    I actually ran a complaint through the BBB before, in which I detailed that I was unjustly banned and provided false/inconsistent information. Through that complaint, my issue was solved - but they've done it again, and without even providing a reasoning for my ban when requested to do so. Since my prior reinstatement, I have been especially careful to abide by the Discord terms of service, so I'm lost as to what I could have possibly done. I believe I was once again falsely reported by a disgruntled server member after I had banned them for posting sensitive/disturbing content.Again, Discord is providing conflicting information to me. I am being told that my account was temporarily limited, whereas in-app it is designated as a permanent suspension. This time, the potential offending message has not been shared with me at all, even after I requested it. A prior violation was also used to justify this suspension as well, one of the violations that had been previously disputed and cleared. In fact, the message regarding that prior violation no longer even exists, so I'm unsure why it was brought up again after it was cleared as a misunderstanding.I have since backed up much of my information in response to my prior false suspension just in case, but now the issue lies in re-networking with many peers that I do not have contact with otherwise. Many jobs have been locked behind this suspension, costing me income.I would like to speak with a human representative of Discord's support team and trust and safety team, in which I would like the offending message to be detailed to me. In addition, I will dispute the offense, as I am confident that I have not broken any rules.

    I have so far received only automated responses regarding my account, registered under ****************** I have submitted multiple tickets, some of which were marked solved without any reply. After my prior suspension and reinstatement, I believed these issues were resolved, and that I was proven innocent, having been subject to a mass-report attack on me and my server. I have always been very vocal about my support of the safety of children on the platform, contrary to what Discord appears to be accusing me of, and I have been very careful since my reinstatement not to say anything (such as potentially problematic abbreviations, like CP for Checkpoint or Creator Points, as this was the issue before) that may possibly be misconstrued as against the Terms of Service of Discord. At that time, I was cleared of wrongdoing. To now be suspended again, with no explanation, feels targeted.

    I firmly believe I have not broken any rules. At present, I cannot dispute your claim because none has been provided. I am formally requesting both reinstatement of my account and a clear explanation of the reason for my suspension. I genuinely do not know what I have supposedly done, as this has not been provided to me. Provide me with exact reasoning. Was my account reported directly, and Discord considered some part of my profile problematic? If so, I can change it upon request. Was a message reported? In this case, which one? In all of my review of the Discord Terms of Service, I have not found any messages I've sent between my reinstatement and now that are against them, but if I am mistaken, provide the message so that I may take steps to avoid sending similar messages. Was it another reason? I am of age to use Discord, if that came up somehow. Let me know. I am completely in the dark this time. I understand that work is difficult, but I will remain persistent until this issue is resolved; you have stated your duty as a company to provide proper information in the Terms of Service, and I believe that clause has been avoided.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This is ridiculous. This is identical to the prior response. I provided the correct email in my previous rejection, which leads me to believe that my complaint was not once read or considered. Not only that, but the ticket number I provided in the prior complaint was not utilized, and was set as "Closed" by Discord. Every ticket I open is closed without consideration. The email that is connected to my ********************************** account is ****************** This is also the email tied to my Discord account. I will submit a new ticket on the Discord support website alongside this rejection, though I do not have faith that it will be looked at. I must reiterate: I have provided the correct email with which to address in the ticketing system. I have submitted several tickets, all of which were ignored in favor of automated responses, because the Discord support team, assuredly on my part, does not want to follow their own example as dictated in their own Terms of Service. Future copy-paste or automated responses will only worsen this issue. I want a human response.

    I am filing this complaint to dispute the unjustified permanent suspension of my Discord account. The suspension took place in late August 2025, and I maintain that I have not broken any ******** previous attempts to contact support via tickets were unsuccessful, as I only received automated replies. No human agent ever reviewed my case or took action. I request a proper review and for my account to be reinstated.

    My Discord account was permanently disabled for child endangerment after I made a harmless joke in a conversation with friends: 'fresh meat' ahh. This was not directed at a child, and was not intended to violate any rules.I have had a completely clean history on Discord with zero prior violations or warnings. Despite this, my account was disabled without warning.I attempted to appeal through Discords support system, but every time I received only automated responses. My tickets were closed as Solved twice without ever being reviewed by a human ************** agent. I cannot use the in-app appeal system they reference, because my account is locked.This has left me with no way to have my case fairly reviewed. I am not asking for special treatment, only for my account and history to be reviewed by a human agent instead of being dismissed automatically.

    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.     Complaint:My Discord account (username: enylie) was permanently disabled for alleged ban evasion. This decision is incorrect and unfair, as the account belongs solely to me and has never been used to evade another accounts ban.I have submitted multiple appeals directly to Discord, but each time I received automated responses instead of a human review. I also filed a formal dispute ticket (Ticket #********, closed on September 12, 2025), after multiple ban appeal attempts (e.g., Ticket #********) were handled automatically. Both attempts failed to provide a human review of my ******* brother is handling his own case separately, and I am not appealing on his behalf. I only want Discord to review my account suspension properly, by a human moderator, instead of automated replies.This process has been extremely frustrating and has denied me a fair review. I am requesting that Discord provide a genuine human review of my account suspension so this mistaken identity issue can be resolved.Desired Outcome:I am requesting that Discord conduct a proper human review of my account suspension for username enylie.     Hello,

    Thank you for forwarding Discords reply. I would like to clarify an important point that Discord has overlooked in their response.
    Discord has repeatedly closed my appeals by saying my account was disabled for ban evasion and instructing me to appeal from the account that was originally banned. However, that original banned account does not belong to me. It belongs to my brother, who lives in the same household but is a separate person with his own device, email, and appeals. He is already pursuing his own case separately.
    My account was created, owned, and used solely by me. I have never logged into my brothers account or attempted to evade his ban. This is a case of mistaken identity caused by Discords systems linking accounts from the same household.

    By forcing me to appeal through my brothers account, ********************** is denying me an independent review of my own account. I am not seeking to overturn his ban I am only asking for a fair review of my account as a separate user.

    Desired resolution:

     I request that Discord assign a human Trust & Safety agent to review my account individually, rather than merging my case with my brothers. I would like confirmation of what specific evidence Discord has that my account was ban evading, since I have only ever used my own account.

    I was falsely banned by Discord's AI moderation system on June 22nd of 2025 with the claim that I "violated their child safety rules", yet they refuse to provide proof that I actually did violate any rules and when I make an appeal, only their AI bot replies to me saying "you violated the rules and won't be reinstated". So I made a ticket a few days ago on their website to provide me with a copy of my account data, but they haven't replied or gave me a copy of my account data.

    Discord Restricted My Account for Server Activity I Did Not Know About My Discord account has been unjustly restricted for over five months. This restriction was not caused by my own actions, but because I was a member of a server that was later found to violate Discords Terms of Service.I had no knowledge that the server was breaking the rules, and I did not personally post or engage in any prohibited activity. Despite this, Discord applied an account limitation against me simply because of my membership.When I contacted Discord directly, they confirmed that the enforcement was based solely on my membership in that server, not on any behavior of my own. I am attaching this response as evidence.Punishing a user who did nothing wrong, and who had no awareness of the servers violations, is unfair, disproportionate, and inconsistent with consumer protection standards.
