    I was falsely banned on my account while trying to report someone who was actually doing something but I get banned for it and Ive tried reaching out to discord support for months and all I get is replies from a bot and theyve been no help whatsoever.

    I was making a crude joke to my partner, which many people do, and I said bab instead of babe. No, I was not referring to him as a child as he is not, it was just an innocent inside joke that discord apparently took way too far.

    They lied to me saying that it wasnt permanent; then after told me that I was permanently suspended. Im not sure if thats legal. And as well as I have one year of nitro on that account that I want to be canceled, and they have not bothered to do that either.

    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.This suspension had occurred in around June 22nd, 2025. I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply from a real human back.These were usually automated responses , without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any action

    I am rejecting this response because: They have not updated me at all or responded as shown in the attachment. "Discord has disabled your account for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. You shouldve received a system DM or email with more information. If you have any questions about your account being disabled, please refer to the account standing page under your account settings." was repeated multiple times and I have not received a system DM or email with more information. Said again, I clearly know Discord has disabled my account but I never violated the terms of service or community guidelines, I was in a server only for a few months and had no clue it was a extreme terrorist server? I had not seen anything violating the rules or wasn't in time to see it. "Discord has disabled your account for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines" Is not a full answer on why I was banned, and if I'm GOING to be unbanned or not. Its just some automatic bot responding to me instead of an actual human being. I hope that my ban is either lowered or lifted, I think a permanent ban is excessive for just joining a server. What If the user that had joined the server didn't know it was Violating Discords Terms of Service or Community Guidelines? That's my problem according to Discord because I had no idea or clue it was a Extreme Terrorist server.

    i had several strikes added to my discord account for no reason as all reasons provided apply to things i never did and when i attempted to appeal these false violations that ended in a permanent ban in my account ********************** just ignored it. all im trying to have is all the violations on my account removed as none of them apply to things ive actually done on their platform.     I am rejecting this response because: the people at discord are clearly not reading and understanding my point this is very obvious by the fact you respond with the same email every time. But i will say again my account which i had not used in a long time was banned by someone else violating the terms of service on my account. I hope this time you will understand my point of view because as you can tell it is very unfair to be punished for something you didn't do, not to mention the countless important contacts i have on that account

    On June 21st, I got suspended from a false claim on discord due to mass reporting from someone with ill intent. The next day my account was unusable. I have tried emailing Discord about the situation to no response and my account remains unusable.

    Hello Discord ************** Team,I recently received a ban on my account for an alleged violation of your Child Safety policy. I want to start by saying that I fully understand how seriously Discord takes the safety of minors, and I completely support your efforts in protecting users.However, I was confused by this ban, as I have never shared, discussed, or engaged in any behavior that could be interpreted as violating your child safety rules. I genuinely believe this may have been a mistake or the result of a misinterpretation, possibly caused by an automated system or a flagged conversation taken out of ********** asking kindly for a thorough manual review of my account and any messages or activity that led to this decision. Im confident youll find no malicious intent or policy-breaking actions on my part.If theres anything I did wrong unintentionally, I am more than willing to understand, take accountability, and ensure it never happens again. I deeply value being part of the Discord community and would never do anything to put others at risk or violate the rules.     I was permanently suspended by discord for child safety at 3:20am 24/06/25 for 'child safety' due to a random server I was in. This means that not only I but around 10k members would have also been banned. I wish for the violation to be removed due to it not being fair and I've built up a loving community and friend group over my 4 years of playing.

    I am rejecting this response because: I do not agree with this response. I do not even *understand* what they mean by continue with this claim. They won't respond to me in any other claims unless it's the same thing takking about me being temporarily banned when I am infact permanently suspended. I want to be able to speak to a human who works for discord and see if they'll even unban me. I was unfairly banned. It was a server relating to *********** however I never posted or interacted with members in said server. I don't believe I should be banned when I can bet that other members who were interacting / the minors didn't get anything done.
