remove devices from settings, I cannot access a banned account - logical impossibility.I've submitted multiple support tickets (numbers available) - only received automated responses.     I reject Discord's generic template response. This is the SECOND identical response that completely ignores documented evidence:

    1. Discord's own email dated August 12 acknowledged "suspicious activity detected" and promised restoration "within days"
    2. This contradicts their current claim of confirmed violations
    3. No specific evidence provided despite multiple requests
    4. They are contradicting their own written promises

    Discord is providing template responses instead of addressing the documented contradictions in their own communications. I request BBB escalate this to binding arbitration as Discord refuses to acknowledge their contradictory statements and broken promises.

    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended for child safety by Discord off of their platform for a crude joke made towards a friend.I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.This suspension had occurred around August 4th 2025, my account went by the name nukea****** I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply from a real human back, only their AI copy pasting their reply.These were usually automated responses , without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any action, if no action is taken i will have to go with the choice of arbitraiton.

    The issue here is that Discord refuses to engage with my original ticket, refuses to provide evidence, and continues to rely only on automated replies. This denies me a fair opportunity to resolve the matter and is why I am continuing this dispute.Discord has stated there was also a second violation, yet no evidence or explanation has been provided. I am formally asking for documentation of this alleged second violation, including the content in question, the date it occurred, and the circumstances.     I am rejecting this response because: I want that Discord to provide clarification on the alleged second violation they referenced, including the exact content, date, and context. Without this information, I have no way of understanding what specific action led to the permanent suspension. They haven't responded to my ticket yet which is #********. They not even looking to my case, just rejecting it, like I'm criminal or what lol, because of their ai I have to suffer for it. I apologise if there is misunderstanding but without knowing the cause I got banned which is unfair not even a single chance to rectify the mistake. It's very harsh for one silly pic which is available on internet can get you banned. Seriously, I've been so stressed. Discord is my life, lots of friends in it and with I'm away it's just terrible feeling alone, not able to sleep well, been crying for it and what not. I urge to discord that please give one chance.     I am rejecting this response because: Discord has once again sent me the exact same boilerplate reply without addressing the specific details of my case or the evidence I have raised. They claim a violation but provide no proof, no explanation, and no transparency. I have now received multiple denials, all identical in wording, which shows that my concerns are being ignored rather than properly reviewed.

    I would like the BBB to note that this response does not resolve my complaint. I have been a paying and active user since April 2022, and I have explained my situation clearly. Being dismissed with the same automated language over and over again is extremely unfair.

    If Discord is unwilling to provide me with an actual explanation or evidence for the ban, I will have no choice but to escalate to arbitration as provided under their Terms of Service. I request the BBB to keep this complaint open until Discord addresses my case with an actual human review rather than repeated template responses

    This was july 15th my account was hacked and they were able to be inside my account and they were threatening to get my discord account suspended if i didnt give them money and you can check the log in locations on my account when this accrued and i have emails of them trying to also access my roblox account and i have screenshots while this happened i signed out all account devices and then changed my passwords everything was fine until hours later my account was getting reported and suspended over 10 child safety reports and i have nothing to do with it ive spent so much money and have had discord since 2017 and havent gotten any reports since i had it and any accounts i try to make to tell my friends what happened and try to join old servers i get banned for ban evasion when the issue that accrued wasnt me and i was hoping i could get my account unsuspended. this happened july 15th my account user name is pradatune and my id is ******************. i have tried sending multiple support tickets and i only get automated responses with no help. i have added the account that hacked me and what they did to my account and a ss of the conversation before i signed them out my account.

    Discord's Ai moderation falsely banned my entire account for Child Safety which I absolutely did not contribute to, I did not endanger nor have any conversations with a minor regarding adult topics.     Discord response sends me to a generalized faq section of their page and does not address or resolve the unfair and incorrect action they took against my account. I would like my account reinstated as I did not endanger a child, and I did not ever talk to a minor on discord at any time.

