    I have a Discord Account associated with my email ************************* My phone number is ************. Whenever I try to associate that phone number with my discord account, I receive an error saying it's already associated with another account. When I try to login using that phone number (to login to whatever account it's associated with) it says that the account has been disabled. For the past 7 months, I have opened numerous tickets about this issue -- I'm up to 9 tickets I've now opened. The first ticket I opened 7 months ago, i stopped receiving responses from support, so I opened a new ticket -- no response. 3rd new ticket 3 months later -- no response. I've been opening tickets getting 1 or 2 responses, and then getting ghosted by support, and now they're closing my tickets without even responding or anything on them -- I make a ticket, and they wordlessly close it. At time of writing, 3 of the oldest requests are still open, while 4 out of the other 5 have been marked as "Solved". I spoke yesterday to "*****" which I believe is an AI who said they were transferring my request to a phone specialist team, but then they just marked the request as solved and I've heard nothing further, and gotten no responses.This is entirely unacceptable -- I run multiple community Discord Servers and I cannot enable phone registration on those servers until I myself can register my phone number to my account, which I cannot do until Discord steps in to resolve this very simple issue. If there is any possible other recourse aside from Discord simply removing my phone number from this inactive account, I am open to any suggestions.

    I am rejecting this response because it does not make any logical sense. Discord must be able to help with this issue, as they have not yet INVESTIGATED or ATTEMPTED to help me with this issue. In fact, ONLY DISCORD has the ability to resolve this issue - there is no one else who can solve this issue, and as the creators of the software, it is simply not feasible that you can't assist with this. If there is an issue with verifying my identity, I am more than happy to provide any evidence needed to prove that I am the owner of my discord account, my phone number, or any other information needed, but Discord has not requested any of that information. If there is a policy or procedural requirement or limitation, Discord has not stated as such.

    All that Discord has done is on multiple occasions request a screenshot of the errors. I have provided those, and then Discord chooses to simply stop responding. I could accept that Discord could not help with this issue if they had made any tangible attempt to do so, but they have not so much as even asked to verify that the ************ phone number belongs to me, let alone attempt to remove it from the inactive account. 

     

    Again, I am the owner of the phone number ************, and the owner of the account registered under the email ************************* My Discord account is in good standing, and I do not understand why Discord is restricting my ability to use Discord by refusing to allow me to register my phone number with my account. ********************** restricts usage on many servers only to those who have registered phone numbers, so by refusing to assist, Discord is limiting my capacity to use their platform in a seemingly discriminatory manner, despite my discord account being several years old, in active use, and in good standing.

    My request is not in any way unreasonable, and Discord is literally the only entity who can possibly resolve this, and has not attempted to do so, so I refute the premise that Discord is unable to help.

    This complaint is being filed because I was falsely suspended by Discord off of their platform.I havent done anything wrong and I believe my suspension should be lifted and my account reinstated.This suspension had occurred on June 27th, 2025 I tried making multiple tickets with discord support, but I havent gotten a single reply from a real human back.These were usually automated responses , without someone actually looking at the ticket or taking any action.

    I was banned for apparently violating the *** with no explanation. I have made 3 support tickets so far and have got hit with the same AI Response from *****.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an ongoing issue with my Discord account that I have been unable to resolve despite multiple attempts to reach out to their customer support. My account was compromised after a malicious link was sent to my work partner during a conversation on Discord. I mistakenly clicked on this link, which allowed the hacker to gain control over my primary email account ******************** and subsequently my Discord ********** an effort to reclaim control, I promptly reached out to Discords support team using my secondary email address. I provided multiple invoices and payment details clearly matching my name, but was informed that this was insufficient to verify my ownership of the account. ********************** advised that due to the delay in their response, the personal information from my account was likely sold by the hacker.I am requesting that Discord take immediate action to recover my account and transfer it to my new email address *********************** The ongoing delay in resolving this issue is not only causing significant inconvenience, but it is also exacerbating the security risk, as I am unable to control the damage caused by the compromised email and Discord ********** a paying customer, I expect more from a company that holds personal and sensitive information. The lack of timely support and resolution is unacceptable, and I respectfully request that the Better Business Bureau assist in escalating this matter to ensure a prompt and effective resolution.I have also attached an invoice from may in to this case.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.     My account was permanently suspended on June 22th, citing a "child safety" violation. However, when I reviewed the violation details, I was only informed of the ban reason"child safety"with no explanation or content provided.I submitted a request for review via your support form, which was denied after approximately 24 hours with a generic template response. I subsequently rejected this outcome with another e-mail, and after around two days, I received another similarly vague response. This time, the support team advised me to consult the Account Standing page for more information and marked the ticket as resolved.Unfortunately, the Account Standing page provides no further context, media, or message related to the violation. I am careful and responsible with the content I share on the platform, and I genuinely do not recall any action that would warrant such a ************* properly understand the situation and offer an explanation, I respectfully request a detailed account of the content or behavior that led to this decision. Without visibility into what triggered the suspension, Im unable to respond meaningfully or learn from the situation. Thank you for your time and assistance.

    This is the mom of my daughter On July 9th which is only just yesterday my daughters discord account got banned for child safety but she claims she never said anything offensive and also that she was getting sent nudes now this made me really angry because they banned my 14-year-old daughter for child safety when in reality one in danger if she was getting sent nudes according to discord TOS so right now its either she gets her account back or Im gonna have to find another way to settle this because this is just unbelievable. How a 14-year-old gets their account banned, but theyre the ones being harassed and getting sent nudes and when she defended her self she gets banned? And discord support is just AI. It doesnt help so I thought Id file a claim here

    This doesnt change my 14 year old daughter got send STRAIGHT NUDES like p*nis out and SHE got banned,

    also can I speak to a human and not a bot because this is the same bot discord response everyone gets when wrongly banned, please actually put some effort into helping me because a bot repose just shows you let bot moderate everything but multiple people got falsely banned and a bot response is VERY disrespectful and shows you dont care for your people

    so yet again please unban my daughters account because she was wrongfully terminated (her account its Toffie_Timez and her alternate account is Toffie.Timez please unban both or tell me why Toffie_Timez was banned because she got sent unblurred nudes I HAD TO BLUR and please. A actual human not a bot.

    Discord's Ai moderation falsely banned my entire account for Child Safety which I absolutely did not contribute to, I did not endanger or have any conversations with a minor regarding adult topics. Discord emailed me that I was banned yet I received no proof of any message which caused me to be banned which I think is unfair. The account is very important to me because I've had it since 2017 and have met so many amazing people on the account since then.This all happened on July 10th, 2025.

    I had been using Discords services as a platform for communications since 2016 and had been a part of their paid Nitro program for 2 years. I have since received a permanent suspension in early July without prior notice or history of violations with appeals giving automated blanket denials for what appears to be a false ban. They also have not shown or described what offending materials I have posted that resulted in actions being taken against my account. The ********************** account in question was under my ************ phone number and had the name Isupportchildlabor, a joke name that had been standing for multiple years.

    my discord account got falsely suspended last week for violating child safety rules. before i was suspended i was chatting with a discord user in direct messages not talking about anything inappropriate or sexual and that person was over 18. so far i have filed 3 tickets 2 of which got automated by a bot and one that told me that they already sent me the reason i got banned when there was nothing to be found. i also put the two inbox messages they sent me that contain no proof of me doing anything. i also read through the discord TOS and i know i haven't broken any rules while on my discord account. the ********************** accounts username is "alias_jake"
