Recently, a group of users on the H31**3735**3231353432H platform have been reporting users en masse by taking sent messages very out of context and making them seem like they were breaking H31**3735**3231353432H**;s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. I was one of these users that was reported for this, and my account, username **;weldener**;, was permanently banned on June 27, 2025, under the accusation of a **;Child Safety**; violation. I strongly deny this accusation and am deeply shocked by it, as I have never engaged in any behavior that violates H31**3735**3231353432Hs policies or involves such content. If I were to encounter such content, I would immediately report it.Immediately after the ban, I submitted a direct appeal to H31**3735**3231353432H. As of today, July 01, 2025 (4 days later), I have received no response to this direct appeal. My account was flagged and banned for child endangerment with no explanation. An nsfw server I was in got flagged for the same offense and I left the server the moment I got the strike. A few months later I got suspended permanently for it with zero explanation as to what caused it. I have only gotten AI response emails and would like an explanation as its a very serious accusation from discord. I am filing this complaint regarding the permanent suspension of my Discord account. The action appears to have been taken not because of any direct violation I committed, but due to my membership in a server that was later removed by Discord for allegedly violating the platforms Terms of Service.I had no control over the actions of other server members or moderators. I was not involved in moderating, organizing, or promoting any harmful or prohibited content, nor do I condone any such behavior. My participation in the server was limited to general conversation and random comments - none of which, to my understanding, contributed in any significant way to the server's eventual removal.I believe this to be the case of guilt by association. While I understand Discord has policies to ensure user safety, I do not believe it is just to penalize users without providing clear evidence of individual wrongdoing. Thank you for following up on my complaint.
In response to Discords earlier message through the BBB, I followed their instructions and submitted an appeal through the support portal link they provided (********************). After that, I am not satisfied with Discords response, as it was not reviewed by a human representative. The reply I received came from *****, which is Discords automated support bot, not a real person. The message appeared to be generic and failed to address any of the specific concerns I raised in my appeal. It also mischaracterized my situation and failed to resolve or directly address the issues raised.
Most notably:
- The response incorrectly stated that my account was temporarily limited, when in fact my account is under permanent suspension, according to the screenshot I provided about my suspension on Discord.
- It also claimed I violated Discords rules, when the actual reason for the suspension is my membership in servers that were taken down for policy violations not for any direct actions I committed.
- Because my account got suspended solely due to my presence in these servers for violating Discords policies - not for any actions I personally took. I believe the suspension of my account to be a case of guilt by association. While I understand that Discord enforces its rules to ensure user safety and that violations of their policies are serious and can have significant consequences, I do not agree with their decision to impose collective punishment on users simply for being members of servers that were later removed due to policy violations, especially when those users were not directly involved in the actions that led to those violations, which is why I am reaching out to Discord to appeal for my account.
Therefore, I respectfully request a human review of my case and hope Discord will reconsider their decision based on the facts and circumstances.

While I understand Discord enforces its Terms of Service and Community Guidelines to maintain a safe platform, I disagree with how these rules are currently being enforced. Specifically, I find it unreasonable that users are being suspended solely for being members of servers that were later removed for violations, even if those users were not directly involved in the behavior that caused the server to be taken down.
I recognize that repeated violations can result in account termination. However, if the only basis for suspension is server membership, this fails to distinguish between users who actively engaged in harmful conduct and those who simply participated in normal server conversations or who had no meaningful involvement whatsoever. This approach unfairly punishes users based on association rather than their individual behavior.
Furthermore, users in servers that got taken down for violation of Discords policies do not have control over what goes on in these servers. They certainly do not have control over the actions of other server members, nor are they necessarily aware of everything that takes place in large, active communities. It is unrealistic to expect users to monitor or anticipate violations committed by others in the server. Discords enforcement in this regard overlooks individual accountability, applying collective punishments that are not tailored to the users actual conduct.
I would also like to emphasize that these repeated violations are not always preventable. Users cannot predict whether or when other members in any given server may engage in activities that lead to a policy violation. While we do get notifications from Discord in our DMs, however it is virtually impossible to avoid being penalized retroactively for someone elses actions.
All in all, being present in a server that was later taken down due to policy violations should not, in itself, be equated with personal misconduct.

Hello,My discord account in which I had multiple paid subscriptions got arbitrarily disabled by the automated ban evasion filters in Discord's system after no violations been done from my device or local IP. I have opened a ticket to Discord and it's been found that I been hacked and someone else joined from a poisoned device into my account, which triggered the ban. Discord reviewed my case and refunded my money, however they did not unban my account because they say I had to open a different ticket for that, which I did and they haven't responded. On 5/22/25 we responded to the user via ticket #******** with, "Hello,
Discord has temporarily limited your account for spam and/or platform abuse. Our anti-abuse measures may have flagged your account for any of the following behaviors:
Sending a large number of direct messages in a short span of time
Participating in a server dedicated to spamming Discord
Selfbotting
Taking other actions on Discord for example, joining a ton of servers faster than humanly possible
Using third party tools to automate gift redemption, such as for Nitro gifts
Attempting potentially fraudulent activity
While we understand you may not have malicious intent, we have to protect Discord as a whole, and this behavior can hurt Discord and its users.
You may have been prompted to reverify your account. Completion of this process will lift the limitations that have been temporarily applied.
Additional instances of spam and/or platform abuse, including participating in any of the behaviors listed above, may result in a permanent account ban.

I am rejecting this response because:I was not unbanned, I was banned for false reasons as well.
One of my ban reasons was for ban evasion...
I included a photo of the reasoning, first I will say I wasn't even talking about discord in the picture I was talking about roblox.
Second I wasn't talking about myself I was talking about someone else.
Thirdly, if you look at the picture IT DOESN'T EVEN SAY ANYTHING ABOUT A BAN.
I also have 4 other bans that say I had spammed people.
But there is 0 evidence that I have spammed at all I don't understand I have been without my account for 7 months I did not break any rules intentionally and the ones there claiming I broke aren't even accurate please help me.
