I'm not exactly sure if this is the correct place to do it but someome told me to do it here. I am writing because my discord accounts have been wrongfully banned and I wish to have them back. Discord has banned me for "Child Safety". The message they have marked for said reason was the word "Sometimes". I am having trouble connecting with a real human via emails to Discord but they keep giving me autonated messages with no help. I only want my accounts back. Hi, I'm ***** Zapata ******. My account got closed by ********************** while I was texting. I got an email (in ************************ Gmail account associated to my Discord account as well) the email was about my account getting at risk because one of my passwords got exposed in a hacked database, and that I needed to change the password immediately. It closed my session on every device, and now I can't access to the account. The account had 2FA verification, and I was also given the codes in case the account got lost; I wrote them all in physical medium (papers, to be exact) so I could be safe in case I lost a device, or the account that would contain certain codes. This happened at the worst moment ever, cuz I am NOT in the country where I had those papers, since I moved to another place and didn't even imagine this would happen after so many years I did it, right here, right now, just today, I can't access to the account that gets me connected and linked to too many personal, professional and important stuff to me.This won't happen again, I'm pretty sure about it, so if you could just do something so I can access to it without requiring the 2FA verification that I'm now forced to do but CAN'T, I'd be really grateful and self-aware that I was dumb doing this.I don't really know how the process is done, nor what I have to do, but I need the account. I am rejecting this response because:That is not the account I'm talking about, nor the issue and complaint. As I mentioned in the message, in the images were proof that I own the Discord profile linked to the email ************************** which is the account having the problem previously mentioned. If it's not that clear, I need my account back, @ryukosu, with the user ID ******************, which is blocked behind a 2FA verification that I can't proceed because I moved to a different country, and the papers that held my verification codes for that account are in my previous country, so that I can't access to them.
As I mentioned, there were images that prove what I said, and this response had absolutely nothing to do with my complaint. I ask you to please let me access to the account @ryukosu, user ID ******************, linked to the email ************************ and just let me change the password as you asked me in the email I received, without the verification codes that I just can't access.

I am rejecting this response because:There should be indeed a ticket or complaint attached to the Discord account linked to the email ********************************.
I've received emails from Discord trying to solve the issue before, but they all suggested things like "logging into a device with my account logged in", thing that is IMPOSSIBLE because my session was closed after being told that my password got leaked in a database. ALL sessions are closed, and me, being the owner, can't access to the account since I'm in a WAY TOO FAR location from where I had the backup codes (for security reasons).
So, please, help me with this as soon as you guys can. It's been several days, and this problem is getting myself in several troubles. Living in ******* with this issue adds up the complaints of "hiding information", when the real story is that I can't access to that information. Yeah, using Discord for such a serious thing was dumb of me, but I don't want to ruin my status right now because of something like this. Something I literally couldn't see happening before.

Urgent: Account Reinstatement Request for @yashsama (ID: ******************* - False Ban Evasion Flag Complaint Details:On [November 21, 2024], my Discord account (@yashsama, ID: ******************* was permanently suspended for alleged "ban evasion." I believe this was caused by an automated system error when I connected via NordVPN (a standard privacy tool). I logged in from another account of mine (ID: ****************** , @yash_ko2) which also got banned instantly the same day. I tried contacting support from that account as well but it all automated responses with the same script. On June 7, my account on the business's platform was permanently suspended. They had claimed that I had broken their community guidelines, but all of the supposed transgressions did not in fact break any of their rules. In fact, a malicious actor had falsely reported me, and my account was suspended by automatically with no human input. This is especially upsetting because while normally their service is free, I was paying $30 a year for their premium account. I had tried to contact support but not once did I get anything other than an automated response that explained nothing.
