This complaint is due to my account being wrongfully suspended, and I think that this decision should be reconsidered. This complaint is being filed because I was suspended from Discord off their platform. I don't make particularly crude jokes, and I have no friends who are minors.I haven't done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated. This suspension occurred during late June of 2025. I woke up the morning of the 22nd to find my account banned when I'm aware I had done nothing wrong. No reason was listed in my ban, nor was there anything mentioned in my account standing. When I filed for an appeal, it said there would be more details on said account standing, or I would have an email telling me what I did wrong, with neither of these existing. I tried making tickets for my appeal, but only faced automated responses from robots, with not a single human looking at my ticket or taking any action. Thank you.Business Response

I hope this message finds you well. Im writing in regard to a recent action taken against my account which was suspended on the grounds of "involvement in financial scams."
I want to sincerely clarify that I did not engage in any behavior with malicious intent, nor was I attempting to violate Discords Community Guidelines or Terms of Service. If any of my actions came across as suspicious or against the rules, I assure you it was unintentional and due to a misunderstanding.
I had received a suspicious message and asked a trusted friend for their opinion, not realizing this could be flagged under financial scams.
I take Discords rules seriously and have always strived to use the platform responsibly. If there was a specific incident or message that triggered this action, I would appreciate the opportunity to better understand what happened and work toward resolving it. Supposedly, the ban reason is Ban evasion, but thats something I never did and I would never do and I havent ever been banned before also. This is just downright unexplainable. This is my formal complaint against Discord Inc. Me, alongside many members of my online community are disgusted by the recent actions of discord that clearly are targeted and cause only harm towards the community: 1. The removal of the "bot" (a script named "Ro-Cleaner") that automatically bans users in known NSFW "condos" servers that were made for Roblox (a kids game rated 7+ by PEGI). This bot was made to protect children from grooming, and was banned for no apparent reason. 2. Me and my community got warnings (resulting in my permanent ban). Me and my community, we are minors, and we made a server to bring us together. This server got banned for "child endargement" even if there was no such actions ever implied in our community. Me and my community, take this as a targeted action. 3. My account getting "Hacked". Recently, my account got "Hacked" on Discord and sent fraudulent links to everyone in my Personal messages and servers. I suspect this happened because of the numerous "Apps" Discord forces on you (sometimes adding me back to servers against my will). I am frustrated as discord didn't flag this log in as fraudulent (as it was in a different region), didn't lock my account, didn't attempt to delete any of the messages sent, all Discord did was remove some permissions and give me a warning, leading to my permanent ****** conclusion, Discord **** is a company that breaches privacy, endangers children and bans the wrong people and isn't safe (apps could cause password breaches) all for income (servers that get "boosts" provide income for discord). I alongside many others are disgusted by these actions and urge people to switch apps and use an alternative (such as teamspeak and snapchat).Untill Discord fixes all of these ill will actions, my complaint will stand against Discord. The accusation is extremely serious but I was never shown what content led to this action. It is inaccurate for Discord to now claim they can find no record of communication when my original BBB complaint contained this information directly, along with my Discord username (leley3831) and user ID ********************.
Moreover, I have submitted multiple support tickets through their system, including Ticket #********, which received only a generic automated response stating my account will not be reinstated with no evidence, context, or explanation provided. That ticket is closed without resolution.
I have already gone through Discords support portal. I am asking for a real, human-led review of my case, not a circular redirect back to a system that has already failed to provide due process.
Please ensure Discord directly addresses the issue and account referenced above, rather than deflecting with vague system limitations. I remain open to resolution, but only if Discord engages with my complaint honestly and thoroughly. I have been extremely patient and cooperative throughout this process. However, being falsely accused of a serious violation without receiving any explanation or evidence has been deeply distressing. Discord continues to claim that they can find no record of communication with my account, despite the fact that I explicitly stated the correct email address associated with the banned account: ************************ This email was included in both my original complaint and my follow-up response, along with my Discord username (leley3831), user ID ********************, and the ticket number (#********) I opened through their support system.
I have already used Discords support portal multiple times. The only responses I received were automated template messages not a single one from a real human. This includes the message closing my ticket without ever giving me any explanation of what I allegedly did wrong.
Repeating the same copy-pasted reply and referring me back to a system that has already failed me is not a resolution. It is avoiding accountability. I am asking for a real, human-led review of my case and a specific response to the serious false accusation made against me.
All I want is fairness, transparency, and the chance to clear my name. Discord has failed to provide that. Until a real person from their team addresses the information Ive submitted, I do not consider this complaint resolved.
