I was banned from the Discord platform on September 1st, 2025. I have tried numerous appeals through their appeals team, Trust and Safety and all other courses of action. I am not informed as to why my account has been permanently banned, and any attempt to even clarify that mere detail is met with replies from bots who do not address any question I have, and only provide merely standard denial of any request (unbans too, even if it is not mentioned in some of the less-direct appeals). This is ridiculous, and the hurdles to get my account banned are far too high to clear on my own volition if I am not given the ability to even try in the first place. I hope that you may talk to Discord's team with my inquiries to hopefully get my account restored.Business Response

I am submitting this complaint regarding Discords handling of my account suspension. My account was permanently banned on March 27, 2025, without clear justification. Since then, I have submitted numerous appeals, all of which were met only with automated replies. At no point did it appear that an actual person reviewed my case or the explanations I *********** every appeal, I made it clear that I had no intentional involvement with **** servers and that the situation occurred without my knowledge. Despite this, Discord has ignored my requests and continues to withhold access to my account.This account is not merely personal it is tied to important business communications. Being locked out of it has created significant professional disruption. Waiting until 2027 for potential reinstatement is unreasonable and disproportionate.What concerns me most is Discords lack of transparency and the absence of any human response. "Hi, so I just got back from the car ride back to school a few hours ago and happened to hop back on my phone and PC to talk to my friend about games and whatever (specifically the game Hardbullet) and I decided to send a picture to my friend about the ridiculous weapons I'll be using for the next time we get to hop on multiplayer, then I start talking about what our mods are able to do (extreme ****, whatever) then suddenly while I was scrolling TikTok I get a notification from both the Discord app and my Gmail app that my account gets SUSPENDED!? My friend hasn't been responding to me even before the ban, but I reached out to another close friend on Messenger to see if he spotted something up with my account and the other friend's account, to which he says no and just displays a picture of our accounts appearing normal but offline. I originally sent the picture from my iPhone 8 (which i no longer have since i had to delete the photo right after to download security camera footage) but I do not believe the phone was hacked in a way that could replace what I had sent since it is an iPhone and it is not jailbroken. Please take a further look into this since all my important contacts are all on Discord and I have no other messaging app to quickly migrate everything. As if I had anything to migrate at all, since I thought all my data was safe at Discord. Thank you for reading."Above is my initial complaint to Discord. I am extremely dissatisfied with this response. Despite explicitly requesting that my case be reviewed by a human representative, I continue to receive template-style replies that strongly appear to be automated. This is most evident from the fact that responses are consistently sent at highly specific times and are identical to those received by numerous other users who have also reported being falsely banned.
I submitted my request for review on the very day my account was *********** days agoand I have yet to receive any substantive explanation or evidence regarding the alleged violations. Instead, each reply I receive lacks detail and gives the impression that my concerns are being dismissed without genuine consideration.
I must emphasize that I do not accept another automated rejection of my request.
