    I didn't pay anything to this business other than my monthly discord subscription, however, they have taken to Direct Messaging me advertisements. I do not have my instant messages open for just anyone to message me, so they should *not* be able to do this.

    On 06/19/2025, I was banned from Discord because their AI flagged a pornographic image I had sent as a violation to their Terms of Service. Im reaching out in hopes that you can help me appeal this ban directly. I tried to reach out to Discord on numerous occasions using their website but my tickets keeps being flagged as solved without any form of communication whatsoever.Since the last time I reached out, I acquired evidence of where I had gotten the image that got my account flagged to prove it was not of an illegal nature as their AI had flagged me for. I will attach a screenshot below.The forum I had gotten this image was from Reddit, a highly public social media platform. Furthermore, the actual subreddit itself has members in the millions and Discord can see for themselves that all women depicted are of legal age. The subreddit in question is mainly for appreciating women of smaller sizes.Discord can clearly see that my source was of a public nature and that I had no intention of violating any of their Child Safety policies. As stated earlier, I tried to appeal to them directly but they keep dodging the issue. Presumably because of the high influx of users submitting complaints for the exact same reasons. I hope that Discord can understand my circumstances and have a human review this case as their AI has been nothing short of unhelpful. Ive broken no laws and only want my account back. Furthermore, any and all writing conducted on my account is between consenting adults over the ages of 20.The account in question is tied under the email: ***********************

    The issue of being unable to find my tickets in their system is strange as I did, in fact, send multiple support tickets as depicted by the screenshots attached below. All of which were left open for a period of a few hours before being automatically closed without a single reply.

    Under the same email as the one listed in my previous complaint, I had created a Discord Support account which I know for a fact is functional as I had sent a complaint under their General Questions tab and got a reply by an AI almost immediately while my appeal tickets remained unanswered.

    If the issue is regarding being unable to find the Discord account associated with the email, I will instead attach a screenshot of the account profile including the username. I would prefer the matter be settled in this way as each and every appeal ticket ive filed through the official Discord Support website have remained ignored.

    I am rejecting this response because Discord has actively been closing my support tickets for the account registered under the email ********************** without so much as an automated response.

    Each and every time I attempt to appeal for my account the way they want it, it gets closed in a matter of hours. Im being given no opportunity to present my case and from what ive been researching, this is a common issue that the Discord Support team has with its users. They do not communicate well with their users and all who are banned for their Child Safety policies are either given an automated response or are ignored entirely.

    All I ask is that someone reinstate my account for ive done no wrongdoing. All explicit adult material which ive uploaded on the account has been in private between consenting adults and are sourced from reputable, public online spaces. I suspect I may have even been falsely reported.

    Ive been a loyal Discord user for over five consecutive years. Ive paid hundreds of dollars for ***** and hadnt had a single violation up until that point. It is unjust that I be banned over an image the ** falsely flagged as a violation of their policies when it was sourced directly from a public space with millions of followers.

    Discord's Terms of Service state that they will not revoke access to the account unless the user violates the terms of service, and will not revoke access to the account without warning.They randomly revoked access to my account, and demanded my phone number to regain access to the account. Being required to provide my phone number was never part of the agreement. Communication via support has broken down. I requested the Discord contact information for my friends on the platform so that I can contact them after making a new account. They deliberately wasted a ton of hours of my time and support staff now seem to be trolling me.

    (1) The business is not disputing that their revocation of access to my account is in violation of their Terms of Service.   

    (2) They are not disputing that the Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement that they are willfully violating.

    (3) They are not disputing that there was an agreement (dictated by both the Terms of Service, as well as an implied usage agreement) for me to use their service (a) without providing personally identifiable information, (b) without having access revoked without warning, per explicit wording of their Terms of Service, and (c) use their service without having my access to my work product revoked unless I violate the Terms of Service which I did not.

    (4) They are not disputing that I did not violate their Terms of Service in any way.

    Revoking access to my work product and my account in open blatant violation of their Terms of Service was improper business practice, as well as a tort violation, and likely violation of contract law.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have repeatedly asserted that Discord's Terms of Service explicitly and clearly state that Discord will not revoke access from the account unless the User violates the Terms of Service, or without warning.

    Discord is not disputing that their Terms of Service state this.

    If I need to download, highlight, and upload a copy of their Terms of Service, highlighting where their Terms of Service state this, I can do that on request.  Is anyone requesting that I do this?  

    Discord revoked my access to my account, in violation of their Terms of Service.  Again, Discord is not disputing this.  

    Discord's Terms of Service do not require a phone number.  Their policies state that a phone number may be required for verification or for communication.  But they do not have my phone number, so it is not required for verification, and obviously we can communicate via email, so it is not necessary.  It does not change the fact that revoking access to my account is a violation of their Terms of Service.  

    Discord is an online chat platform, and I do not share my personal details with online chat platforms.  That includes my phone number.  

