1 starTotal scam. I spent 15 minutes while they gather the results then you pay the fee and theyre supposed to send you an email with the results but the results never come. They give you a phone number to call but it never takes you to a live agent so you waste more time in an endless menu loops that leads nowhere An unbelievable waste of time, not to mention fraud. Finally, I had to cancel my credit card to avoid being charged 52 dollars for a service that was never provided. I cant of any company I have ever dealt with that was this shady. 1 starI always thought that Truthfinder was a reputable company. Wrong! I should have read the reviews before I signed up. I checked my own report. All data was outdated or incorrect. They listed a car I haven't owned for over 10 years! Current car was not listed. When I tried to verify via email to get a code, they gave me a choice of 5 email addresses. 4 were unknown to me and 1 was inactive. They are sending mail to me at a non-existent email, @***********. Of course I am receiving nothing! The info on my report can easily be obtained on the internet for FREE! After I made my payment and another additional payment (for something I did not want), I cancelled at the same time I purchased(Jan 14, 2025.) This is a waste and I am out of the money I paid and stuck with this for 30 days, no refund.Truthfinder
