On the 2 June my discord account got banned for "children safety". I didn't violate any rules about this topic so i reached out to the discord support. I've asked them what rules did i violate and if a mistake has been made. To this day i got no response about it and my account is still banned. Hi Yesterday, 10th of July, my account got banned for child safety and honestly Im confused and frustrated because I didnt do anything wrong.I never posted or shared anything inappropriate. I was in a few servers, most of which I barely even talked in, and I think maybe one of them got flagged for something. But I genuinely didnt know anything bad was going on. I just joined them to chat with friends and look around.Ive already tried submitting a few support tickets about this but all I got back were automated replies saying the ban was correct. I think the ban was triggered because I was a member of some servers where someone who acted inappropriately posted, but I didnt post share or do anything like that.

I am rejecting this response because: Thank you for the email but unfortunately, your response was the same as your previous email and did not respond to the concerns I raised.
I understand the Discord has high safety standards. I was banned from Discord without the evidence of having broken any rules. I was active in servers, and some other person might have broke rules, but I did not post, share, or take any part in anything that violated Discord's Terms of Service.
For a second time I am asking for an actual human review of my account as an individual and I ask if you can tell me what I specifically did to be banned. Instead I get a repeat of the same generic email which makes me feel that no human has looked to see whether I have broken any of the agreed upon rules.
Once again I am respectfully asking a human person, with all the power that I do not have, to simply look at my account and tell me specifically what grounds I have been banned.
If that is nothing anyone is willing to do, just be honest, and say that no one is going to look to do any review of my account. So I stop wasting both of ours time.

I am filing this complaint regarding a permanent ban placed on my Discord account under their Child Safety policy. The ban was applied to my account without warning, and the explanation provided pointed to a single message I sent:I can rent a mattress.This message was not sexual, explicit, or suggestive in any way. It was not part of any inappropriate conversation. There were no accompanying images, links, private messages, or ongoing dialogue. The context was a public gaming server related to Roblox, where this message stood alone. It did not target a minor, contain NSFW content, or relate to grooming, sextortion, dating, or any type of roleplay all of which are outlined in Discords official Child Safety Policy as grounds for enforcement.This was also my first offense on the account, and I had no history of any violations, warnings, or strikes.After submitting an appeal through Discords ************** system, I received a copy-paste response from an automated bot named *****, which denied the appeal without addressing the specific message or context. There was no image, no link, no reply, and no sexual or suggestive context. It does not reference children, teens, or any person at all. It was not part of a conversation about dating, ***, or anything inappropriate. I was never warned or told what rule this supposedly violated.Discords Terms of Service (Section 5: Your Use of Discord) says the following:You agree that you will not violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of Discord. I was banned from this app on multiple occasions for reasons out of my control. Each one of these instances will be listed below. after the username I will have the userid in parenthesis for easier viewing along with any media that supports my case.On my first account ************************* I was banned because two servers that I was in were victims of mass reporting after an unknown third party spammed things against tos in said server and proceeded to report the server. I feel as though this is unfair to me and I should not be banned for something that I cannot control.The second account swatted._ ******************** is also a victim of something similar. Servers that I was in got targeted and terminated in an attempt to get everyone in said server limited/banned and it worked. Once again I had nothing to do with what was being violated in those servers. On this account I also had many months of nitro credit that I would like to be restored.The third account **************************** while this account was banned for ban evasion, I would like it to be unbanned and cleared of violations following the verdict on the two accounts listed above.The fourth account zk_ ********************* was also banned for ban evasion and I would like the same thing to happen with this account. I would also like a review of the spam violation on the account, I believe it is unfair and would like it removed if investigation shows that.Another account stopcutting ********************* currently has three violations all of which come from servers and it is at risk because of those. July 2, 2025 Discord charged me ***** for Nitro Basic on an account I was banned from using. I could not log in to cancel the Nitro Basic subscription from the year before, not to mention the money I lost when I was locked out of my account. I figured that since they banned me, it would most likely be cancelled due to the ban because that made sense but no, they locked me out and kept the subscription open. I wasn't able to contact anyone about this, not by email or phone so I just gave up and created a new discord account, this time being careful to not mess with the Nitro garbage. I opened a dispute with my bank and they came back telling me it was valid and only then did i get information about how to access my account, which i did and I cancelled the Nitro and proceeded to ask for a refund from the unauthorized charge.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because discord is not complying with UK-GDPR per article 17, which CLEARLY gives every data subject the right to have their personal data erased, and there is nothing in the law that says this right depends on whether the space is still accessible to the user or the context that would be removed. I take account security very seriously and have since taken steps to secure all of my accounts, including updating passwords and enabling two-factor authentication.
I respectfully ask for a review of my main accounts ban, as I believe it was wrongly penalized due to a situation outside of my control. Im happy to provide any additional information needed to verify my identity and support this appeal.
