I was permanently banned from Discord, and I believe this was a mistake caused by their automated moderation or AI flagging system. I did not violate any community guidelines knowingly, and I was not given a specific reason or proper warning.I submitted an appeal through Discord's official support, but I received a generic reply and no resolution.I also currently have $20 in Discord Nitro on my account, and I'm unable to access it due to the ban. This is regarding a Discord account takedown that was issued about 3 months ago now. I've been purposefully mass reported by an online troll using messages where I abbreviated the term "creator points" as "cp". I wasn't the only one, there's been multiple reports online of people suffering the same fate.I've leveraged this exact issue on three different occasions on Discord tickets but all I got back are bot responses saying my account would not be reinstated on "violation of terms of service". I've already read them, I understand where they're coming from. I still maintain this is a big misunderstanding but I have no direct way of communicating with Discord staff because I keep getting directed to bots. I've come here because I needed to contact a human who can help me get this sorted out.All I ask for is to get my account reinstated. I have hundreds of personal chats with people I can't contact outside of that sphere, not to mention payment details for in-server purchases such as Discord Nitro. It's a huge risk to leave them in, and I need those message histories back for stuff like work, study and personal projects/hobbies. I am filing this complaint regarding a suspension issued by Discord under their Child Safety policy. I first received a limitation notice, followed by a full account suspension despite the fact that I was not actively using the app at the time of the enforcement. No specific evidence or message was cited in the ban notice. I have submitted multiple appeals through Discords official appeals process, but each one was denied without any direct human communication. All responses have been automated, generic, and unhelpful. I have not received any clarification on what content or behavior caused the limitation and suspension. Furthermore, no content appears to have been deleted from my account, which raises additional questions about the reasoning behind the ban.I understand Discord must take child safety seriously, and I fully support those efforts. The ticket system seems fully automated, with the responses completely off topic. Discord has never answered any of my tickets clearly and in an understandable manner. I had tried to ask specific questions, and all i got was we will not reinstate that account without providing ANY details outside ive violated their community guidelines and Terms of Use. As a well known social app/site Discord should at least provide a clear explanation of penalties and WHAT specifically will happen (e.g. sharing any links consisting of **** content to minors is a permanent suspension) instead of a vague mention.

Hello, my name is ***** and I want to report my problem regarding my Discord blocking.05/18/2025 at 22:30 my account was blocked due to "Child Safety" and given the context and circumstances of my situation, to which I have nothing to do since this is someone else's business, I tried more than once to justify myself to Discord support on their website.Immediately after the blocking, I filed an appeal through the official Discord website. However, like all subsequent appeals, it was automatically closed with the status "Completed" without any response. In one of the tickets, the support bot confirmed that the request would be forwarded to the appropriate department, but it was subsequently closed 2 days later without a *********** date (July 2, 2025), I have not received a single official response regarding my situation. Hello, I received a response, but I believe it is automatic and does not reflect a real review of my appeal by a live moderator. My case is sensitive, and I believe it requires an individual review with the participation of a Discord support representative.
I did not commit intentional violations. I admit that I was negligent and irresponsible, but I am remorseful and ready to accept a reasonable and realistic punishment in the form of a temporary ban for 1-2 years. The most important thing for me is the ability to use the Discord application again in the future.
I am open to dialogue and ready for any compromise to resolve the situation. I ask for assistance and support in establishing contact with Discord moderation, since the current response from the company is a template auto-response, and not the result of careful consideration.

I have always been an honest person, and if you check my report history, you'll see that *** consistently reported harmful users on Discord, especially when it involved child safety concerns.
I sincerely ask that you reconsider your decision, as I am a victim in this situation and others have also been targeted by this same individual. I can even provide evidence to support this. On the night of the 25th and on several other days, multiple users were banned due to similar messages, but theyre too afraid to appeal because they believe Discord wont help them. I am rejecting this response because:Ill say it again: it was a person who sent this photo and if you actually reviewed it, youd see that its a screenshot taken from a stream. This person enjoys hacking accounts or forcing others to send it, otherwise they get hacked or even doxxed.
And this isnt the first time!
Once again, on June 24th, 25th, and 26th, multiple accounts were banned because of this same image!
If you just looked properly, if you were really trying to protect us, then please, make the effort and check the accounts banned on those days, around the same times especially in ******!
Many people didnt report the problem because they believe Discord wont respond or will only reply through bots.
Please reconsider your decision and try to help us instead. Our information is being stolen, and were not even protected by the ones who created this platform?
Go look at my account. Check my DMs with that person, the message requests I got they were about to dox me. Also, check the servers I was added to in the past, the ones I left and deleted because once again I was forced to do things on webcam or else Id be doxxed.

On 7/2/2025 we responded to the user via ticket #57856909 with,
"Hello,
Discord has temporarily limited your account for spam and/or platform abuse. Our anti-abuse measures may have flagged your account for any of the following behaviors:
* Sending a large number of direct messages in a short span of time
* Participating in a server dedicated to spamming Discord
* Selfbotting
* Taking other actions on Discord — for example, joining a ton of servers — faster than humanly possible
* Using third party tools to automate gift redemption, such as for Nitro gifts
* Attempting potentially fraudulent activity
While we understand you may not have malicious intent, we have to protect Discord as a whole, and this behavior can hurt Discord and its users.
You may have been prompted to reverify your account. Completion of this process will lift the limitations that have been temporarily applied.
Additional instances of spam and/or platform abuse, including participating in any of the behaviors listed above, may result in a permanent account ban.
