My account was recently banned, but I believe this action was taken in error. I want to clarify that the content in question was not NSFW and was simply a personal video I uploaded. There was nothing inappropriate, harmful, or against Discords Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.I respectfully request that a human moderator personally review my case instead of relying solely on automated systems. I am writing to formally reject the response provided by Discord, Inc. regarding my account suspension.
Discord has accused me of sharing content that allegedly violates their Terms of Service, specifically suggesting that I shared ****************** material (CSAM). I want to make it absolutely clear: I have never uploaded, shared, or distributed any such material. I find this accusation extremely serious, offensive, and damaging, and I categorically deny any such behavior.
The only video I interacted with was one I downloaded directly from Discord itself meaning it was already present on the platform. I did not create it, nor was I aware it may have violated any rules, and at no point was I warned or informed of any potential issue before my account was permanently disabled until the year 2027.
Additionally, my account contains critical professional and work-related materials that I can no longer access due to this unjustified action. I was never given a chance to appeal or even view the alleged violation before the ban was enforced.
I respectfully request that Discord provide:
A full explanation of what specific content allegedly violated their guidelines.
Evidence showing that I intentionally uploaded such content.
A reconsideration of my account status, especially since no warning or prior notice was given.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Wrongful Account Suspension and Repeated Automated Bans on Discord Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a complaint regarding Discords handling of my account suspension and the lack of a proper appeals process.Couple of my 2022 messages was flagged under Discords Child Safety policy. The message was taken completely out of context it was a careless meme reference from when I was a teenager trying to be edgy on an edgy server, with no harmful intent.After this, I attempted to appeal through official channels: I submitted multiple tickets through **********************************. However, none of my tickets were ever reviewed by a human moderator. Every response I received was automated, and my case was never properly *********** addition, I encountered a serious technical issue with the Discord Status appeal system. When I submitted an appeal there, the automated system would temporarily lift the restriction but then immediately re-apply a new suspension for the exact same deleted message. This happened multiple times specifically, I received 3 separate bans for one single message that had already been removed by Discord. Instead of resolving the problem, each appeal only created a new duplicate ban.Because of this, my account history now incorrectly shows 7 suspensions, even though several of them are duplicates for the same violation.I have been a Discord user for more than 8 years, and I have financially supported the platform by purchasing Nitro and profile items. Hello, my account recently got permanently suspended on Discord. One person who I know reported me, didn't even mean to report me. Also, my little sister was on my account and was saying really inappropriate stuff which I think contributed to the ban. I also suspect someone has been in my account without my knowledge because Ive seen messages I have never sent on my account and whatnot. I've had this account for years and have never ever gotten limited or suspended or anything. I think it's uncalled for that I've gotten permanently suspended and not a warning, at least. Someone I know who was saying extremely inappropriate things only got suspended for two days. I asked Discord, can I at least get the leniency of a warning? I also stated that it was not me sending those messages, it was my younger sister. Also, a while ago hacker/scammer got into one of my friends accounts on ********************** and messaged me something fake to get me to click on a link. I did click on the link and ever since then weird stuff has been happening in my account and multiple people that are blocked from my account without me ever blocking anyone. A few weeks ago my account was reported with malicious intent to falsely ban my account. ********************** immediately banned my account without actually reviewing content, and for that there are no reasons stated that align with my false ban, in fact, there are no proper reasons listed at all for my ban. Discord has not had a human review my tickets and recently has just ignored me entirely. I requested that a human review the reports and to show proper proof that warrants a ban, but Discord has done nothing towards my request. I hope for my account to be reinstated as I've maintained community guidelines and terms of service since creation, and to be banned without an explanation is incredibly unfair to anybody. I am writing to report an unfair account termination by Discord, Inc.On June 9, 2025, my account (ID: ******************* was permanently banned with the justification ban evasion. I dont know what happened to my account I was asleep and randomly my account got banned. The only thing that I can think of that may have caused my account to randomly be locked is when I changed my boyfriend and Is served avatar to an NSFW image. I had changed it to that image and the account got locked 30 minutes later. I had sent in an appeal and have heard nothing back in about a month. I noticed that my nitro was taken off of my account too. ********************** told me to check my standing to see what got me banned but it says child safety, but neither my boyfriend or I are minors. I have sent in multiple support and appeal tickets asking what have I done because they claim that the discord standing system will explain to me why my account was suspended, but whenever I go to see what happened it gives me no clue as to why it happened.
