Discord limited my account and gave me a warning for 'hateful conduct' despite me doing anything against this policy. I attempted to explain this in a ticket (ticket id ********* however it was automatically closed by an ai robot 2 hours later, i submitted another ticket (ticket id ********* and got the same outcome with the exact same time. Believing me to think that discord uses ai robots for appeals which violates certain laws regarding DSA. I also requested a review via the proper method which was denied (review request id #********************** few days after I attempted to submit a privacy request which requested all the decision making regarding the decision (ticket id ********* however this got closed, I reopened this ticket and am awaiting a response from Discord. My username is happy08895. A few weeks ago, I was banned from the platform without any attachments or specific reason provided, other than a general statement about child safety. The message that appears as the reason for the ban is:happy08895 <@1288490838380384309>.I want to emphasize that I expect a response from a human, not from artificial intelligence or an automated bot, as my case requires real verification and individual review.I must say that I do not believe I have done anything related to this. I do not participate in any activities that would threaten child safety. I believe this is a mistake from AI moderation, as I suspect that someone in a server mass-reported my account.I have appealed this decision both to an account that guaranteed a response within 24 hours, from which I have still received no reply, and to another that was marked as solved by a bot even though nothing was actually resolved.This account is very important to me, and I do not want to lose it, as I have a lot of information and friends with whom I communicate through Discord. September 5, 2025 The day I got permanently suspended - Full Context: I was a High Postion Staff in a 115k Members server, a member told me to go to dms and I proceeded to because they told me it was "important" and "serious". We've had a talk about the situation, it consists of someone sending them a DM of a photo that has CSAM on it although it is obviously made by AI, he told me to "Ban" the person BUT I dont have ban perms because only owners have. I proceeded to ask him to send me the User's ID because the server I'm a High Staff in has a channel called #ban-requests, for context, this channel is used to put people for breaking our server rules and especially the Discord TOS which only the server Mods+ can see, we usually jail people using the bleed bot and then proceed to put the violator to the channel with the format of [User ID] [Reason] [Evidence/Proof of Violation]. We usually ban people for Doxx, NSFW - ****, Sexual, or anything that violates Discord TOS. Furthermore, I proceeded to put the violator (the one the member reported to me in DMs) to #ban-requests and I proceeded to sleep for the night because it was very late. After I woke up, I got an email from Discord about my account being disabled permanently. I never mocked, joked, or laughed about anything, all I did was do my job as a High Position Staff to keep and have the members follow the Discord TOS and have the violators banned from the server. I appealed to Discord already and all I get is bot responses and no human whatsoever, I was hoping to be emailed by a human by Discord so everything can be explained and clarified without pulling anything out of context, because they can review the whole situation (which I believe they can see any server or anything that happens within it) especially the message itself.Business Response

Discord informed me that my account was disabled for a "Child Safety" violation, but they have not provided any details about what exact message, image, or activity was considered a violation. Without this information, I cannot understand what I supposedly did wrong.
Simply stating "Child Safety" without identifying the specific content in question is not a sufficient or transparent explanation.

I filed a ticket on Discord's support forums outlining how one of their "servers" was being used to exploit minors. Within under 5 minutes, a bot responded to the ticket outlining how to report things in-app. The ticket was then immediately closed without a human ever seeing it. I have reported over 500 messages in-app, and the actions needed suspension to stop the child safety issue did not occur. I then filed a ticket, which was immediately closed. I have entirely exhausted ways to prevent minors from being harmed. The ticket I filed outlines in detail how a server targeted towards children has an owner who uses the direct messaging feature of Discord to prey on minors as well as how he continues to evade bans using multiple accounts on **********************. A human never even read it. This predator is still active on Discord as I type this complaint, free to prey on children who are trying to play an online game. As I explained in my initial request to the Bureau, I have reported things in-app hundreds of times to no avail. If someone read the ticket, they would see that reporting in-app is inherently flawed and has done nearly nothing to stop the issues at hand.
