    Hello, I was wrongly suspended for ban evasion on my Discord account "*******." I did not create or use any alternate accounts to bypass enforcement. The issue stems from my younger cousin, who used my phone while visiting due to a family situation. To keep him occupied, I let him use my phone after logging out of my own accounts. Unbeknownst to me, he created another account on my phone and violated Discord's terms, leading to a ban for child endangerment. I didnt realize the extent of the issue until I saw that he had been banned multiple times. After discovering this, I stopped allowing him to use my phone entirely. Shortly after, I attempted to log into my account ("*******") and saw that it had been permanently suspended for ban evasion. However, this is a mistake. I did not evade any banIve had a clean record for over 7 years on this account. There are two key pieces of evidence: (1) "fat8333" was accessed on multiple devices, while the other account was used only on my phoneshowing we are different users. (2) I do not know the email tied to the other account, as my cousin created it without my involvement. I tried to contact Discord support, but my ticket was automatically marked as "solved" without a real response. I was told to provide the email of the banned account, but I can't do that since it wasn't mine. Please review this situation again. I respectfully request that my account "*******" be reinstated. This has been frustrating, and I genuinely hope this can be resolved fairly. Thank you for your time.

    This is a generic response that does not directly address the details of my particular case. I would like a Trust and Safety member to review my case and at the very least provide a tailored response as to what the next steps regarding my account should be. **I want to clarify that I am not appealing the suspension  on the original account because it was NOT me. The user of fat8333 (me) is completely different than the original account. I was suspended on the basis of “Ban Evasion” because we shared similar devices.** 
    I fully believe that Discord’s Trust and Safety Team has the capacity to review my case thoroughly and address this matter fairly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    I am filing this complaint because my Discord account (gabboverde, linked to this email) was falsely suspended on saturday 21st June 2025.I have submitted a request to review the suspension and made a post on their support site, which I can't keep track of because the site isn't working properly, and haven't gotten a response yet.I haven't violated the policy they suspended my account for and I would like to regain access to the discord account I've had since 2017.I have used that account from ********************************************************************** other media and I tend to not message people privately.Furthermore; I have received no prior warnings and I wasn't informed about these new policies beforehand. Within 30 minutes of actively talking to someone on a public server and coming back I found my account suspended. No warnings, no private messages from discord's official account, no screens about the new policies.I also think that, despite the policy being new, it is also retroactively catching "violations" of said policies, which is unfair to a lot of people.

    I am rejecting this response because: it is simply an automated bot reply that they send to everyone who tries to appeal. They didn't actually review anything. I would like for an actual person to review the ticket if possible.

    I would also like to add that my account from 2017 never had a single violation and I wasn't warned about their latest policies (effective from April 2024) not even once. No warnings, I wasn't shown the new policies and no prior violations. An immediate permanent suspension seems unfair to me.

    Around 12 AM, June 21st 2025, I was randomly logged out of my account and found out it was disabled and suspended because of "child safety" and I was given no explanation as to what exactly I did wrong. My account is around 8 years old by this point, the history I've had with it is something I simply can't afford to lose.I can only assume the reason for my suspension was from false mass-flagging after an incident in which I was reporting the sexual actions of minors in this public server and ended up getting some of their accounts suspended, temporarily or otherwise. I have sent multiple appeals asking for a human reviewer to look into my situation, but I have gotten nothing but AI responses saying "You broke the rules, we will not reinstate your account." All I want is for a real person at Discord to take a look at this situation and either tell me what I did wrong, or find out that it was a mistake and reinstate my account.

    My Discord account (username: ******* was disabled without warning, clear reason, or opportunity to appeal. When I contacted discord support, I received an automated message from bot ***** stating a Terms of Service violation, but no specific explanation. It also claimed I should have received an email or system message with more detail I received neither. When I try to log in, I only see Account disabled and cannot access the Account Standing page.This account was important to both my personal and business use. I had an active ***** subscription and spent approximately $51 USD in total (including a 12-month gift worth around 3000 rubles (approximately $30 USD), a $9.99 Nitro payment via ******, and cosmetic items worth around 1000 rubles via ********** (******************) (approximately $12 USD)).I submitted two tickets to support: one requesting the reason, and another providing evidence that I may have been mistakenly flagged as a likely spammer on a private server where I messaged friends during a voice call (I had no microphone, so I used text chat). I attached a screenshot showing that context. Despite this, both tickets received the same generic automated reply, with no human review.I know Discord policies well and have seen how ban evasion and other violations are typically handled this does not match those cases. The account showed signs of being flagged by an automated spam filter, despite normal use. I am confident I did not violate any rules and believe this is a false positive.I respectfully ask for a proper manual review of my case and a clear explanation of what triggered the account disablement. As a paying user who followed the rules, I expect transparency and fair treatment.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Discord has still not provided a clear explanation or a manual review of my case. My account ******** was disabled without any prior warning, and no reason was given neither by email nor through the app. The only message I received was from the ***** bot, which stated my account violated the Terms of Service, without further context or proof. I submitted multiple tickets, including one explaining the situation and one with a screenshot showing that I was mistakenly flagged as a likely spammer on a private server while chatting with friends. I had no microphone and used text to respond during a voice call this should not be considered spam.

