I've had this account since August ********, and I have recieved a false permanant suspension on June 2nd 2025.Up until this point, I purchased around 200$ worth of nitro, for both me and gifting the subscription to others. My most recent being a year of full nitro (***** USD + tax), in which I've only had since february 2nd 2025. Nearly exactly 4 months before the eventual suspension. Since it was meant to last until the end of the year, I lost around two thirds of my money's worth, of an already expensive subscription. That's around 66$ stolen from this ban.Asside from this, I also lost contact permanantly with hundreds of friends, tens of communities, and some of these people I had added were very important to me. Such as my best friends, or famous content creators I was so happy to talk with. Even more than that, every single direct message I've ever sent, gone permanantly.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:This hasn't explained why I deserve a permanant suspension. Please understand the context in which my message was sent, and the fact that it was an immature joke, that I will not be making in the future. I am not a bad person, I had no plans in actually doing any actions my message has stated. I am okay with a temporary suspension, which is what I believe would be best for everyone involved. If the answer is still no, atleast allow me to understand my first ***** safety strike, which has gone unexplained since I recieved it. To add onto this, I would atleast like a 50% refund for my 1 year purchase of discord nitro, which I only got to experience for 4 months prior to the suspension. Thanks!

I was falsely banned for cases of child safety. A group of people mass reported my account for the purpose of malicious intent in order to attempt to shut down our discord server. There was no proof provided by said group, as well as there is no evidence of so on my account.Business Response

On 5/31 around 3 AM, my Discord Account I have had for around 6 years was Pemanently Suspended for the reasons of "Child Safety". I know this is a false Permanent Suspension on many grounds, and that it is a result of a false report either by a bot in error or a malicious user. I, myself, have not engaged in any behaviors that would lead to terminatiom under Discorss own rules, much less one of such a gross nature. In addition the importance of this account is that I have payed for it (Nitro for over a year), and use it to conduct business involving various art projects with many talented individuals. Thus I would like for the false Suspension, especially of the nature listed, to be removed or at the very least, clarified/reviewed by a person instead of a moderating bot though I understand the short-handed nature of Discord with how little employees the business has for so many users of their product. I have sent one request for review through Discords own service, and request clarification of the supposed violation as well with no answer. In the case this becomes contested, I have over 30 individuals who would attest to my character, and I would be willing to go through the exact nature of the incident that sparked this false Suspension if one can be provided by a Discord employee.Business Response

I believe I was falsely banned from the Discord platform and would like to recover my original account that was active from 2016 until January 27, 2025 when it was permanently suspended.I have attempted creating multiple tickets on their support website but there was never any justification provided for what rules were broken that led to the account being permanently suspended. There is no explanation on what the reason for the suspension provided. This is the same exact message provided by their support requests, just with an additional date provided. The initial suspension never provided any explanation and my account went from spotless to immediately suspended. I do not agree with their determination of the ban reasoning.
