    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by discord off of their platform, I havent done anything wrong and I belive my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstalled. This suspension had occurred in around September of 2025.I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply from a real human back.These were usually automated responses , without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any action

    Last year I received a false automated warning on my discord account for "Child Safety".There was no explanation as to why and every time I repeatedly tried to appeal, I got bot responses from "Clydebot" and ******* with a generic copy paste message. I was unable to get through to someone.Later this year in 2025, my account was permanently suspended, because a gmod server I had joined in was falsely taken down for "Violent Extremism", even though I had nothing to do with this server, my account was taken down.This discord account is 9 years old, is essential for my online business projects and progress updates. I have paid for nitro for nearly 5 years.I have repeatedly tried and tried appealing through the form, never once have I gotten a human. I tried the phone number for Discord **** I get a few rings then voicemail but never ever any call back.I have tried the Discord Support account on ******* / X, but was told they cannot do anything and was told:"The only contact we currently offer for ************** is our appeals form here: *********************"Manually emailing ********************************** auto gives back an automated *********** appears there's literally no way to contact a human at all, which is utterly frustrating and concerning that it seems like their ************** team are not held accountable for their actions and decisions. It makes me question the legitimacy of the entire process.

    Can I please please get an actual human now? This is the same copy pasted response, clearly it has not actually been looked at.

    "Check your DMs" I cannot, the account was permanently suspended because another gmod TTT/mlp server not even mine was falsely removed for "violent extremism". Somehow I get punished for it despite not interacting with it, in fact I was muting and keeping it in the corner just for emojis for Discord Nitro like many other discord servers.

    Also the original "Child Safety" warning, never referenced a single post or activity to what I did. Appealing back then, got no humans to look at it only Clydebot responses. It was close to the warning expiry date but it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

    I was unrightfully banned for sending a picture of a micro p**** to my friends on a discord group DM. I was given no warning and was permanent banned for child saftey.     On September 1st I was falsely banned from Discord with the reasoning of "child safety violations" and the activity that showed what I had done to have violated the guidelines is my message in a server saying "yes :3". Although they have not stated that anything else was a violation, the conversation did not break guidelines either. I have used Discord for years and only had one other violation, and it was for being in a server where *someone else* broke the rules and I was punished for having a mutual server with them. This is a completely unjustified action on my account and I would like to talk to a human to help me fix this.

    On September 3rd, 2025, my account was falsely suspended for the guideline violation of child safety, because a server I was in had violated that rule. I was not active in that server at all, didnt even talk in it, because I had joined that server solely for emotes and the like. I believe I was falsely suspended, because I havent violated any rules of the sort. I really dont want to lose this account, because of important things I have on there, private servers for different purposes, friends, etc. as well as needing to use discord for school, because the program im in requires discord to communicate. In the future I will monitor any servers Im in regardless of what its for. But I havent violated any rules and I would like my account reinstated. Ive spent a good amount of money on this account as well. I also politely ask that a human review it, and not a bot. At the very least, even a limited restriction would suffice, but I would like my account reinstated.

    I recently got permently suspended from the discord app for "A server you joined" I found the server through the disboard website by typing in community, I didn't type in the server nor did I break any rules i literally joined a few hours ago, I'm sure you guys could check logs of me ever typing there proving I never did, I believe my suspension should be removed as i did not pariticpate in any wrong doings that server did. all I want is to be unsuspendex as I did not do anything wrong.

    My ticket was closed and I was given a automated response once again, I am here asking for a human to review my case because I know I am innocent. I don't think it's fair that my account should be permently suspended for the actions of other people I had no correlation with. Please check Logs to prove I did not type in the server nor was i friends with anyone in that server and I should not face punishment for others rules breaking especially after spending so much money on this app. Thank you.

    My account wasn't disabled it was suspended and I did not violate any Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. I am asking for a human to review my case and check logs because I am innocent and did not engage with such server at all, I am a innocent bystander that did not know what was happening as i was in the server for less then a hour and never checked it, typed in it, nor did I engage. My account standing was in the "all good" category and it is not fair that I lose all my friends, all my progress and all the money I used on the app due to the actions of other people I never even interacted with.

    On August 25 around 5:47 PM my Discord account was permanently suspended after false reports made on it in retaliation by a hacker. My friend's account (User ID ******************* got compromised and the hacker had socially engineered a situation where they tried to breach my account as well. They had me a download an .exe file for a game and somewhere things had gone awry with this process where things seemed to not work. The hacker tried calling me over Discord and finally said they would report my account which they did for child safety. I even have screen captures of the conversation in the direct messages and in the server where they said they would report me. I provided my evidence to Discord via tickets, but they seem to use bots as I am only met with automated responses. In addition to the tickets, I submitted an appeal through Discord Support but also received an automated message where I'm unable to give any details to defend myself. I have not violated any ToS or Community Guidelines, and my 9.5 year old account (User ID ******************* had been in positive standing that entire time. I am also a paying customer who is subscribed to **********************'s annual Nitro plan. I request that my account is properly reviewed and reinstated so I can get back to my social life.
