My Discord account (username: *******, ID: ******************* was permanently suspended in January 2025 for alleged ban evasionan offense I did not commit. I have never violated Discord's rules or attempted to evade any bans.I believe this may be a false positive triggered by shared IP address issues, as I live in a neighborhood where multiple households use the same internet provider. This may have led their automated systems to incorrectly associate my account with another user.Since the suspension, I have contacted Discord Support several times. Unfortunately, I have only received automated, AI-generated responses with no human review or meaningful way to appeal. It has now been over four months without a resolution.I respectfully request that Discord conduct a manual review of my case, provide a proper explanation, and, if possible, reinstate my account. I am rejecting this response because: My Discord account (username: m4rtina, ID: 612694932964245514) was wrongfully banned in January 2025 for alleged ban evasion. Discord claims I was evading a ban from another account, but I have never had another account banned.
I believe this is a false positive due to multiple computers sharing the same IP address in my residential complex (evidence attached). I live in a condominium where the internet is managed through a shared provider, making IP overlaps very likely between unrelated users.
Discord’s only response (ticket #57679935) was an automated message stating I should appeal using the email from the originally banned account—something that does not apply to me, because I’ve never owned or used any other account.
I have submitted several appeals and messages, yet all I receive are automated responses with no human review. I’m an innocent user being punished for a situation out of my control, and I’ve had no proper way to appeal.
I respectfully ask that Discord:
* Reopen my case for manual review.
* Take into account the evidence of shared IP usage.
* Reinstate my account or provide a way to resolve this situation with real support.

Hello,My Discord account (.tusty.) was permanently banned on June 4 2025 due to a child-safety violation. I was surprised and devastated by this decision. I would never share, create, or support anything harmful like that. I believe someone accessed my account without my knowledge or permission.I used to allow trusted friends to remotely access my PC for gaming through Parsec, AnyDesk, and similar apps. Sometimes I stepped away brieflye.g., to get a drink or use the bathroomand let them keep playing.After the ban, I discovered an old Discord login-alert email showing my account was accessed from a completely different citysomething I never noticed until now. For privacy, I blurred the last part of the external IP, as well as the city and state, in that screenshot (e.g., *************). The key point is that the login came from a region where I do not live.I have attached screenshots showing evidence of remote connections (Parsec), the remote-access software installed (AnyDesk, Sunshine/Moonlight), and the masked login alert. The reply is identical to the automated template I have already received from Discords Trust & Safety bot, and it does not address any of the evidence I submitted.
I provided screenshots showing remote access to my PC via Parsec. I also included screenshots proving that AnyDesk and Sunshine/Moonlight were installed on my system, to illustrate the tools I used to let friends connect. Additionally, I submitted a login alert showing an access attempt from a different city. None of this was acknowledged.
The message simply restates the ban and gives no explanation or appeal route. No one addressed whether the alleged violation was committed from my own activity or by a third party using my system.
For privacy, I masked the last part of the ** address and the full location (city, state, and country) in the screenshot. Even so, the login is visibly from a different region than my own.
All I ask is for a real person from Discord Trust & Safety to review the evidence and confirm whether any manual evaluation was done. If not, I request mediation or arbitration through BBB.

The reply I received is identical to the automated template previously sent by Discords Trust & Safety system and does not address any of the evidence I submitted:
screenshots showing remote access to my PC via Parsec;
evidence that AnyDesk and Sunshine/Moonlight were installed only so friends could connect;
a Discord login-alert email showing the account was accessed from a different city.
For privacy, I masked the final part of the ** address and the full location (city, state, country) in that alert, but the access is still clearly from outside my region.

This is now the second time that Discord has replied with the same automated message. It does not address any of the evidence I submitted including screenshots showing remote access to my PC, tools like AnyDesk and Parsec installed, and a login alert from a different location.
For privacy reasons, the ** and location were partially masked, but the login clearly came from a region that is not mine.
Since no manual review of this case was confirmed, and the response does not explain if the violation was caused by my own activity or a third party, I must insist:
I formally request that this case be escalated for mediation or arbitration through the BBB.
I am not trying to blame the company. I only ask that a real person review the facts fairly and tell me whether this case was ever actually investigated by a human.

I have been permanently suspended from Discord, I have sent multiple e-mails and request forms on the official support website. I haven't had a single human interaction since the ban happened on 6/13/25, I have been suspended and only got automated responses. Ever since 4 months ago, I've been forever suspended from Discord on multiple accounts for "child safety" because of a mass reporting problem. I am writing in response to the message provided by Discord **** in regard to my initial complaint concerning the false ban of my Discord account in December 2024, allegedly for violating the platforms Child Safety Policy.
Unfortunately, I must respectfully reject the companys response. The message sent by Discord is not addressed to me, nor does it make any reference to the nature of my complaint. The response appears to be a generic or misdirected message addressed to an entirely different individual (*********) and provides no resolution, clarification, or investigation into the issue I raised.
To reiterate:
My account was falsely banned for violating Discords Child Safety Policy, a policy I have never violated.
I have received no formal explanation or evidence to justify the action taken against my account.

I've explained in multiple of my tickets how I said something such as "I've been sent illegal content before" with my other violations following the same pattern. I believe what was sent to me is truly disgusting and I do not promote anything that was sent to me to the extend that I reported the massager afterwards. I've explained why I believe three of my violations were falsely given to me along with reattaching the screenshot that proves my account was hacked late March. Hello,I am contacting you regarding the suspension of my Discord account. I would like to point out that I did nothing wrong and that this suspension is completely unjustified. Indeed, I was the victim of a hacking on June 25th by a malicious individual who used my account to send inappropriate photos of minors, with the intent of trapping me and causing my ban.I was absolutely unaware of these actions. As soon as I tried to reconnect, my account had already been deactivated. I firmly believe that I have not violated Discords Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. I take the rules and policies of Discord very seriously and always make a conscious effort to remain in full compliance.
As someone who uses Discord professionallyconducting almost all of my business through the platform, including selling services, managing a team, and hosting community eventsI keep the Terms of Service open in a separate tab at nearly all times. It is a critical reference for me, and I actively use it to guide how I operate and communicate within the platform.
If there was a specific action or incident that led to the enforcement against my account, I respectfully request a more detailed explanation so I can understand and address any misunderstanding or misinterpretation. I conduct legitimate business through Discord and keep the Discord ToS open in a dedicated tab for compliance at all times.
Receiving vague or copy-pasted replies not only fails to meet industry standards for user transparency but may also raise issues under several legal frameworks, including:
- FTC Act (Section 5) regarding deceptive or unfair business practices,
- State Consumer Protection Laws (e.g., Californias UCL),
- Contract Law & Duty of Good Faith,
- Tortious Interference if business operations are harmed without cause,
- CCPA/GDPR regarding access to data and explanation of moderation decisions,
- And the binding arbitration clause outlined in Discord's own Terms of Service.
