1 starReceived 5 different charges when doing a search $30.60 to do a person search. But when you look up that persons email address it was another subscription charge, when you looked up their phone number another subscription charge, pdf download of a report another charge. Almost $60 in charges for a one time access. Already on a tight budget and I feel scammed getting charged this much and that there was a fee for every single search.Truthfinder

1 starI went through all questions and paid with my credit card. Because it recognized my email it pulled up my information instead. I was looking for my son, that is who I paid for. When I went back to put his name in, it made me start all over about my son ****** ******** and then took me to payment page again and wouldn't do anything unless I paid double!!!I want a refund or all the information I paid for!Thank you, **** *****Truthfinder

I was billed again today when I called to find out why I was told I signed up for a monthly subscription. No I did not. I canceled but he could not give me a refund only to say that it would be good for another 30 days.Truthfinder

2 starsGood luck trying to cancel - when you sign up and start researching, it seems that you're going to get a decent amount of info. No complaints there. As you go deeper, it's a bit of a "bait and switch" and each 'extra' is another (separate) monthly subscription. I opted for it, so - my bad. I no longer needed the service and cancelled it, but the charges keep coming. When I disputed the charges with my credit card company, Truthfinder locked my account. Luckily I'd taken a screenshot when I filed a complaint with my credit card company so I have proof. I'm bracing myself to yet another slew of charges this month.Truthfinder
