My name is ***** ********, and I am filing a complaint regarding my Discord account under the username yoriichi_tsugikuni01.I recently fell victim to a scam on Discord that resulted in my account being compromised. After this incident, my account was taken over by an unknown individual, and I no longer have access to it. This situation is extremely urgent because the account contains my personal conversations, friends, and communities. I am also very concerned that the person who now controls my account may use it to impersonate me, spread scams, or engage in harmful activities under my name.I have attempted to recover my account through *********************** support system, but so far, I have not been able to regain access. I am rejecting this response because:Attached are the relevant tickets and their current status which lists them as "open" and the assignee. It has been over a month and they are unresolved.
The email will not match the email provided by the BBB, I specifically mentioned this in the initial complaint:
"Do not respond with an automated message about how the tickets do not exist or do not match this email address. This tickets exist and is assigned for Discord's privacy/legal team."Please notify the relevant teams / people ********** "Discord Privacy Team") within your organization to handle this ticket if you have insufficient access to view these tickets.
Informing me to create a ticket under the support panel does not assist me when the tickets are automatically closed with a template. This month-long issue requires manual review, not generic template responses.

My username is 9apf. About three days ago, my account was suspended because of something called "child safety." I understand you want to keep everyone safe, and I appreciate that. However, I dont do anything that would harm or involve children, and I think this might have been a ********** seems like the system may have gotten confused, maybe because someone has spam reported my account. Ive tried to ask for help through the usual channels, including one that said Id get a reply within a day, but I havent heard back yet. My account was wrongfully suspended. I have fairly blatant proof that I was targeted by an outside third party abusing the report systems to get me falsely banned. I was receiving violations on my account WHILE it was permanently suspended and unusable. The account was being punished when I couldnt even log into it, it was getting new violations every couple days. Someone was very clearly reporting every message on my account to abuse the incompetent report system. Im not just saying its incompetent out of personal anger either, trying to appeal the violations gets you the same robotic copy and pasted email responses from people who are not even real. Ill attach some images showing someone was blatantly targeting me with the reports system, if you look at the image I attach showing my emails, its pretty obvious discord wasnt giving me violations every two days, someone was blatantly reporting me over and over. I just want discord to restore my account, not only is it from 2018 I lost money when discord suspended the account. I paid for a month of discord nitro and didnt get my entire month, I dont care about losing the money I just want my account back.Business Response
