I am writing to formally file a complaint against Discord **** regarding the wrongful suspension of my accounts.On February 21, 2025, Discord permanently suspended my primary account citing a vague reason of child safety, but failed to provide any specific explanation or evidence regarding the alleged violation. I was not informed of any messages, behavior, or content that would warrant such an action.Subsequently, on March 20, 2025, a secondary account I created was also banned on the grounds of ban evasion. This action was taken despite my full compliance with Discords Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. At no point was I made aware of any actionable behavior that violated their policies.I have attempted to resolve this matter through Discords support system but have received no meaningful response or clarification. I believe I have been unfairly targeted and denied access to a platform where I had invested considerable time and maintained multiple social and professional connections.I am requesting that both of my accounts be reinstated. My account on the website Discord was falsely terminated after a series of harassment reports by other users. Discords report system is widely known as easy to abuse as it takes messages widely out of context, and people continuously complain about it, yet the company continues to not take any action to fix it. Discord staff refuse to respond to my emails or appeal requests, and have failed to even give a proper reason for the termination. The account was 5 years old, and has constantly been on good standing according to discords own guidelines and system. I also had a $9.99 monthly subscription with them ever since early 2024, which now means all that money has been wasted.Business Response

My discord account was falsely banned for "child safety" even though it's clearly false. I'm pretty sure discord staff is using AI for moderation and it somehow banned ***** says I got banned for saying ":3" clearly isn't breaking any sort of rules.People being falsely banned for child safety has been happening a lot recently as ******* discord account is ********* and is linked to my email: ********************* I would appreciate it if you could somehow contact discord to get me unbanned, I've been trying for over two weeks and have only been getting bot responses after opening tickets, discord won't bother giving me my data either even though they're supposed to.Business Response

Hello Discord Support Team
I am writing to appeal the permanent ban on my alt account ********************. My alt account was banned for ban evasion/chain ban after my main account was permanently banned. However, my main account has since been reviewed and unbanned, as it was determined that the original ban was a mistake.
I created my alt account at the same time as my main, not for the purpose of evading any bans, but simply to have a backup and to separate different communities/interests. I did not use my alt account to bypass any restrictions or bans, and both accounts were active prior to any enforcement action on my main account.
Now that my main account has been reinstated and the ban found to be in error, I kindly request that you review the ban on my alt account as well. I believe it was caught up in the automated ban process due to its association with my main account during the period of the false ban.
Please let me know if you need any additional information to assist with your review.
