1 starThe site is fraud. I signed up and all it wanted to give me is a background check. So I paid more money to be able to see text messages and internet usage and they kept sucking money from me. I'm in for $40 to $60 and I canceled because I can't see anything on My spouse just the report of background. It's fraudulent

1 starI have spent days on the phone with support team and emailed them but the issue still stands. I keep getting the run around and my information online still shows for anyone to see where I live, my job summary, my spouse and family names and information etc etc. this company is a fraud that does nothing to help people in need and continues to create distress for me and my family.Truthfinder

3 starsThey did have some information that I was looking for, but they did not disclose what the fee for their service was or if there was even a fee until after I had waited 30 minutes for their report to load. In addition, after I paid the fee, another disclosed fee was required for me to view the information i requested. And of course, they use the unwanted auto renewing model that a lot of businesses these days use to try and eke that extra bit of money out of customers who forget to cancel or don't read the fine print. Very consumer unfriendly. If i didn't know better, I'd say the A rating on the BBB is completely false.Truthfinder

1 starAfter doing a ****** search, this website came up. I clicked on it because I am considering seeking employment soon. I immediately warned about continuous false accusations about my name and there wasnt any mistake of which ***************************, age 45, in ************, **, that they were referring to, since I am the only one of me. I definitely did not pay to move forward with this scamming information. I am not a criminal. I am not guilty of any of vague false accusations they claimed to clickbait someone into paying for information that cannot be verified. They are at the top of a ****** search for my name, which might keep me from getting a job without ever paying to see the results. My husband and I pay my back due taxes yearly. I have student loans being investigated for obvious reasons of a fraudulent school situation. There is nothing else. To say otherwise is fraudulent.Truthfinder
