This complaint is being filed because my account was falsely permanently suspended by Discord off of their social media platform.I haven't done anything to break the guidelines and regulations I have agreed to and I believe my account should be reinstated and my suspension should be lifted.This suspension had occurred in around late August of 2025.I attempted to get in contact with Discord support by making tickets, but all of the replies were not done by a human.These were usually automated responses, without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any action.Business Response

On July 22nd 2025, my Discord account was temporarily suspended and given a warning for child safety after a mass-report was initiated from someone I thought was my friend (see: evidence12.png, in this context "****" is the friend.).I was given no context, no offending message, nor an explanation for what I have done wrong (see: evidence1.png attached below).Despite this, Discord informed me via e-mail that they infact, have explained the violation in further detail, which is of course, not true.I have filed a support ticket aswell as appealed for the violation to be reviewed twice, the ticket that further explained my situation in detail took over a month to be reviewed, and was rejected with no further comment other than it being explained in the moderation note I received (evidence1.png).Like I have stated previously, I believe the child safety violation from July 22nd to be false, as it was the product of a mass-report campaign by the user raincandy.r, who suffered a mental breakdown just a few days prior to my suspension, and reported more people than just **** believe this violation to be an act of faulty AI moderation, as I wasn't even provided with evidence of the offense I have, allegedly, committed.Business Response

The response to my ticket is a blatant lie. I was not given any further information as it claims (in my home language), as you can see in evidence1.png. I have already explained that me, alongside multiple other people, were mass-reported by a person suffering a breakdown, which resulted in action being taken on our accounts by the business' AI system.
I was not given an offending message, I have not even received a message that any offending content I have posted has been deleted, which in my eyes means that nothing in the end was deleted, and it was just my profile that got reported.

To Discord Terms and Safety Team,I am officially seeking arbitration under the Terms of Service of Discord concerning my account being permanently suspended as a result of allegedly committing a Child Safety violation. I would like to make it clear that I do not support this ban and I think that this decision was not fair and was not made after the appropriate evaluation.The suspension was caused by me sharing a video in a private **** channel. I have been an extremely active and supportive user of ********************** for the past 9 years. The account in question was made in 2021 due to personal reasons, and I have since been a subscriber of their subscription service, Discord Nitro, since July of 2021. That's $4.99 every month until January, 2023, and $9.99 every month since. I have spent over $400 using this platform on this account alone. I was the victim of a cyber criminal that used social engineering to persuade me to download a malicious file. My account since has been banned under the pretense that I violated the ToS of Discord, specifically regarding their rules on "child safety". The malicious file I downloaded granted the hackers access to my Discord among other things on my PC, and they posted content that broke these rules of "child safety".I have never broken any rules on Discord, nor gotten my account in any less than pristine standing. I would like my Discord account back. More than that, I would like a human response. I would like a human to just talk to me regarding the actions taken against my account and how unfair they are. I did make a mistake, but I did not do these things that Discord said I did. These people still on their platform, trying to scam people out of their money and doing ACTUAL illegal things, did those things.I have since destroyed all the drives associated with my PC that could have still been infected after running hours of anti-virus scans. I have changed my passwords to everything imaginable just to make sure this does not happen again in any capacity. My Discord account, active since 2017 and Nitro subscriber for almost 5 years, was permanently banned in September 2025 for violent extremism. This is completely false and insulting, as I have never engaged in or supported extremism, harassment, or hate. The ban happened only because I was in two large servers that were later removed. I was not active in them and did not participate in their activities.Timeline: In June 2025, I received my first violation after one such server was removed. I appealed under Ticket #********, but only received an AI auto-response from *****. No human reviewed it, leaving the strike on my account. Then in Sep 2025, another server I was in was removed, and with the prior strike still there, my account was permanently banned.I filed four additional appeals (#********, #********, #********, #********). All were closed instantly with AI replies from ***** or *****, marked solved without investigation. The responses were inaccurate (saying temporary limitation when the account is permanently banned). At no point has my case ever been reviewed by a human.Discords own Community Guidelines on Violent Extremism prohibit organizing, promoting, or supporting extremist organizations, or sharing extremist content. I did none of these things. Being in servers that I had never partaken in or even remembered that were later removed does not violate these rules. By Discords own definitions, my strikes are ********** a minority, being falsely labeled a violent extremist is deeply insulting. As a paying customer with ***** for nearly 5 years, the treatment Ive received is atrocious. I have supported Discord financially and been a loyal user for 8 years, yet Ive been banned unfairly with no human review.I am requesting that Discord remove the false violations, lift the permanent ban, and escalate my case to a human ************** reviewer. Due to the *** put in place by the UK Government, in order to access channels which have been flagged as 18+, UK users have to provide age *************** emails with Discord's Trust and Safety team, I gave them a photo of myself holding my passport and piece of paper with my username on it on August 14th.I got ar reply saying that my information had now been updated. It had not, and I replied to the ticket the following morning saying this. I received no reply.Three days later I chased the ticket, no reply.I made a new general ticket on August 19th, and after tellng them what had happened I was told on the 21st to raise a new ticket with T&S..I raised a new ticket with T&S on the 21st, and was met with an automated reply telling me to do what I had already done in the first ticket, I replied saying that this had been done, and was met with a reply telling me that the age on the account was over 18 and I must be having an issue with a different account, I replied with a screenshot of the profile indicating it was the correct account and that it was not verified, I was met with an automated reply telling me once again to do what I had already done, I replied saying I had already done this, but nothing had been done, I was met with the same reply telling me the same stuff, I replied asking for a human to look at this and was met with a reply telling me that under 18s cannot look at 18+ marked things, and that unless I meet their requirements I cannot do so. I replied saying I had met all of their requirements already, and had been told I would be verified. No reply. I asked if someone was going to look at this ticket. No reply.I raised a general ticket, asking to complain. I was told to raise a ticket with T&S again.On the 30th I raised ticket asking to get this resolved and to complain. ***** ********As I said and I repeat, my account was invaded by hackers who started to enter several servers precisely so that my account would receive these violations, so I contacted discord via ticket to try to solve my problem and help me because I have been using discord since 2018 and I have never had any problems in relation to this.

First of all, I would like to state how i was tricked and muliplated into giving someone server ownership. **** (the person who had gotten ownership then transfered it to ********** made a deal. Here's the following details : ****, a user (michaelinvicta | ******************* ) gets ownership and invests in TGX - They stated they'll use around 600$-700$ as in advertisement as example, they will become active and how me stays as secondary owner and I and some few keep our roles Next thing we know is that **** blocked all of us, gave ownership to his friend ********* and they got a new team to replace us.Why is this important ?Terminators X is the current biggest Roblox child safety community where people from around the world gather to find Roblox inappropriately content and we try to let others report it so it can get taken down. We basically try to be productive so Roblox be a safe and secure platforms for kids !However, we got lied to. We lost the server, our positions, everything we have. Even a ****** employee I spoke to called these liars who got ownership "pricks", and yes he said it. I, on behalf of the entire team include ****, (me) would like to make this ticket for the discord support team to investigate this matter thoroughly and help us. We always wanted one thing and that is to make Roblox a safer place, from pedophiles to condo players to people who do Erotic-roleplay.If you need confirmation that I can and have the right on behalf of the staff team to make this ticket, please let me know so I can send you screenshots of every staff member, their positions and that they agree on me doing this.Please try to help us, we always wanted to do something positive, and we do not want to see things fade away and lose things. While it is understandable that **** gave ownership willingly, I plead with discord support to help us as were frustrated.**** even deleted the messages to show trick support that theres no evidence of him saying anything.Business Response
