    My issue with Discord happened while having my account suspended for being deemed as an underaged account. I've appealed and tried to verify my age to Discord (I assured them I'm of age.), but there was no valid response to my appeal.Basically Discord asked me to send them a photo of myself holding my government issued ID with a piece of paper showing my suspended accounts username.I've done exactly that, and yet I kept getting the same BOT e-mail response over and over without any result.

    Hello,2 days ago I was banned on discord because of a false report saying I violated the terms of service or the community guidelines and that this violation was me breaking ''child safety'' and not once have i endangered a child on discord nor made any feel unsafe. i have provided screenshots to discord to prove there were people mass false reporting in a server i was in and that the group owner had to warn people about it and that i was caught in the cross fire but they don't seem to do anything about it. discord banned me without warning and i don't think that's fair. with kind regards i would like my suspension lifted and my account reinstated.thank you,saucey ****

    Discord has done nothing to protect my family, or my social media accounts on Tik Tok, ******* and Discord, from a person with the username on Discord of Drip Sauce1. This same person on *******, has endorsed death threats to me and my family, and made a public post saying he hopes his community does worse than real death threats to me online, essentially, this is a murder request in my opinion from him to his community asking them to attack me. This person is now doing it again, but on Discord.There is no way to report him to the police, he lives in ******. I live in the ***. I've filed an *** report, and a cybercrimes report, nothing was done about it. Now, I am seeking Discord to remove this person and his entire community he has made where this was posted.I will not tolerate Discord or ******* allowing this person to remain online while he endorses death threats to my family and sends his community to harm me. This is a lawsuit just waiting to happen so I urge discord to remove this person immediately and ban them from the platform. What he has done is ILLEGAL and against Federal Law. Discord allowing this to person to remain on the platform only opens this up for real legal action. Please help protect me and my family form this person.

    I am rejecting this response because:  Thank you so much for getting back to me so fast.  I appreciate this.

    I would like Discords Legal team to call me at ************ to discuss this further, I have already reported this to the federal cyber crimes website and also the *** database, if you are not able to help me then please have Discords Legal Team call me.  I have shown you that the user Drip Sauce1 on your platform has committed federal crimes of endorsements of things worse than just death threats and then on within his own community, he has continued to send his community in hopes of attacking me again by saying "you know what to do".   He sent that message to his community after telling them he hopes someone does worse than death threats to me and my family.  This is a crime in nearly every single country.   This is a cyber crime.  I have reported it already, multiple times.  

    Discord support said I cant do anything unless I report the original comment.  How can I do this, when this was sent in his private community?  I cannot get into his community to report it, nobody can, someone from already inside of it sent me the screen shots of it and he has also posted it on his ***************** public post. 

     

    I am asking you to simply read the attachments I have provided you and understand that this quote below is a federal cyber crime that the user Drip Sauce1 has stated.  The quote is "I hope they go even further against you".  This quote is the aftermath of him sending his community to attack me.  After I received death threats from his community, he then endorsed doing worse.  Now, he is saying that his community "knows what to do" against me and toward me.

    In this link, you can see the statements posted by this person are illegal, endorsements of crimes against someone is illegal, reaffirming this rhetoric is incriminating and an admittance of the crime in the first place.  If you look at his ******* profile, he thinks ******* and Discord will not do anything about this and laughed at it. 

    I am asking you to protect my family and I from this person and his community.  He has no business online.  Since it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to get into his private link invite only discord to report this, I cannot give you more information.  You have his user name.  You have his profile.   You can go look at his Discord community and find the post yourself to confirm this.  I've already shown you a snapshot that it was posted.

    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I haven't done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated. This suspension had occurred in around May of 2025. I tried making multiple tickets with Discord support, but I haven't gotten a single reply from a real human back.These were usually automated responses, without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any action.

I think that the message that flagged the detection is, while distasteful, not regarding any children and also not illegal. The image can be reverse image searched to prove that point.

