    10/27/25 They fail to say up front there will be not only a charge but ongoing monthly auto enrollment.They get all kinds of info for supposedly checking for a record but at end want money, want to keep charging monthly even though you want a one time use.

    Our records show that an account was created on October 27, 2025, under the email ***************** Upon enrolling in any of our numerous services, our website guides customers to our registration page, where they can review our available membership options and select the one that best meets their needs. Consistent with applicable laws, all material terms, including billing details and automatic renewal terms, are clearly disclosed before submitting payment information, and each user is required to check a box separately agreeing to those terms before being charged.

    Our registration page and Terms of Use clearly outline the details of our billing terms. Customers also receive a confirmation email for all orders made on the site. These details can be reviewed at ************************************************, and the billing information and plan options prior to payment can be viewed at *******************************************.

    We have canceled all memberships and refunded $28.33 back to the payment method used to enroll. No further charges will be incurred.

    I have Sent letters, sent verification email for Truthfinder.com aka **************** both contacted on different sites yet they are under one umbrella and asked them to remove my personal info due to identity theft. Next Im retaining a lawyer to sue them as they have caused identity theft and they made it impossible to remove my info as they list emails that you do not have any access to use as verification. That is how the fraud happened... someone using a fake email from THEIR site. No matter how many times I have called and emailed they will not remove my info. This is the last ditch effort and I have retained an attorney with proof of all of my attempts at trying to get these frauds to stop causing identity theft due to violation of having private info on their sites without having an easy way for it to be removed. You should NOT have to prove that you do NOT want your information PUBLIC. Also I have contacted several media sources so that this can be broadcast on the news about how they make it difficult to have your info removed.

We have no record of any prior correspondence or removal attempts regarding this issue. Based on the information she provided, we have located and validated her background report and will proceed to suppress it in accordance with her request and our Terms of Use.

    I found personal information of mine published on TruthFinder.com. This information puts my safety at risk, so I went through their internal channels to have the information suppressed. They require that you provide additional personal information and get verified before they will suppress your data. Due to this, I went to find their, "Do Not Sell My Personal Information," link at *********************************************, only to find that the link is broken, and they have violated my right to opt out of them selling my personal information after they forced me to provide my personal information to have it suppressed. There is no option to stop them from selling my personal information. This is in violation of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and The *********************** Privacy Act. As of July ******* TruthFinder.com has a legal obligation in the state of MN to offer and honor my opt-out request.

    I already submitted a complaint against *** Finder for fraudulently billing me when I use the ****** results about you it alerts me when I have information about me on the Internet and I can remove it well apparently was on truth finder I did not login into Tru Finder I did not click pay now I did not pick two different prices one 2833 and one for 999 on the same day August 4 of this year they charge me I had used it back in 2020 but canceled it that same day I filed a review about them and they said that I had I did it I had two people but they didnt look to see that it was back in ************************************************************************************************************ does not reroute me to anything and I cannot log into my BBB account since you guys are having technical difficulties what do I do my name is ****** ******* ************

    Consistent with applicable laws, all material terms, including billing details and automatic renewal terms, are clearly disclosed before submitting payment information, and each user must check a box agreeing to those terms before being charged. Our billing terms are clearly explained on our registration page and in our Terms of Use. Customers also receive a confirmation email for any orders placed.
    Our records show the account was activated on August 4, 2025, at the rate of $28.33. During that session, three searches were conducted and viewed (******* *********, ****** *****, and *********** *****). Before viewing any reports, the customer must agree to the charge and Terms; when purchasing through ******, the customer must also confirm the charge in *******
    On August 9, 2025, the charge was disputed through ******, resulting in a ****** chargeback. When this occurs, ****** withdraws the funds and places the transaction in dispute. The membership was then canceled and deactivated, and no additional charges will be incurred. For refund questions or dispute resolution, the customer should contact ****** or their financial institution.
    It also appears the customer clicked through to activate a separate OmniWatch identity protection service. The page would have shown it was redirecting to another site, and the customer would have had to agree to the $9.99 charge before activation. As ********* is an affiliate partner, Mr. ******* will need to contact ************* directly regarding that charge.

    I went on *************** and looked someone up. I chose the smallest plan which was 28 dollars. At least half if not more of the information I was looking for they did not supply me with. I have knowledge of a record that they didn't list. and most of the list of things they provide they could not. so when I went to cancel the subscription and was going to just pay that 28 dollars I realized that they charged me ****** AND 4.31!! ****** was if I wanted to pay for the entire year and the 4.31 was never mentioned just charged on my account.

    TruthFinder offers several billing options, including monthly, 3-month, and 6-month subscriptions. Ms. ****** selected the Unlimited Person Reports Membership 6-month subscription at $117.84 (plus tax), which is billed upfront for the full six months. Before purchase, multiple disclosures, including the billing terms and total cost, are displayed and require acknowledgment. Additionally, the transaction was processed through ******, which also requires confirmation of the full charge.

    Ms. ****** also selected the Unlimited PDF and Data Monitoring Access add-on at $3.99 (plus tax), which likewise requires acknowledgment and agreement to be billed.
    Consistent with applicable laws, all material termsincluding billing details and automatic renewal termsare clearly disclosed before submitting payment, and each customer must agree to these terms before enrollment. Customers also receive an email confirmation summarizing their order.

    That said, we have fully cancelled Ms. ******* account and issued a refund of $131.58 back to the original payment method. Please allow 35 business days for the funds to appear, depending on the financial institution. No further charges will be incurred.

    I signed up for TruthFinder, but have been unable to view any reports. They require verification of my identity using outdated personal information that I no longer have access to. I canceled my account going further, but since I can't access any information that I paid for at all, I would like a refund of my current subscription.
