    I was banned instantly after resetting my password, with no email or anything explaining why. I've tried contacting them and they never responded. I want to get a resolution on this.

    Hey BBB,I have submitted countless amount of tickets to Discord in order to get my account which was false disabled, the reason I got banned was because I was trolled by someone pretending to be a Discord support employee inside their platform and as I completely trusted them, I gave him my login credentials, my authenticator was changed, the hacker sent the same scam to some of my friends, the messages got automodded and got the account disabled. (The E-Mail and password both wasn't changed)After this happened, I have submitted a bunch of tickets to Discord, hoping they could help me, and Discord absolutely didn't help, all they do is give bot responses, mark my tickets as solved without leaving a response, or give useless responses, such as telling me my account is disabled (despite the fact that I mentioned it is), I also had submitted a BBB complaint about the same issue before and Discord completely dodged it as they don't want to help at all, then the complaint case has been closed after I was mistakenly sent arbitration offer.Dear Discord, I just want my account back (tag: parzim.), I've done nothing wrong, I just want to get the treatment deserved for my situation as there was never even a try for a ************* won't hurt anyone if you just remove the authenticator on the account I gave it's tag and remove the suspension taken, I am not asking to review tickets inside your website as I told you the whole story here.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Discord did not even try to help or even read more than like 4 words of the ticket. They only told me that my account is disabled even though I mentioned it is, basically doing the same thing that made me submit this complaint.

     

    Listen Discord, there's no point of keeping to endlessly avoid people and copy paste the same response in BBB and my tickets just because you don't want your terrible support to be any better, are you even trying to put some effort? Just remove the authenticator and the suspension, is it that hard? If it requires a ticket to be reviewed, and what what I mean by reviewed is **fully reviewed and have a response that actually solves the ticket**, not throwing away a random response telling me to basically "go away" just so you can pass and not help at all. If an account gets disabled and it's impossible to be unlocked back then why do you have a category for it? Probably so you can have a good image that you got a support page that results in nothing?? Aren't you ashamed of yourselves??? It wouldn't hurt anyone if you actually get someone to **actually** review a ticket for once, just one time, is it hard? Aren't you a multi-million company?

     

    I won't submit a new ticket, if you are willing to actually help go ahead and review ticket #********, but I'd assume you aren't in the mood to put someone to review a ticket, that's a literal challenge.

     

    I've been using Discord for 5 years, do you really think I would send something that get my 5 years account gone?

     

    I know half of what I wrote won't even be read but maybe if you feel bad you'll read it and put some effort.

     

    (This is no toxic behaviour, I am just really frustrated for doing all of this to get the same result everytime)

    My account was suspended for ban evasion, along with my alt account. Recently, my phone was stolen while unlocked and the person in question created a Discord account with one of the emails signed in on my phone. They joined a server and said TOS-breaking things, resulting in the accounts termination. Unaware of this, when I recovered my phone via FindMy, my main account was immediately banned for ban evasion upon signing in. My main account, named happonyx has never had ANY TOS violations in the 3+ year span that it has existed for. This is the same for my 2+ year account happism. ********************** support has REPEATEDLY denied any evaluation of any logs when the dummy account was created and the most-probably instant reports that Discord got when it was created (which are signs that the account was created with intent to break TOS). ***** has repeatedly stated that my ban is temporary when it is a permanent suspension. Ive gotten nothing but automated responses with zero human feedback. I want my account reinstated immediately because there's no reason I should be suspended without warning for something that I didnt do. Just one check of log-in logs would verify suspicious activity on the account (such as almost immediate TOS breaking when the account was created, along with its inappropriate username) and a simple check of my main accounts standing should be plenty for Discord to completely reinstate my accounts.

    I am rejecting this response because I have spent over 4 years on Discord and I get repaid with an IP ban over a stolen device. ********************** is a multi-billion dollar company and should be able to look into behavioral patterns on accounts and identify the difference between a main account and an unusual account that acts nothing like the main account. I should not have any ban, let alone have to wait 2 years to use Discord, when my device was compromised and was purposefully abused for the benefit of another. As I have said previously, the account was created at a time where I did not have my computer; not only this, but the account almost immediately spammed TOS-breaking content to get banned. I have no affiliation with this account and have NEVER broken Discords TOS on ANY of my accounts. This alone should be enough for Discord to research deeper into this case and restore my account.

    i have been a user of ********************** for 4 years. My account was suddenly banned on April 26 2025for child safety. No information was given regarding why it was banned. In 3+ years on discord i have never even gotten so much as a warning on my account, and suddenly it got permanently banned. I have tried to reach out to Discord, and get an automated message that states it will not be reinstated. It looks like Discord's use of AI programs are falsely flagging a lot of people and recently has done big ban waves to users. I want someone to review my case as i have never done anything to endanger children on discord Basically i got threatened for 50$ and he abused the reporting system. i opened up a ticket and discord gave me bot responses saying they wont unban me