    I am filing a complaint regarding the unjust suspension of my Discord account, username egasso_naught (registered under ***************** I am 37 years old so I'm of age to use Discord), held since ******* February 2025, my account was accidentally compromised by a bot. While exploring, I unknowingly gave control to a bot, which spammed invites. I quickly resolved the issue, believing it was handled.Despite my efforts, a warning followed in February 2025. On May 18, 2025, my account was suspended via email; no clear reason was given, and I'm unsure if it's bot-related.On May 18, 2025, I submitted ticket #******** for clarification. 14 days later, I was advised to "refer to DMs, emails, and account standing," but I was logged out and couldn't access this.After the first ticket was closed, I submitted another explaining my access issue. 29 days later, a response stated my account was "not found," warning of data deletion after 30 days if deleted. Slow, unhelpful bot responses (*****, Discord *************** caused significant ******** account remains visible on active servers. I primarily used Discord for translating Japanese manga and assisting Android/VR game development. I have never shared or endorsed illegal, morally questionable, or pirated content. My account contains significant personal history, including chats. As a logical person, I would never use my main account for questionable ************* date (June 24, 2025), I have submitted seven tickets, all of which received similar unhelpful bot responses directing me to check inaccessible account information:#******** #******** #******** #******** #******** #******** #******** I believe my account was unjustly suspended.     I am rejecting this response because: The response is auto generated. Despite saying that they reviewed the case they say that I "broke terms of service OR community guidelines" and still refers me to check DM's and account atanding. I cannot access those without logging into my account, and I cant login as I am blocked from logging in.

     

    I also got no emails detailing the issue.

    These auto generated responses imply that it was not reviewed by human.

     

    Abd I still believe that it was too harsh of a penalty. If my account was reported by someone, it has to be bogus report as I havent done anything wrong.

    On June 16th, 2025, my Discord account was permanently banned for child safety (Ticket #*******************). This action was taken without context and unfairly labels me for something I did not do. The situation originated from a ******** streamer who broadcasted extremely inappropriate and disturbing content live to thousands of viewers. I took a screenshot of his stream, clearly showing the Kick platform UI and chat filled with people reacting in shock and urging others to report him. I then shared this screenshot in my Discord server solely to raise awareness and encourage people to report him for violating community safety standards. The Kick streamer was later banned as a result. However, I was falsely reported on Discord, likely by someone attempting to weaponize the report system against me. Despite my intent being to protect the community and take action against harmful content, my account was permanently banned. I appealed this and explained the full situation in good faith, but Discord responded stating the ban would remain in place with no option for further review. I was never given a proper chance to clarify that I was not distributing harmful content, I was reporting it. I am respectfully requesting a full re-evaluation of my case. I ask that the violation be removed from my account history and that my account be reinstated. This was not an act of malice, it was a clear attempt to address dangerous content being spread publicly.

    I am filing a complaint against Discord for wrongfully banning my account without proper investigation or communication. I believe I was falsely banned due to mass reporting or an automated system error, even though I did not post any content that violated Discords Community Guidelines.Since the ban, I have tried multiple times to contact Discord through their official support channels, but I have not received a single human response only automated replies that do not address my case. I have never had any prior violations on my account, and the content I posted (GIFs) was safe-for-work and commonly used by others on the platform.I am requesting that Discord conduct a manual review of my case and provide a direct response explaining the reason for the ban, along with a fair resolution.     I am rejecting this response because: My original Discord account was registered under the email ******************* and my existing support ticket is #********. I have yet to receive a proper response from a human staff member. Every reply so far has seemed automated and unhelpful.


    I only had 34 friends added on the account, and I was largely inactive aside from occasional messages. I had an active ***** subscription for two years, and my account was created in 2021. I never posted or used content that violated Discords Terms of Service. The **** I used were the same ones others had shared in the same chatsyet my account was banned while theirs were not, which feels inconsistent and unfair.


    I currently do not have access to my DMs, so Im unable to provide screenshots of any conversations, though I wish I could. Ive also come across multiple reports from other users on forums whove experienced the same issue: sudden bans with no clear reason, no real chance to appeal, and no meaningful support due to moderation being handled by automated systems rather than human review.


    I am respectfully requesting a full manual review of my case by an actual support agent. Im seeking transparency regarding the reason for my ban and a fair opportunity to appeal.

    I was banned from Discord on [6/21/2025]. According to the ban message, it was due to [ban evasion because i got banned on my first account for child safety [which was also incorrect] but unfortunately i cant get back on this account again because i didn't use any email for it and it requires sending a message on an email for ip authorization,i only used phone number for it], which is incorrectI did not break any rules and my content was harmless.On [6/21/2025], I submitted an appeal (Ticket # [********]) but so far have received only automated responsesno human review has been conducted.
