I created a Discord community to discuss a server I host on a video game "Blockland". However, I have been serially harassed by a problem user, username ******** who is currently evading a ban on his previous account ****#**** (see image #1). He is banned from my server, but has created several alt accounts to continue to harass and stalk me and my friends (refer to image #2, foul language has been censored).When my friend made a Discord server of his own, he immediately joined, posting screenshots of messages (of a server he is banned from) and providing false context, accusing me of committing child *** abuse violations towards a player who is...1. Is clearly not the subject of the messages.2. Not underage.This was to blackmail me to unban him from my Discord and Blockland servers. (see image #3). I refused, and he reported me to Discord, which permanently suspended my account under the child safety policy.Discord has not provided a clear explanation why I have been banned, and any attempts to reach them (request ********) have been met with automated responses.I want my account to be reviewed by a human, who can either give me a clear, satisfactory explanation for how I violated Discord policy as if my actions did, I believe that it was not to the extent that it would warrant a permanent suspension and I want this problem user to be punished for ban evasion and harassment to protect my remaining friends on Discord.Business Response

I'm filling this complain because I've been recently banned from this platform. Not only that, but I got a warning 3 days before getting spammed with suddenly 2 more warning. They didn't explain anything to me, didn't get any explanation or a message that caused this problem, nothing. I've already got the "punishment" and got banned after that. I was falsely banned on Discord during the peak of a ban wave after being falsely reported for child safety. Not only that, but a 16 years old was offering sexual pictures of her, I reported her and discord hasn't banned her at all but **** tried contacting with the support but it doesn't have real person's behind it and they only send a bot to reply to you the same message over and over again. I want to appeal the ban on my account, maybe get to a deal, but I need my account back because I have connections from work and university there that I can't lost at all. I just want at least an explanation from them and to explain myself too. I've created around 6 tickets, only for all to be brushed over by a bot and ignored, no human reply. I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and get my account back.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I don't think my account has broken the child safety privacy that the company claims, in fact, I still haven't gotten any evidence of whatever I've supposed to broke. I want evidence of it or at least an explanation of the ban, something that can claim I did something wrong.
Therefore, I want the other user banned since they're a minor and they're offering pictures of themselves in a sexual way. That user is breaking the rules, not me.

My account was banned without any specific information as to why and I have not violated any terms of service as they have suggested. I have appealed twice and was very quickly denied with no explanation. So my account was recently banned but I did not receive a clear explanation for the action. I want to clarify that I have never mentioned, referenced, or posted anything related to children. My discord account was hacked and suspended due to actions the hacker committed while in control of my account. He also purchased 14 ****** boosts using my credit card while in control. I reported it as fraud to my credit card company to stop more charges from happening and received another suspension. I have filled out multiple tickets with photo evidence of my account being compromised at the time of the violations and have only received automated responses which is absolutely ridiculous. It should not be this hard to speak to an actual person. They will mark your ticket and solved despite and resolution not being reached.Business Response

Hello, I am contacting you because of a situation where my account (aeirth_smileyface) has been banned from the platform, "Discord". This event occurred a little less than a year ago for 2 counts of "Malicious Conduct" and never gave a reason as to why this happened, and the one that has my account suspended as of now is because of 4 counts for "Child Safety", (All with the same reason). This event happening is because of a chat message I sent to a server I had joined, which was owned by a friend of mine, and had mutual friends outside of the platform "Discord", as well as a few people the owner was friends with online.