    Hello Discord, I am sorry for any inconvenience my account user ID ****************** has been banned for child safety I have never violated this I dont send pictures of lolis or anything like that or I dont send messages explicit to minors at all. The email I am making the complaint differs from the email I have reported here. Please search the email *************************** I need help please. I am trying to figure out what has happened and if this can be reconsidered. I use my account for school and classes and I think this is a mistake. I have been boosting for several years and abiding by the terms of service for several years and I really think this is a mistake for my account. I am in sincere need of help. I need my account to go to school as I attend school and classes and I also do school work on my discord account. I have purchased nitro and so much things as well on this account for many years and I believe this is a mistake or a possible error. I am also a continuous buyer on the platform for nitro and other things so I am hoping if someone can please help me.     Hi. I am creating this dispute because *** recently been banned from the platform due to Discord not being to tell apart messages that were sent by me (I am an early supporter of Discord since 2018, and have probably spent over $1,000 on cosmetic items before.This all started about 4-5 days ago when I got tricked into joining a Terraria game session, with a malicious mod-pack loaded with a RCE (Remote Code Execution) malware. All of my cryptocurrency wallets on my PC started going down in value, making me think this was just some some Cryptocurrency Drainer Software, but I was mistaken because just a couple of minutes later I saw people talking from my account while I was talking as well, indicating to me that people had access to all discord accounts, which I had linked.Shortly after doing this, they went in servers. I had administrative permissions in mentioned everyone and said things along the lines of ch**d p*rn is so good, etc.Then I noticed my other account which got the warning for child safety (User ID ******************* messaging my primary account ******************** making it then obvious to me that all of my discord accounts on my computer have been compromised, sending me texts like these: *************************************************************************************** I would like to formally request to have my discord account account unbanned, as people accessed my discord accounts & more, through my PC, sent explicit messages on my primary and secondary accounts (primary banned account being username arqez and user ID *******************. They wrote these messages in a bunch of servers, and I was fast to act by deleting all that I could find, and changing both of the account passwords shortly after the incident (Discord should be able to verify this.)Ive been a long member and supporter of Discord, though even though Ive tried to appeal (Discord ticket ID #*********, ive gotten no responseThank you.     I have no problem resolving this through Discord, but if you dont even respond ON Discord, then were just going in circles, and it seems to me you guys are ignoring my ticket.

    Im aware you guys are getting a lot of incoming traffic, but it doesnt take this long to look into a simple matter, respond, and have my account un-suspended, as it should be.

    Unable to Access Main Account Due to Phone Verification Block I am contacting you using the same email address associated with my Discord account (username: pananasik, email: ************************** Im currently locked out of my account because of a phone verification requirement.The only phone number I own is still linked to a disabled Discord account that I can no longer access.     Please understand that the Discord account my phone number is linked to is disabled, and Im completely locked out of it. I cannot log in, reset the password, or follow any of the steps youve previously suggested.
    Because of that, I am unable to unlink my phone number myself.
    I'm requesting that you either:
    Permanently delete the disabled account,
    or
    Reactivate it temporarily, so I can access it and remove the phone number.
    Please dont send automated responses this issue cannot be resolved on my side and requires direct support intervention. I wont be able to use my phone number again until this is addressed.

    Hello,
    Ive now received the same canned response twice, instructing me to reset the password and remove the phone number myself. Ive clearly stated multiple times: the account is DISABLED. I cannot log in, I cannot reset the password, and I cannot follow any of the steps you've listed because the account is inaccessible.
    My request is very simple and can't be resolved through the help article you keep linking:
    Please manually remove my phone number from the disabled account,
    or
    Reactivate the account temporarily so I can remove the number myself.
    This is blocking me from using my phone number at all, and its been over a week of being ignored and sent in circles.
    I expect a non-automated response and a real solution to this issue.

    Users are actively using this platform to share CSAM and sexualize my daughter. They have actively been doing this for months on end, I have tried to contact the safety team regarding the issue and have only been met by bot replies. These users are still continuing to publicly harass and humiliate my daughter by sexualizing her in front of thousands of members, creating servers for the sole purpose of enacting this behavior. Despite the countless amounts of reports submitted, these users have received 0 punishment for their actions. My daughters safety is at risk and Discord chooses to do nothing about it.

    I am unable to report the content inside of the app because I am not the one that located it. My daughter sent me a support url:

    Inside of this official article by Discord it is stating to provide message links to the violating content, which I have done within the ticket. Discord has an autoresponder setup within their zendesk to automatically use a bot to reply with nonsense so they dont have to action against CSAM. These users are actively grooming children and producing CSAM, (my daughter has already fallen victim), and the Trust & Safety team chooses not to action against it. Absolutely unacceptable for a social platform, and legal action will be taken. 

     

    (For the record, Ive informed my daughter a week ago to submit an in app report, she has told me the content still remains on the platform to this day, meaning Discord has not actioned against it.) 

     

    The transparency reports Discord provides are likely bogus that is fabricated for public image, considering the support team cannot solve a simple csam removal request involving 3 message links.

    Inability to communicate with any human support agents.Due to an accidental report, my friend's account of 10 years (4 years, subscribed, and recently renewed upfront for 1 year's payment) was permanently banned.The reason behind this was adult images being posted. She's 23, I'm 35. we're both adults here and we were both consenting to these images.I accidentally reported her side of things, while I was on my phone, searching through Discord's Media Search (which is only available on the Mobile app) this lets me view EVERY SINGLE IMAGE/VIDEO sent.I had other people sending me their Penises and other forms of degrading content and I wanted to report it.Because of the nature of the search, it would reset my searches, and I go so distracted I began reporting her images by accident.I am human, I make mistakes. But for her to lose her account for NO WRONG DOING AT ****** be refused her appeals, because of my mistake? To never have her account back, 10 years worth of messages, 10 years worth of friends- GONE IN AN INSTANT?Because Discord REFUSES to provide HUMAN AGENTS to customer service, and assistance for these errors.This can be easily rectified. I made the report in error, I am the reporter, I can tell them it was not intentional, they can unban her, and we can all move on.Discord however, has refused to give me any time or attention with my tickets, instantly dismissing them through automated responses with the ***** and ***** bots.***** responding with "How to report someone", clearly I already know that much.***** responding with "Your account has no bans on it, try again with the appropriate email"HOW DO I fix this mistake if they provide no realistic service to PAYING USERS?I am a 2 year running Nitro+ Subscriber, and she herself has just began her 4th year supporting this platform, and they don't even offer a partial refund at the very ******** ID: ******************* HER USER ID IS in the Account Number Line below.
