    I believe my account was falsely banned by Discord. Prior to the suspension, I was subjected to harassment, threats, and ongoing negative behavior from other users. When I stood up for myself, I was suddenly banned, which makes me believe I was falsely reported as retaliation. Instead of Discord addressing the harassment I experienced, my account was disabled without warning, explanation, or any evidence of wrongdoing. I never received the system DM or email with details that Discord claims to send, and the account standing page simply says I violated the guidelines without pointing to any specific messages. This leaves me with no clarity, no way to defend myself, and no opportunity to appeal fairly. I had years of conversations, friendships, and memories tied to that account, and it is extremely unfair to lose access because of false reports when I was the one being targeted. I am asking for a proper human review of my case and for Discord to take my harassment reports seriously.

    My position regarding Discords response: Not satisfactory.

     

    The response provided by Discord is vague and insufficient. They simply stated that my account was disabled for violating the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, but they did not provide any evidence or specific explanation of what rule I allegedly violated.

     

    I firmly state that I did not post or share any graphic or inappropriate content. My only interaction that day was briefly joining a stage event (a public server feature managed by moderators) and sending one official Discord sticker in the chat. I was unfairly banned simply for being present in a server where other people may have broken the rules, which is not my responsibility.

    Discords response does not resolve my issue, and I respectfully request that this matter remain open. I am willing to cooperate, provide additional context, and pursue arbitration if necessary, since I believe my account was wrongfully disabled.

    Discord banned my 10-year-old account, which I regularly pay for with Nitro, because they believed I violated child safety. I have never engaged in child-oriented behavior or shared anything illegal on my account. I submitted detailed tickets to Discord regarding this issue numerous times, but they never reviewed my tickets because they constantly responded with bot messages. I couldn't connect to live support. Because I couldn't contact Discord, I couldn't access my account. My account, which I've used for both work and friends for 10 years, has been unusable for about nine months. I need help with this.

    My account was suspended for ban evasion. I had an alt account that was suspended for "child safety" with no reason or evidence given. After a day or 2 my main account was banned for ban evasion. I've had the main account for much longer and it wasn't created to evade a ban. I was given absolutely no details on what post or conduct resulted in the initial suspension, only a statement that I violated a rule. When I tried to appeal on my main account, it tells me to appeal on the other account with the alleged violation. I've gotten nothing but automated responses with zero detail. I want my account reinstated immediately because there's no reason I should be suspended without warning for something I didn't do and they discord responded with the ***** bot instead of an actual human.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    2 months ago my account was reported with malicious intent to falsely ban my account. The bot immediately banned my account without actually reviewing content, and for that there are no reasons stated that align with my false ban, in fact, there are no proper reasons listed at all for my ban. Discord has not had a human review my tickets and recently has just ignored me entirely. I requested that a human review the reports and to show proper proof that warrants a ban, but Discord has done nothing towards my request. I hope for my account to be reinstated as I've maintained community guidelines and terms of service since creation, and to be banned without an explanation is incredibly unfair to anybody. On a related note, this situation has happened to thousands of users and Discord rarely resolves the issue accordingly.

    i believe my ban is still false i was sending random gifs and apparently 1 was reported and flagged i had no idea that it could even be consitored that. since it was sent to me like a year earlier i thought it was ok and not TOS breaking

    id never do or send anything like that knowingly.. 

    for more contex my friend got really mad at me and started reporting all the stuff i sent them in hopes of getting me banned they also used keywords to trigger the bots auto moderation

    if i would be unbanned id stay away from gifs since this entire situation has had a negitive impact on my mental health..

    not having discord is not a option for me its required for almost everything and not having it is like a death sentence for someone like me please discord support review my suspention and account for the misinterption.

    discord has alot of cases simuler to this one

    I have been unrightfully banned on Discord for Child Safety, after owning that account for more than 7 years with no strikes at all in that time frame, I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.That all happend on 30.8.2025, I contacted the support allready but the ticket got automatically closed, i also used the [Did we do anything wrong] option under the Active violation tab but got no response from that.

    I got banned and I did not do anything wrong. Discords moderation is really bad so Its extremely difficult to contact a real person and get my account back. I dont appreciate these copy and pasted responses because it shows no effort has been put into this case and it looks very unprofessional. Unban my account or give me my money back. You cant just ban me for no reason and you cant just take away my money without returning it.

    , I suddenly received an email from Discord claiming that my account had violated the Terms of Service. Immediately after, I secured my account by changing my password and checking my two-factor authentication. However, within 20 minutes, my account was permanently disabled without clear explanation.I strongly believe that my account had been compromised by an unauthorized party. The violations were not committed by me, yet my account has been unfairly banned.Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact Discord Support, but every ticket I opened was automatically marked as Solved without any proper human response. It has now been over a month, and I have not received a resolution or even meaningful communication from their ************** team.This situation is highly unfair and has caused significant frustration, as I rely on Discord for communication and community access.

    I completely reject Discords response. My account was hacked I did not violate any rules. I have repeatedly submitted evidence, including government ID to verify my identity and age, yet Discord continues to provide the same generic response without addressing the real issue.


    This is irresponsible and shows disregard for users. I demand that Discord either provide concrete proof of the alleged violation or restore my account.

    I respectfully request a reconsideration of the decision regarding my account ban. I fully understand the importance of your Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and I have always strived to follow them.Unfortunately, my account was hacked. I believe my token was leaked, which allowed unauthorized access. During this time, actions were taken on my account without my knowledge or consent. Strangely, I did not receive any login notification from unusual locations, which makes me strongly believe that this was done through token compromise rather than normal login *********** the rightful owner, I did not engage in any activity that violates Discords policies. The ban was the result of malicious activity by an attacker. This account is extremely important to me, especially because all of my study materials and resources are stored there.I kindly ask that you review my case again, taking into account the circumstances of the account compromise. I am ready to provide any additional information needed to verify my identity and ownership of the account.Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
