Hello, I am writing this complaint about my Discord account which got suspended for seemingly no reason over one mysterious violation with no message or context related to it since February of 2024.I have been trying to get it back with appeals but Discord support kept giving me automated messages.This has caused me a lot of trouble since a lot of my private information has been dug up and I Have been doxed over it while I could not do anything to access and delete the information on that ********** initially said the violation will last until 2026 but at this point the account has turned into Deleted User, which is just frustrating because why couldn't they have done that sooner so nobody would have been able to search messages from my username specifically. Date of Incident: May 1, 2025 Complaint Summary:On May 1, 2025, my Discord account was falsely banned under the accusation of violating Discords "Child Safety" policy. I have never engaged in any behavior that would warrant such an accusation, nor have I violated Discord's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service. This ban was issued without warning or valid explanation, and it has severely disrupted my ability to communicate with long-time friends and communities.This is not an isolated incidentDiscord has previously made similar mistakes, such as the high-profile case of RobTopGames, which was later reversed. In my case, I submitted an appeal immediately after the ban, but I have only received automated responses. It is clear that no human has reviewed my case, and I feel completely ignored and unfairly treated.The emotional impact of being cut off from people I care about is significant. I woke up today as of May 8th 2025 & that my discord account became limited to access for certain features for fraud which I dont condone in at all. This is false and Ive been wrongfully judged. I dont sell anything on my server, I have never sold anything on my server and I was hit with this violation which doesnt expire for another 2 years which is even more crazy than what it sounds. If discord can provide proof that I sell any products on their server I would love to see it because in my server on discord I only upload ******* gaming videos and chat with with my fellow gamers where is fraud even included at? Discord has made zero effort to resolve an issue in which I was targeted by an individual in a mass-reporting attack. Discord repeatedly and knowingly dismisses my appeal tickets, often closing them without a response or allowing an ** bot to dismiss me without any consideration. Even after specifically requesting support from a team member, I am dismissed by an ** bot with incorrect information. I feel insulted that Discord seems to be insinuating terrible things about me through repeated dismissals of my complaints without consideration. Additionally, when I do somehow get through the ** bots, the human representative copy-pastes messages from the ** bots to dismiss me before I can explain my case. This is shameful service. I am rejecting this response because: I understand that there is a higher than usual ticket volume, as there was a mass attack on the entirety of the ************************ In this attack, the acronym for Creator Points, a common metric in the game and a completely innocent topic, was mass-reported. I was targeted more heavily, as I own the server that was initially attacked. Due to this, as well as constant dismissals by Discord staff both bot and human, I have been led to believe that Discord is treating my case differently, and disregarding my refutations. I apologize if my influx of tickets has overwhelmed you, but they have been repeatedly marked as Solved without any further attempt to communicate with me. You may be aware of the account RobTopGames - his account was banned in the same attack as mine, however his account has been reinstated. What I am demanding is an explanation as to why I am receiving conflicting information in regards to my account standing (In-app I am permanently suspended, whereas in email I am told I have only been temporarily limited), and I also wish to request a speedy resolution of my case - my information will be wiped on May 30th if the necessary actions are not taken. I have been repeatedly burned by your support team and its insistence on ignoring my refutations, despite legitimate proof being provided. A few months ago I was falsely banned on the messaging platform Discord for being underage. To resolve this I filed an appeal 3 weeks ago containing all the proof necessary that I was not underage (Photo with my face / ID). After a few days without a response, I filed another ticket with the same information, which Discord marked as "solved" immediately, without addressing my issue. Every subsequent ticket I made was also closed without any response. My original ticket (##********) is still unresolved and marked as open, and despite messaging them over ******* and emailing their support my ticket has still remained open for the past 21 days. I've provided them with my information over and over they don't do anythhing with it, and I'm genuinely questioning how such a large company has such an incompetent support team. Hello!2 days ago, at 5:51 AM GMT+4, I received a punishment on my account (username: preeky / user ********************** for breaking Discord's community guidelines. The reason for this punishment was due to saying an abbreviation for the words Chestplate and Creator Points. The aforementioned abbreviation being "cp". I am in a community dedicated to a Minecraft server "Hypixel Skyblock" this community strives on the collection of armor inside of the game, the special thing about this armor is that it's colored. There are 4 types for a full set of armor, Boots, Leggings, Chestplate and Helmet. Throughout the years people have resorted to typing in abreviations. Boots is the same, Leggings is Legs, Chestplate on the other hand is "cp" and Helmet is Helm. Due to my role as a staff member in a big discord server, I suspect I got mass reported in the server for all of my messages that contain the abbreviation. I assure you, the messages were not referring to anything related to child safety or nsfw material, the abbreviations were used as a habit from the years of being in said community and meant no harm. The false punishment has had significant impact on my account's status and put my account at risk of further suspension or deletion. Please review my punishment. I while ago, I lost access to my 5 year discord account. That account was very important to me (had lots of important dm's etc). I lost access to it because I deleted the email to the account without realising it was still linked to that discord account and would like for the password and email to be changed. I have all the information to the account still, just whenever I log in it says "check your email to login" but obviously it's permanently deleted and I cannot retrieve it in anyway so I contacted support and they said "we cant do anything unless you have access to that email".
