    I was recently wrongfully suspended from Discord on April 27, 2025, despite not violating any Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. As shown in the images below, I was simply expressing affection toward a friend (who is over 18), and when she jokingly asked if I'd get on my knees for her, I responded with a lighthearted joke in return. Neither of the mentioned messages were inappropriate or offensive. Since my suspension, I've been repeatedly trying to contact Discord support but have only received automated bot responses. Despite submitting multiple tickets, I have yet to receive any meaningful assistance, making the whole experience incredibly frustrating.

    I am writing to report issues with my Discord account being falsely flagged for a *** violation and the lack of recovery options. The only notice I received was an email stating I violated Discord's ***, but it provided no details or evidence of what violation occurred or when. I didn't receive any SMS or other notifications, nor was I informed my account was disabled. I hadn't used Discord in months, so I assumed my account was hacked and filed several support tickets. When I tried to reset my password, I discovered my account had been disabled. I had to figure this out myself as Discord never notified **** sent multiple tickets requesting an explanation for the *** flag (which I still haven't received), and asked for the temporary removal of 2FA and SMS verification so I could log in with only my email and password. I explained that I cannot use Discord's login methods: I don't have the backup key because I can't access my account, my 2FA authenticator app was on a broken phone, and SMS verification hasn't worked - I've tried across multiple devices and networks with no SMS received. Despite providing all my account details, ********************** has not responded to any tickets. This situation has caused significant frustration, especially since Discord promotes 2FA as essential and ties recovery to it, leaving no fallback. I'm now locked out of my account. I request:1. A one-time removal of 2FA and SMS verification so i can log in with email and password only.2. An explanation of what triggered the *** flag and re-evaluation of the violation.3.     I am rejecting this response because:

    If i wait any more days my account might eventually get deleted and that is the last thing i want. I requested quick action because of that issue mainly and tried to ask for the bare minimum, that being temporarily disabled 2FA and SMS verification so i could log onto my discord account with email and password alone. I wish i could get quicker response on this matter only because i don't want my account to end up getting deleted for being disabled for that long. Thanks for responding though, i appreciate it, i just hope i receive help.

    While using the app and talking to friends, my account of 6 years was suddenly banned. I had no prior warnings, no previous strikes or violations, and absolutely no 2nd chance given. The reason given to me for the ban was for violating "child safety" with the message attached being a joke that was made. This joke had nothing to do with children, was not made by a child, and was not stated to anyone underage. While the joke was sexual in nature, it was a joke that was playing off of another person's own sexual message. This person was stated to be over the age of 18. The joke was not made with minors around, and everyone else was making jokes of a sexual nature aswell. Upon recieving the sudden ban, I sent in a complaint to their support team to review my suspension. What I recieved was nothing but a bot response, not responding to anything specific in my complaint and not making an effort to actually look into the issue itself as it left me to stay banned on their platform. I've made more attempts to contact them to get an actual response and to get a real person to look over my case, but I still recieve nothing but more bot responses. I believe it is unfitting for a business with such a large user-base to ignore their customers complaints and questions, opting to instead use faulty bots that make the same mistake repeatedly and refuse to truly do anything about this. There are multiple cases of these false bans occuring to other people on the platform, and nothing is done for them to get justice, and I wish to at least get my own.

    In May 2025, my Discord account (@wless) was caught in a wave of targeted false reports for child safety and permanently suspended. I appealed the suspension and my account was reinstated. Five hours later, my account was permanently suspended again because of a message in this same wave of false reports, and they have not repealed their decision this time. After explaining to Discord that this message was caught in the same wave of false reports, and proving that they had acknowledged that my account had zero violations, they have since sent bot responses and ghosted me with no human representative to go over my case. My account should be reinstated and any violations should be removed.

    I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my permanent and unjust ban from Discord. This action was taken without warning, explanation, or any opportunity to appeal, and constitutes multiple breaches of my legal rights under the UK GDPR and ******************* Act (***).I was banned solely for being present in a server later found to be in violation of Discord's policies. I had no interaction or involvement with it. Despite this, my account was removed, and all attempts to request a manual review have been met with automated replies or ignored entirely. Discord has repeatedly claimed my tickets are being processed when they are not, and falsely stated there is no account linked to my email even after I provided clear proof, including communication and screenshots of my account prior to the ****** a disabled woman, Discord was my primary and often only form of social interaction. The ban has isolated me from support networks and erased my last conversations with close friends who have since passed away memories of deep emotional value now lost due to Discords unjust actions.I have also made multiple formal requests for my personal data under GDPR.     Hello Discord,I hope this reaches the right person.I was banned/suspended from Discord for child safety. I believe the reason why I was banned because I sent a friend a scene from a movie called knock knock which has ***** ****** starring in it. The scene was a *** scene with two underage girls which they raped him but it turns out at the end of the movie they are adults who just raped him. But I am not sure as I never gave me any proof.I have been with discord for about 6 or 7 years now and spent over ******* usd. I am also worried that I might not get unbanned and my payment to nitro will spend money that I cant even use as my account is banned. I have tried my best to help them by reporting scammers, hackers and even reporting servers that sell known underage **** like the famous tiktoker named Mikayla Champions I believe thats her name.Since my banned I have felt depressed and so lonely because i dont have many friends in person and I want to say 80% are friends I have met on discord. But since I have been banned I felt like my whole social life has been taken away from me and I have felt like killing myself for the first time. And it doesnt make it better that I cant make friends at school because I do school online. But I do want to be a better person and you asked any of my friends.I have tried to contacting discord on every responds was with a bot and I am not sure if thats a good or bad thing.I am truly sorry and I really mean no harm.     Discord locked me out of my Discord account and wants me to give them a phone number. I cannot use a phone number because I do not have access to an available phone number or phone for that matter. They are not only REFUSING to provide proper assistance, but also refusing to tell me why my account was locked in the first place. Two support tickets later and all they told me was that the account lock was "successfully implemented" and refusing to elaborate. My account ************ has 7 years of account history and yet Discord doesn't wanna actually provide me with proper assistance despite how long I have been on Discord. I am demanding that Discord does something instead of giving me the usual cookie-cutter response. I am demanding they finish the job and restore my account's functionality, or I am at least demanding a proper reasoning behind the lock from them. I want them to be transparent about this instead of being secretive. And I am also seeking a formal apology from Discord for its failure to provide me with proper support.I either want my account access restored entirely, or I at least want them to be transparent and tell me the reasoning behind the account lock. My account, fb3network, is too valuable to lose. I have a ton of friends and a ton of history on that account. I do not wanna lose it entirely.
