I tried contacting discord for an appeal its been about almost 2 months now without an reply, i've tried about 15 times to contact them (not spamming them) and all ive gotten is a ***** bot response. I have been falsely accused of child safety and ive gotten no one real to help me i almost lost hope but im here to ask please help me get someone real to review this false child safety ban they leave their AI to their problems and its taking away from their business in my opinion. Hello, I am filing a complaint against Discord regarding the unjust suspension of my account. My account named: thetriplecook. My account was disabled for alleged violation of child safety rules, however I have never engaged in any behavior related to minors, nor have I mentioned, contacted, or interacted with children on the platform. I am seek manual human review, and a reinstatement of my account should the violation be false. I to my understanding, I have no knowledge of the alleged server that caused my account to be suspended and I have not interacted with that server at all. Discord had disabled my account without notice or warning going against their own method of operation on August 27 around 6:15pm I say around as that's the earliest email I have. I've been a Discord Nitro subscriber for years now paying roughly $371.54 I say roughly as these are all the transactions I can confirm through my bank/paypal.I've been falsely accused of breaking their Child Safety guidelines and I've confirmed after analyzing and studying said guideline that I haven't broken anything, Which leads me to this complaint. I had submitted multiple tickets to discord since initially I wasn't even given a reason and I was unable to gain access to my account to view its standing. It's been days since this issue has occurred and its been filled with their automated system almost instantly denying my ticket, marking it solved and not passing it forward to a human reviewer.The way Discord has handled this brings up questions of its integrity and trust in the people as it seems I'm not the only one who's had a similar issue, there are many online that have lost access or were punished less heavy handedly for the same reason, Their heavy reliance on a generic ai system leads an incredible amount grey area for errors like these or actual threats to the guidelines alike. I am rejecting this response because: There was no effort to examine my case and my complaints, the only "response" I was given was a generic account with a profile image of an individual repeating what the ai bot was spamming in slightly different terms. It's clear that if they had bothered to read even half of the tickets they'd see what my issue with the matter was and wouldn't be using vague "guidelines or terms of service" as descriptions to what I was reported for. I can't possibly accept something as lackluster and low effort as this. I've attached screenshots of their "response" in both those tickets I explain what was wrong and in the most recent one in explicit detail as well.

If only one person would actually read through one of the recent tickets like 59947129 for example they'd have everything they'd need to prove that there was no valid violation. I refuse to have a ***** **** such as this be staining my online identity when I know I am innocent and I have simply been arguing with a brick wall.

My Discord account was permanently banned without justification. I believe this action was taken in error. I submitted a support ticket #******** on August 16th, but I have not received any meaningful human response. On a previous ticket, I only received a single AI-generated reply, which did not resolve the issue.I contacted Discord Support through their official site and provided all requested information. Hello, Discord. Not long ago I was banned on your app for child safety. I was talking with a few people when I said something as a joke ONCE. I had no violations on my account at the time. I realized what I did was wrong, but got immediately banned from the app. As a minor, I don't understand why I'd seriously attack another minor on the app, as my only intention is to talk with my friends. My account being banned means I lose access to all my peers, and close friends. I am filing this complaint because I have been wrongfully suspended from the Discord platform. I firmly maintain that I have not violated any of Discords Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, and therefore believe my suspension should be lifted immediately and my account fully reinstated.This suspension occurred around June 2025 . Since then, I have made multiple attempts to appeal through Discord Support with valid evidence consisting of screenshots and screen recordings proving my case. Hi, thank you for reviewing my case and lifting the ban but the issue here is that right after you lifted the suspension on my account, the account was hit with 2 violations for harassment and bullying and hateful conduct before I could even log into the account. I received the email of my account being hit with its violation at 5:01PM and then after that ,receiving the email of my account being lifted of its prior violation at 5:01PM which I found odd as no one was in the account. My accounts standing is now limited. I have attached the emails of the violations put on my account and the email of my suspension being lifted. It would be great if discord staff could remove these accidental violations. Thanks

Can I have a human review this please. My account was given 2 false violations just after I recovered my account before I even logged in. If a human can review this case and remove the false violations it would be great.
Also to add after my account opdingy had its false suspension removed my alt account rrsarx which was made years ago before my opdingy account was falsely suspended is still suspended for ban evasion despite my main accounnt being removed of its false suspension. It would be great if a human discord staff could review this situation and make things right.

I am rejecting this response because:The alleged video ******************************************************** (the same content as the alleged post on X) contains no ******. It was already shared on a public Discord server. I do not have proof of this since I have no access to my account. I have no proof of this since then, but it is clearly presented as a joke, ending with a police raid scene (after 0:15). I understand if it was flagged by an automatic detector or something similar. However, since it was only sent in a private group chat and was meant purely as a joke, I dont believe there is sufficient reason for a permanent ban on my account. I see a change to a temporary suspension as a fair punishment.
I apologize for sending this video, which I deleted even before my account was banned.