    I have been using Discord for 10 years.  I have been using it with friends and game developers.  They have my friends' contact information, and my work product.  Me and other people were working on a game development project on their servers, and they have my work product on their servers. 

    I am asking for them to lift the phone restriction, or to give me my friends' "discord tags" (i.e. my friends' contact information).  This is well within the boundaries of the agreement that Discord has with their users, which includes me.

    My account @callgao has been falsely suspended for breaking the Child Safety policy, but this was a very obvious misunderstanding. The message I sent had nothing to do with children whatsoever, and I was literally introducing my friend to another one of my friends. The deleted message highlighted in red is the same message which I was suspended for.     It is another automated message. I desperately need a genuine and thorough review of my situation.

    Hello! I am filing this complaint because I was falsely suspended from the Discord platform.


    My Discord account was wrongfully suspended about 8 days ago (June 12, 2025), I tried making multiple tickets with Discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply from a real human back. Every reply was automated with no further review.


    The messages I had sent were reported for Child Self Endangerment by a ***** individual who was upset with me for rejecting them. I unfortunately can't attach screenshots, but if possible I would like to show them. There was a tweet on this person's private X account that read;
    "i know i shouldnt havelike reported his discord and gotten it banned but liek i was so f****** mad at him i shouldnt have done it i **** ***** somuch i miss him so much i wish there was a reality where it was just the two of us talking and having fun again".
    This greatly disturbed me when I found out, considering other tweets showed they were absolutely obsessed with me and hated our mutual friend for 'getting in the way' of us despite me being very clear in my boundaries.


    To backtrack a bit, the messages that were found were an immature *********** joke (For context, it was made within a server for me and my friends who were all comfortable with eachother and completely safe), me saying 'Ara ara' (Clearly, also a joke), and a gif of a woman doing yoga. I thought requesting a review of the last two would help, but the tickets were closed with an automated message, just like the emails I had sent begging to be heard out.


    I've explained that I was targeted and harassed, but I still only received the ***** email. I'm completely drained and out of ideas, since I need Discord for school purposes and also to contact friends I cannot contact elsewhere. I've stuck firmly to the Discord Terms of Service for the 5-6 years I have been using it, but I'm at a loss now, and am out of ideas.

    Hello I have been in multiple NSFW discord servers before that have all been ************************************************************************************** the slightest that has broken discord TOS and every message I sent in said servers have been censored using the discord feature to hide a message so you physically have to click on it in order to see what the message is I have been spam reported multiple times by random people when I did nothing wrong this server was ment for **** activities and has been promoted by discord itself this occurred on June 13 2025 I would appreciate if I could get my ban lifted as I have had this account for years and losing over spam reports from randoms when I did not break TOS at all and have been appropriate with my actions on discord I see the ban as unfair and unjust.

    Hello,My Discord account (username: vt5) was suddenly banned for "child safety", despite my full attestation that I have committed no such violation. Based on what I see in complaints from others posted here, Discord's email response to my ticket consisted of an automatic bot response, and after a follow-up email requesting a manual review, I have been ignored by Discord's support team. I have been a paying subscriber to their ************* for years and have never had such a poor experience with Discord support in the nearly 8 years that I've been a happy user of the platform. I am more than willing to continue paying for the subscription and use the platform in accordance to the Terms of Service as I have been for all of these years, but I cannot do this unless a human representative at Discord reviews my case and confirms that I have not broken the Terms of Service as claimed. I have been open and willing to work with Discord to resolve this problem, but thus far, Discord has not been reciprocating the same level of cooperation and understanding. I kindly request that this issue get properly looked over by human agents so that a quick resolution can be reached that is favorable for both Discord and I.     I am rejecting this response because yet again, the response from the business is an unsatisfactory and generic automated message, indicating a lack of professionalism in the face of customer complaints. It is clear that the case is not being handled appropriately, and that shows a lack of respect for the customers of the platform. ********************** claims that I have broken the Terms of Service, but refuses to back up the alleged violation with any evidence of wrongdoing. I continue to attest that I have not broken the Terms of Service, and I also continue to request that a human look over this case and respond accordingly. As stated in my initial complaint, I am willing and eager to work with Discord to reach a mutually beneficial resolution to this issue, but this requires honest cooperation from both parties.     I am rejecting this response because the business is still refusing to take this complaint seriously. I have asked for a manual review by a human, but I have yet again received the same automated response. At this point, this is a lack of respect on Discord's part. I have been using the platform for eight years and have been paying for ***** for several years as well, and this is the kind of customer service that is received when an account is wrongfully terminated. Needless to say, this kind of treatment is inappropriate and unacceptable. I am still willing to cooperate with Discord to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution, but I cannot do this alone. Please show some respect for me as a customer and have a human respond to the complaint. Thank you, and I hope to hear from you soon.
