My Discord account was banned recently for the reasoning of "Child Safety", but I had not been given any information on how exactly I had broken this rule.I have reached out to support numerous times , and every response has been the exact same from their AI moderation. Hello, Im here to write about getting a human response.Originally, My main account inside this business was terminated for breaking their terms of service, The reason was child safety and it was completely false, I got this account reinstated.Because of my main account being falsely terminated, It led to my other account (username: absoltion) being terminated too for ban evasion and i still havent gotten it back.I have some important messages inside that account and would love to reinstate it, So i contacted discord support only to be presented with Automated replies over and over.The automated replies were so bad, That i made sure to include exactly what it was telling me, only to receive them nonetheless. I am filing this complaint regarding the permanent suspension of my Discord account (toastedavacado), which I have had for several years without any prior violations.Recently, my account was permanently banned for ban evasion. This is incorrect. I have never been banned before, nor have I ever attempted to evade a ban. The only unusual action I took was logging into my account through the Mullvad VPN, which I use for privacy reasons. Discords automated system appears to have misinterpreted this login as ban evasion and wrongfully terminated my account.This account is important to me both socially and financially. I have purchased Discord Nitro and/or server boosts on this account using Apple Pay, and I am able to provide proof of payment through my ***** purchase history. While I no longer have access to the Gmail address tied to the account, I am a paying customer and have valid billing records to prove ownership.I have submitted appeals through Discords official support channels, but I have not received any resolution. On January 19th 2025, discord suspended my account on their platform for child safety with no evidence given. Ive been trying to get in contact with their support agents but the only replies I got are automated replies or no replies at all. This complaint is being filed because I was incorrectly suspended by discord off of their platform. I haven't done any wrongdoing and I believe my suspension should be removed and my account reinstated. The suspension took place on September 5th, 2025 following a civil conversation about the United States law, which led to a permanent suspension onto the account mentioned due to an out of context message being reported. I have contacted Discord's suggested support page and received an unsatisfactory automated response. As the title/subject says, my account: ************************ was suspended for sending a ******* post. My friend had sent me the screenshot via WhatsApp, so I decided to send it to my group of friends (he had also sent it, but I didn't know). After sending it, I called everyone on the call to play. Then my friend said he was warned by Discord for sending the screenshot (the screenshot is attached), which I sent. When I went to see, I had also received 1 warning. Then, my friend (who was also warned) and my other friend were arguing about it. We went to play to relax. Then, my friend said that we both got dropped from the call. Then, when I went to see my Discord, my account was logged out, so I thought my email had been hacked, so they logged me out. When I went to check the email, we had received +1 warning from Discord for the same reason as before, even though we were just playing, and my friend too (we were communicating through the Roblox game). He said that took +1 tmb, and now my friends and I are trying to get our accounts back (I did not violate any of the terms of service or Community Guidelines)Business Response
