    Recently I was banned/permanently suspended from discord for breaking a rule which I did not apparently a server that I barely knew I was in nor interacted in had broken the child safety rule and I had gotten caught up in the servers ban wave and here I am with a suspended account for a server or rule that I had not broken nor have I ever broken a rule for the past 2 years that I have that account for another violation was given prior 6 months before that for the same issue being that a server which I didnt even received broke that rule not me all I ask is that my violation or violations be lifted and account unsuspended I have filed a ticket in which has taken 5 days with no response and my account is on the way for deletion.

    It was late in the night and after a night out me and my friends were typing in a Discord and making stupid jokes we shouldnt have made. I wasnt fully aware of the rules of discord so i didnt know at the time that i violated discords rules and then at the next day i lost the access to my account that i had since 2016. i was always using Discord and never tried to offend anyone it was just a nice way to connect to my friends. It would have been nice to have an opportunity to resolve this issue with discord, but i had no option of contacting them to resolve it. I also bought myself the rank of nitro and i really dont want my money that i spent to just be lost. I just want my account back so i can stay in contact with my friends because discord is my only way of contacting a lot of them. Thanks for your help in advance

    They Falsely Suspended me for Child Safety and never used an actual person to look at my tickets and all i get in response is a ai message every time and on why i got suspended it says "Yes" Yes you heard me the Word YES was their only evidence all i want is my suspension lifted and or reviewed by a actual human being

    My issue is that i, my discord being (mec_thedarkness), is false banned from discord for 2 years for a message I sent years ago that has nothing to bad or harmful in it. The context is I am a Minecraft player and on this server called hypixel. We trade and sell armor in many servers the biggest being ************ and ************ We have long used the abbreviation cp to mean chest plate (an armor piece in Minecraft) without having any issues of it being interpreted as child ****. Ill provide photos of what I said and if discord looked into it they would see I have done nothing wrong. I am not the only one being banned from discord either this is a common thing happening suddenly but a lot have been unbanned yet I have not and my appeals just get the same bot message. I really appreciate any help *** had this account since 2018 and use it for a lot of online messaging. Okay so i tried to add a photo and it did not let me because of photo size so if someone reaches out to me afterwards i can attach them.

    A targeted wave of false reporting caused my Discord account to be permanently suspended. I tried appealing 3 times, trying to solve my issue and get my account unbanned for something I did not do. All three times, I only got the same response from a bot telling me they won't reinstate the account. Very frustrating. All I wanted was to get in contact with a real person, but they make it pretty much impossible.There are extremely important inquiries on that account I must tend to, and it must get it back as soon as possible.

    My Discord account was permanently suspended after receiving two violations for sending a single image. The first violation led to a temporary restriction, and minutes later, a second violation resulted in a permanent ban with no clear explanation of what triggered the second action.The image was of an adult and reportedly from a medical textbook, though I have been unable to locate the original source. It may have been AI-generated or manipulated, but no minors were involved, and the image was not shared with any. The context of the conversation was private.Since my account is banned, I cannot access Discords platform to submit a GDPR request or get further clarification. I have sent multiple emails requesting my data under GDPR Articles 15, 17, and 22, including messages, moderation reports, logs, and the reason for the ban but have received no response.All support replies appear to be automated, offering no human review or path to resolution. I believe receiving two escalating punishments for a single act without an opportunity to understand or dispute the issue is both unfair and procedurally ********* not asking for a full reinstatement. I would appreciate even limited access to my account. I also if possible a chance to communicate with a real moderator or support staff member, to resolve this fairly and transparently.Sincerely,**** *****

    I am requesting a clear and individualized explanation regarding:

    Hi over a month ago I got email saying I broke tos for child safety and got limited access for a day and a few days later not using my account since the first email I got another email again saying I did the same thing and got permanently banned so I contacted discord support and yesterday they came back to me saying they cant do anything since the email doesnt exist which it does and I sent it from the correct email and on my discord account I have over a year of unused nitro that will just be wasted.

    I am reaching out to file a formal complaint against Discord (Discord ***** regarding what I believe to be a wrongful and unjust permanent ban of my account due to a false flagging under their Child Safety policy. I am requesting the Better Business Bureaus assistance in facilitating a review and resolution of this matter.Unfortunately, Discord has not provided any specific information about what triggered this banno messages, server names, or interactions were shared with me to explain the reasoning. I suspect that an automated moderation or **-based flagging system may have incorrectly identified content or context from my account, resulting in this serious action without due process or the opportunity for clarification.Discord banned my account under the claim of violating their "Child Safety" policies, which I find to be an error. Specifically, I believe my account was flagged due to the ** moderation system misinterpreting a conversation I had with friends. The conversation, which was among a group of adults, involved harmless jokes about micropenises in the context of adult males. While the jokes were inappropriate in hindsight, they were never directed at minors and were clearly made within an adult, private context. There was no intent to sexualize or harm anyone, and it was impossible that minors were involved or able to see the discussion.I believe that I have been wrongfully penalized in this instance. I have attempted to appeal to Discord through their ************** channels, but their responses have either been automated or dismissive, offering no real opportunity to explain or provide context.

    My name is ******* *************** email : ******************** My account was suspended for "child safety" with no reason or evidence given. I was given absolutey no details on what post or conduct resulted in the suspension, only that i violated a rule. When i tried to appeal the suspension I've gotten nothing but automated responses with zero detail. I want my account reinstated immediatly because there's no reason i should be suspended without warning for something i didnt do. I have sent an arbitration email to *************************************** It says in discord's TOS that i can make an arbitration demand for an out of court dispute trought that email but it has almost been a month since i have sent it and i have yet to get a response.
