    Hello,I was instantly permanently banned from Discord after I reported a DIFFERENT user I did not know. This person was soliciting me for some kind of scam, and I responded by warning our server about them and reporting them to discord. You banned the wrong person. I do NOT know or have prior contact with whoever that individual is.Please have my appeal reviewed by a human, they will be able to correct this problem. I have been a paid member for some time and request that this be corrected as soon as possible.Please reinstate my account and ********************** Nitro status ASAP.Thank you.

    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.This suspension had occurred in around August 26th, 2025.I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply from a real human back.These were usually automated responses , without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any action

    I use Discord to earn money as a freelance programmer, and a few days ago, I was suspended for child safety. I haven't been told why I was banned or violated any rules of the platform. I was told that I would be banned when I signed up only if I violated their terms of service or guidelines, but I did not. I tried to reach out to their support line, but I only got automated responses from bots without any real human even reading my appeals. This has cut off my source of income and I need help.

    I was wrongfully temporarily banned on discord for child safety for replying to a artist about said art. This comment that was flagged was made 1446 days ago on 09/17/2021. I've included a screenshot of the temp ban and don't feel its fair that discord is using AI to wrongfully ban people. I would like a human to review my ban. I've also been a nitro + member for over 2 years now.

    Around a month ago, my Discord account under the username "angeleffect" was terminated due to an oversight in Discord moderation system. Since I play the game "Geometry Dash" a lot, and discuss it with others on the platform, the games statistics often come up as topics. One of these stats, named "Creator Points", is commonly shortened to "CP" to save time, which gets flagged for child safety by Discord.After filing a complaint to the BBB regarding this incident, Discord redirected me to their support portal, as I had not yet made a ticket there, which is fair. However, in my original complaint, I specified that I wanted a *person* to make contact with me, Discord failed to fufill that ask though, and instead threw out a bunch of bot responses that left me feeling like I was negociating with a brick wall.I am now writing this to, once again, ask for a *real human being* to read this complaint, review my account, or to discuss this issue with through whatever means, as algorithms and robots do not have the necessary thinking power to be able to understand context such as this.Thank you.

    My Discord account was disabled for alleged violations of the Terms of Service. I was not responsible for the actions that led to this decision. At the time of the alleged violation, I was not at home and did not have access to my device. Any actions taken on my account were without my knowledge or consent.I attempted to appeal through your support system but only received automated bot responses without any clear explanation of what occurred or why the account was disabled. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but again received a generic denial without specific details.This approach violates your own stated Terms of Service commitment that, We value transparency and work hard to give you context for the decisions we make. I have received no meaningful contextonly automated responseswhich directly contradicts that promise.(4) Desired Resolution:I want someone to clearly explain what actions were taken on my account by the person who accessed my device without my permission. As I have stated, I did not violate anythingI was grounded at the time and could not access my device or ********************** at all. Please understand that it is not fair for someone to be permanently banned for actions they did not commit.     I have been using Discord as a communication platform for many years and am very upset with the moderation. Recently there was an incident in a server I was in where many illegal images (including CSEM) were sent by raiders. These images were quickly deleted and the offending members banned, but before being banned they reported every message in the server. My account was hit with a child safety violation for a reaction gif I sent 6 months ago. The gif was not sexually explicit in any way. It seems I was suspended for mass reporting. I was suspended from using my account for a day and have the violation on my account for 2 years. I sent an appeal and it was rejected for no given reason. I am extremely upset by this. I use Discord for freelance work and this affects my income, as well as causing major distress. I would like the label to be removed from my account, as I have not violated any guidelines, as well as an explanation from Discord. I would also like to speak to a human and not get an automated response. Thank you for your time and consideration.

    Can someone please check ticket #********. My ban has been lifted in this ticket. There is also an Arbitration warning for the ban of the account. Please someone help, My ban had been lifted in ticket #********. Please someone manually review this ticket number for user ID ******************. This user was falsely banned for being in a server I was unaware I was in. I didnt comment in the server type in the server or anything of the ******* ban had been lifted as well, can someone please honor this. My ban was lifted please someone reconsider this.     The suspension was unsubjected and unreasonable, with due projection that the owner of the acoount has held no content that goes against Discord TOS, and heremore-after it doesn't stipulate and or cite a PERMANENT suspension from Discord, rather a limitation on the account, or if so possible would be the removal of the suspension with due reason as there were no plausible cause to terminate/suspend the account. I hold no illegal content, nor would i contest discord on this matter if i were to hold any, i am simply using this opportunity to possibly get to an arbitration case. I have spent alot of money on the platform via in-app purchases and i would atleast appreciate if i got them back.

    #******************* - ticket I want to appeal this decision, because I did not violate any actions, every time I filed complaints through official support, I was answered by the ***** bot, there were no violations on my part, the reason for blocking does not indicate ANY ACTION for which they could give a block, there is no specific message indicated, there is no picture, no gif, there is nothing for which they could block my account, there is simply a violation of the "child safety" rule, but there is no specific reason for what exactly. I was also told every time that they would not reconsider the decision, just as their decision was confirmed that the action in relation to my account violated the rules of their community, although nothing of the sort was indicated in the blocking window in the account itself. I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for an answer and a solution to my problem, since the blocking, my account is 6 years old, for 6 years I also supported them by buying their product "Discord Nitro" and "Server Boosts" to promote community servers on which I was an active user before, now I do not communicate anywhere except local or private servers of my friends and nothing more. I can also provide receipts for purchases from ****** Play, and direct debits from my credit card. You can also see a screenshot where there is no reason for blocking and there is nothing except the window itself with the violation of the rules, I also want to inform you that the text is in Russian because I did not have time to change the interface language before blocking. please help me solve my account problem - zxcpsychokid | ID: ****************** .

    there is no stated reason for blocking the account, I did not send any messages, pictures, GIF, and so on, all the most possible messages that I sent I indicated earlier in my complaints, and there was nothing like that in them, you can check for yourself that I did not have a single contact minors, so that I would get blocked for "child safety" I can also provide screenshots from the phone that show the reason for the blocking but there is no specified message or anything like that. I consider this unfair and negligent towards me as to a user who had been trying to get an unlock and a solution for almost 3 weeks, I want to add that that the discord itself can look at my messages or activity and make sure that I was not distributing anything on the community servers and so on, that I am not guilty.