    The automated responses I received clearly indicate my case was not reviewed by a human. Ive spent around $51 USD on this account (Nitro and cosmetic items), and I expected fair treatment and transparency. I still have no idea what specific rule I allegedly violated.

    Additionally, Ive attached screenshots from other users on Reddit and Trustpilot experiencing the same issue false positives, generic bot replies, and ignored appeals. These examples prove this is a widespread problem with Discords moderation and support process, not an isolated case. I am asking again for a proper human review before my account is permanently deleted, as deletion typically occurs within 30 days of disablement.

    I had sent a message saying "pasen cp" ("send cp" in Spanish) on a dark humor meme server in Discord. Until April, we were allowed to write the word "cp," but after that, it was banned. But when it wasn't, we made jokes like that message I had written. So, when I bothered a user, they looked me up on the server and discovered old messages from December (when the word wasn't yet banned) and reported the old messages. They even sent me a screenshot of me saying the word "cp." That same day they sent me the screenshots, my account was disabled. I never shared illegal content, images, or links, nor did I encourage others to do so. The server was moderated and actively banned anyone who posted truly harmful material. The server is well monitored and has limits; they ban if you are truly harassing, share malicious links, dox people, or post images that involve minors. I sent that message as a joke, and I admit it was an immature mistake. That's why I left the server in January and wanted to come back in April, which is precisely when my account was banned.I like using Discord because it's easier to talk and send messages than other social networks. That's why I deeply regret sending that message. It was immature, and I understand why Discord flagged it. I would never participate in or support anything related to illegal child content. That's why I promise to respect the community standards and not make those types of messages again.This suspension occurred on April 14, 2025, due to a message dated December 3, 2024. I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply from a real human back.These were usually automated responses , without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any action.

    I am rejecting this response because: I did not violate the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, I admit that I sent an inappropriate message but it was a joke in bad taste, I am a 19 year old Mexican, it is logical that I had that kind of black humor or bad taste only in messages, but I would never participate in that content, not even on the server was allowed because it was a public server with its rules and community, so I could send that message several times as in the screenshot and I was not banned, until someone for being funny reported me, but in the end it was just that, in messages, I never participated in that content.
    I like to use discord because it is simple and it is a social network more simple and easy to use, that's why this banned discourages me.
    I have tried to use other accounts on ********************** but I get banned for ban evasion even though the only thing I have done is to add my friends and tell them what's going on with me.
    I repeat, I never violated the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, I only sent an inappropriate message that was just that, a message, it was an old message, and then the server configured that the word cp was forbidden and especially when they disabled my account I had stopped making those joke messages.

    Hello Discord,I will be filing a complaint due to a false permanent suspension and violation that occurred on my account on June ********* around 11:18 PM CDT of the suspension and 9:50 PM CDT of the violation that limited my resources on the account. I have contacted Discord Support, but no helpful resources to help due to the support team not having human responses, so it is a automatic responses by a bot. Which the bot, *****, didn't gave me any help to solve this situation. I was permanently suspended on the platform which means I would no longer have access to discord. The time I got banned, there was no evidence to where there was a reason of why I got permanently suspended on my account. I have spent 5 years on this account to where I have been falsely suspended. In conclusion, I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The Discord customer support team is almost nonexistent. There is a whole community on Reddit about trying to get themselves unbanned for alleged child safety violations because of how abysmal it is to appeal to them. The whole system is reviewed by a faulty AI that flags just about anything without any regards to context or intent.

    Ive had this account for well over five years and it means a great deal to me that I have it reinstated. Even if turns out the content I had sent was, in fact, of an illegal nature, it was posted publicly and so I wouldve believed it was of legal origin. I wouldve been completely unaware of it and dont think I should be banned over an honest mistake after five years of adhering to the Discord Terms of Service without a single violation. My record was spotless before this ban.

    I ask that you please reconsider. Id hate to lose my account over a false flag by the hands of an AI. The account in question is tied under the following credentials:

    I have been falsely banned on discord for Child Safety after someone sent CSAM in a group chat. Please review my ban and reinstate because I haven't done anything related to child safety. Other Users has faced this issue too with others sending CSAM and getting themselves banned for reporting them.

    I am rejecting this response because: I know that I haven't done anything wrong on discord and absolutely anything with CSAM. The only thing I know is that I was added to a group chat with school friends and one of them sent CSAM that we don't know he had. This ban is sincerely false and I request a reinstated account. Please attach me any proof of my wrongdoings or reinstate my account. My other friends were also banned however the person who sent the **** was NOT banned off the platform.

    So this report is going towards Discord **** Aka Discord. So I was chatting with friends in a VC and I was resending this gif my friend sent a while back that didnt get him banned but it got my gif perms removed and basically had me on the edge. So after I read the warning from discord I deleted my GIF and apologized for sending that **** Then, my friend who wanted to help me and understand why I got a warning asked me to forward the picture to further see what got me warned so I did forward the **** Discord proceeds to permanently suspending me although I just forwarded it in a PRIVATE Discord server with people all 18+ and we were joking around and sending GIFs that were edited and photoshopped. Then I get banned and I'm trying to make a ticket to get my account unbanned but ********************** has not given me a single human response with only automated bot responses which is making me very sad. Please help me BBB, I really need this account back that lead me through 3 years of gaming and meeting these new friends that I met playing games.
