    I've been falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform despite my repeated appeals of innocence. I haven't done anything wrong, and I believe my account, my property, should be reinstated and the suspension lifted. This suspension occurred sometime around may.I've tried making a multitude of tickets with the discord support, but their response at first was that it was a temporary suspension, but they then falsely accused me 2 more times after in which resulted in me being locked out of my account and for it to be disabled with no date or information given to me about it. All of the responses so far have been by their automated bot which would ask me to check my account standing to get a briefing on when I'd be let back into my account, which I have no access to doing so since they've disabled it.

    I am submitting this complaint because my Discord account was unfairly suspended from the platform.I have not violated any rules, and I firmly believe that my suspension was a mistake. I respectfully request that my account be reinstated.The suspension took place around June 2025. Since then, I have submitted multiple support tickets to Discord, but I have yet to receive a response from a real person.All the replies Ive received appear to be automated, with no indication that my case has been reviewed or given proper attention.

    I am rejecting this response because: I did received the private message informing me the action taken on my account was temporal and supposed to expire on june 24 and then after a couple of minutes while playing a videogame with my friends my account was permanently suspended, I deleted the video and everything as soon i've received the warning from discord, I would like to speak with a human if possible please.

    Hello,Ive used Discord for many years and held an active Discord Nitro subscription (username: vividdermedic) for over six years. On June 21, 2025, my account was suspended for an alleged Child Safety violation, and any new accounts I create (for example, vividdasmedic) are immediately suspended as well. I have never willfully or knowingly violated Discords Terms of Service or ****. Despite multiple support tickets (********, ********), I only receive generic, auto-generated replies that never explain the reason for my suspension. I no longer have access to the email tied to my original account ********************************* yet support insists on communicating exclusively through that address. *** offered proof of ownershipbank statements, security codes, etc.but still receive the same unhelpful response. This lack of transparency and refusal to address my case is unacceptable.Thank you for your time.

    I recently received a ban on my account (which is over 7 years old) for ban evasion. I believe this is a mistake, as I have always followed Discords rules and have never intentionally violated any terms of service.I live in a household where multiple family members share the same devices and network. Its possible that a sibling's previous actions on Discord may have triggered this ban unintentionally and because of the shared IP address or device, it may have incorrectly linked me to that behavior.Please understand that I would never try to evade a ban, especially since Ive never received one myself. Over the years, Discord has become an essential platform for me not just for staying in touch with friends, but also for engaging in hobbies, support groups, and interest-based communities.I take your community guidelines seriously and have always followed them. I ask you to please review my case because Discord is not replying to my support tickets and I am only getting automated replies. Discord has become an essential part of my everyday life and I wish to continue to use discord.

    I am rejecting this response because: they have banned my account based on my brothers account actions and they are continuously sending me this same response. 

    I live in a household where we share multiple devices because we are a family living together. 

    It is not my other account but my brothers account therefore I shouldnt be banned based on my brothers actions. 

     

    Just compare the different dates when the accounts were registered and the different friends that we have. It is clear to see that theyre not the same account .

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have never been banned from Discord. It seems the ban was incorrectly attributed to me due to my siblings account, which shares the same IP address and devices. While I understand Discords policies on ban evasion, this is a clear case of mistaken identity as I have no connection to the activities that led to the action against my siblings account.


    I kindly request the reinstatement of my account and a correction of this misunderstanding. If this issue cannot be resolved, I may need to seek legal counsel to explore my options, as this situation unfairly impacts me despite my adherence to Discords Terms of Service.

    Receive permanent suspension from the discord platform on multiple accounts in which I use to communicate with work and friends as I am disabled and unable to work away from home. I would only like to have access to my account again as it has stopped me from being able to work properly. I was falsely banned on the premise of violating child safety guidelines with the proof being I said the word good.

On June 21st, I received 2 punishments for the same action, one limiting my permissions to send images/videos and one permanently banning me off the platform.     Thanks for writing in. It looks like you're missing some of the information that we requested to verify that you're old enough to use Discord.

    Please include all of the requested materials in a single photo, and make sure that all of the requested materials are clearly visible.

    As a reminder, this photo should include:
    - Your face (meaning, please send us a selfie)
    - You holding a photo ID that contains your date of birth
    - You holding a piece of paper with your username

    We can accept passport photo IDs, state issued IDs, and other government issued IDs as part of our evaluation process.

    If you do not have a photo ID that shows your date of birth, you can submit a verification photo that includes your school photo ID with your name visible, alongside a birth certificate with your name AND date of birth visible, along with the other requirements listed above.

    You can cover up any sensitive parts of your photo ID, but we need to see your face and your date of birth clearly in the photo. Please note we cannot accept screenshots, printouts, or other copies of identification and that the original ID must be presented.

    Hello. I am making this complaint because I believe that I was falsely suspended by Discords moderation system.They gave me a generic policy violation, and didnt show me what I actually did, such as an image, message, or link, that violated said policy and caused the ban. This suspension had occurred on June 21, 2025 I tried making a ticket with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply back from anyone to help me with this.

    I implore them to review this and not offer another automated response. I am active in only two servers with friends, and have not done anything to endanger children per the safety policy. I believe myself to be the victim of a mass report or a false positive, and would like to at least know what I did to cause my ban. My account was in good standing for 9 years with zero warnings before this.
