1 starMy son is deceased. I've waited 4 years to finally move forward but wanted to know what his hidden life was like. After paying for info like his emails and social media, that's extra. Everything is extra. So 30 bucks for what I already know and I want a refund!! This is a criminally misleading site.Truthfinder

1 starI think truth finder is not as good as some think. I have been trying for MANY months now to get it canceled. I keep being charged 7.99 a month and the only reason I clicked on agree is because I was alerted by my bank that my personal information was leaked. So, I wanted to keep tabs on things. The information that I found on truth finder was incorrect clear down to they have me living in 2 different states at the same time because they still have me linked in with my ex-husband whom I have been divorced from for around 40yrs now. they still show my grandparents as his info and OH so much more. Yet they don't have my current husband of 25yrs on there. Do Not sign up with this company it will only lead to more hassles, and you cannot count on the information that they are giving you.Truthfinder

1 starThis is a joke and a scam. Searched for records on someone with a substantial criminal history for court and they came up with no records at all. Their contact information was also incorrect. They make you sign up for a subscription and then pretend like you will actually learn something but you dont. Its all information that is already available for free online.Truthfinder

1 starThis outfit is a fraud. Once you cancel they continue to bill you for months. And multiple times a month. When disputing the charge they make it it near impossible to get in touch with someone. 1 star"DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!"I signed up for a membership with this company, thinking it would provide real value, but it turned out to be a huge waste of money. I quickly realized the service wasnt helping me at all and attempted to cancel my subscription. However, I recently found out that my membership was never canceled, and Ive been charged $28.33 every month since July 2024!This is outrageous, especially considering that times are tough, and Ive only used the service once. When I called customer service, they told me I could only get a refund for 2 months, and that I had never actually canceled the subscription only a $3.00 PDF form access. This is beyond frustrating.This company seems to be scamming people and taking advantage of situations like mine. I want to warn others to stay far away from this service.Truthfinder
