I was falsely suspended by Discord due to one of their policies being broken. This is confirmed by a multitude of other users online who have been banned for the same reason. In my case, Discord never gave me a proper reason for said ban. They didn't display any text, message, gif etc. that could've been responsible for the ban. I believe that the suspension should be lifted and my account be reinstated.The suspension occurred in the early morning of 4th July, while I was still asleep.I contacted Discord through their support email, created multiple tickets and replied to the initial email, but to no avail considering I only got automated responses. I kindly asked said initial reply to 'try' and contact a proper human being, but it's been a couple of days and it'll only get longer without proper human contact.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: Discord has failed to provide any context to the ban, whether it be a text message, a picture, a gif etc. Discord has also failed to address the broken "child safety" policy that has plagued a MULTITUDE of innocent users on several online forums over several months. Even those users are going through the same situation that I am. Furthermore, many communities including my own with hundreds of other users have come to my defence that Discord has falsely suspended my account without any warning or email suggesting any wrongdoing. Previous interactions with Discord moderation have revealed they do not in any way think about what happens when an account may be impersonated and/or hacked. All of the interactions with Discord have been auto-generated and not surveyed by a proper human being, therefore a MASSIVE lack of customer interaction.

I am rejecting this response because: Discord has literally re-hashed their initial response from a few days ago with no justification and no defense. They again failed to resolve the issue and provide any context for the false ban, therefore these responses are fully automated by a bot and not actually reviewed by a human being. Discord is such a terrible service when it comes to moderation. They're suspending hundreds of innocent users and getting no support in return. Since Discord is unwilling to properly give a response, in email, in a text message or even with the Better Business Bureau, I'll have to file a complaint with the **** considering Discord has been nowhere near as transparent with this false suspension as they haven't been with previous cases with other users.

BBB Please be aware the address provided is situated in the ************** however my Postal Code was rejected by the form, thus I have submitted a placeholder.I was permanently suspended from the Discord platform on 12th May 2025 for alleged Child Safety violations. Since this date I have pushed for Discord to either review the action or provide me with the evidence of the alleged violation, and have been met with bot responses. I absolutely have not commited any such violation and Discord refuse to provide substantive evidence of any wrongdoing. I was permanently banned from Discord for allegedly violating their Teen and Child Safety Policy. I take this issue extremely seriously and know with full confidence that I did not engage in any behavior that violates their guidelines. Despite multiple appeals and contact attempts, I keep receiving the same automated message:"Hello,Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. Hello. Recently I have had 2 of my personal discord accounts that I had for years get permanently suspended for two reasons. One for child safety and another one for ban evasion assuming I was on the same ip when they banned me again. I messaged their support team multiple times but seems like no ones there except an automated bot rejecting me. My friends were messing around and dropping weird jokes out of no where when I forwarded a stupid message from someone in a different server and one of my friends asked me a question relating to minors so I decided to hit him with a sarcastic definitely to ignore him and move off of it and didnt think anything of it but later I found out my friend accidentally reported me trying to joke around with me and my account was gone. I can show you the exact screenshot of the message I sent. I am still a teenager and I never intended to claim that I have anything on me. I understand now how that violates Discords TOS and for now on Ill make sure Im following the community guidelines. Im also hoping I get them back since these accounts contain a lot of personal conversations, images, and really old stuff I have archived within dms and servers that I cant get back. Hello,I am writing to formally report that my Discord account was falsely banned after someone maliciously reported me for being underage. The situation began when someone asked my friend her age in a server, and I jokingly replied 11 even though I am not underage. I believe this joke was taken seriously and used as the reason to report me, resulting in my account being disabled.I want to clarify that I am not under 13. In fact, I am turning 16 years old in just a few days. I was reported unfairly and feel this has led to my account being wrongfully disabled.I do not currently have access to a government-issued ID or birth certificate, but Ive provided the best official documents I have, being a state-issued school document with my full name, date of birth, and legal information ,my school ID, which includes my name and photo to confirm my identity Despite submitting these documents multiple times, I continue to receive automated responses from Discord with no indication that a real person has reviewed my case. Hey, On 04/03/25 you people had banned my account without providing proper context and banned me. I Had requested appeal, But it was denied 5 days later. Every ticket I had made had ended up being answered with a bot and no proper reason of the ban. I eventually figured out what the reason of the ban was and it had ended up being something where I had tried to report someone?? You guys had banned me for me trying to get someone else banned for them posting a folder containing 600+ videos and photos of CP. To confirm, I never precipitated in the server nor, have I said a word in the server. i got disabled because of another user action which seems unfair, and the action should've only been taken against that specific individual and not me. I never knew or noticed I was in the server until it was too late, and checked the reason being of my false suspension.