    My Discord account, username _narii (email: ***************************** was falsely suspended over three months ago for an alleged child safety violation. This is now the second false suspension I have received, both involving out-of-context messages likely spam-reported by former acquaintances with personal grievances. I strongly deny any wrongdoing, and these allegations are extremely distressing, damaging to my reputation, and entirely inconsistent with my behavior on the platform. I have a long history of responsible Discord use with no prior violations, and I take community safety seriously.The main problem is that Discord handles appeals almost entirely through automated *********** Every ticket I submitted over the past three months was auto-closed within minutes without any human review or consideration of the context, my intent, or the actual evidence. Despite repeatedly requesting that a qualified ************** staff member review my account history, the messages in question, and the suspicious pattern of reports, no human has evaluated my case. Automated systems cannot interpret context or intent and have now caused serious harm by enforcing a suspension that is entirely unjustified.I am asking only for a fair, manual review of my full account history, the message in question, and the metadata surrounding the reports. Such a review would clearly demonstrate my innocence and show that the suspensions were triggered by false, malicious reporting rather than any real violation of Discords rules. A qualified human reviewer would recognize that I am not a threat, that the messages were misinterpreted, and that my account should be ************* is unacceptable that serious actions like this are determined solely by automation without human oversight. I am requesting BBB assistance to ensure Discord conducts a proper human review so my account can be restored, my name cleared, and this matter resolved fairly, promptly, and professionally.     Im not satisfied but if i reject it bbb will still ignore the situation even after all this effort because of a stupid out of context message i sent a long time ago even through the end no HUMAN decided i was worth the time to look through my account history. It would literally take 10 minutes to see that it was a out of context joke I literally just turned 18. JUST june 4th. Its ridiculous and that discord is letting ai take over its slowly killing its company.

    On august 8th at 10:35 est my discord account was suspended for child safety for a message that was taken out of context and had nothing to do with children. ive tried multiple times to appeal the decision made on my account and time after time again ive gotten the same reply from their ai automated system and no help at all from and actual person. ive explained my situation multiple times and their support has been the least helpful. *** had my account for nearly 5 years now and always follow discords TOS and guidelines and now that their system is acting up many, including myself are getting out accounts suspended for child safety when what we said fell along the lines of tos.

    Hello, I believe my account was banned in error under the Child Safety policy. I sent a medical image to a friend during a private conversation about rare medical conditions. The image in question was sourced from a medical site and was not illegal content. I understand Discord's zero-tolerance policy, and I now realize even educational material can violate the ToS if not shared responsibly. I would like to ask for a human review of my case. Thank you.

    As, I have previously said, it is an image from a medical page. Discord on its own has nsfw channels and servers, so what is the problem with two consenting adults on a call discussing medical problems NOT for the intent to gain sexual pleasure, if you could see anywhere that proves I made my girlfriend uncomfortable I'd understand, but considering both accounts had the ability to access nsfw channels meaning they were 18 plus, am I really breaking discord terms of service. it was in private messages the ban is unfair, unreasonable and most of all wrong.

    My account was permanently suspended today, Juny 28, 2025, for an alleged violation under the Child Safety policy. I strongly believe this action is the result of a misunderstanding and a message being taken out of context. The message in question was part of a specific conversation with no harmful intent whatsoever. It was not directed towards minors, nor did it involve any inappropriate or exploitative behavior. I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply from a real human back. Unfortunately, the isolated interpretation of this message has led to a severe penalty that does not reflect the actual context or intent.l kindly request that you review the full chat history surrounding this message and reconsider your decision.     I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this response because it does not address my issue. The reply I received through BBB was an automated bot message, identical to the ones I have repeatedly received from Discord's regular support system. For over ***** days, I have not been able to get a single human response from Trust & Safety. Every ticket I submit is automatically closed after 1-2 template responses without anyone actually reviewing my case.

    I understand that Discord has rules and procedures, but I expect my case to be reviewed by a human agent, not an automated system. The essence of my complaint remains unresolved if all I get are bot replies.

    I request that BBB notes that Discord has not provided real interaction with a customer and urge ********************** to escalate my case and provide proper human response

    I am rejecting this response because: it still does not resolve the issue. Discord simply repeats that a violation occurred, without providing any details or evidence of what rule was broken, what specific content or action triggered the ban, or when it supposedly happened.
    This type of vague response does not allow me to verify or understand the accusation, and it raises concerns that my account was disabled unfairly, possibly due to an automated mistake.
    I am not asking for special treatment only for transparency and a proper explanation. If Discord has reviewed my case, then it should be able to provide clear and specific evidence of the violation instead of a generic statement. Without that, this issue remains unresolved.
