Tried to use data suppression tool to remove my information. 1st step was to provide email address for verification. Took over 10 minutes to receive email, which stated that the link expires in 15 minutes. Received at 11:40 am, clicked link at 11:50 and received error message that the link was expired. Cannot move forward until email is verified, but cannot verify email.

Wildly inaccurate information. I wish I'd checked here first. The information Intelius gives is wildly inaccurate. We bought a month and decided to test it first by looking up 2 close family members who live with us. The first one was listed as having multiple jobs as a district mgr and in-store mgr for a store in ********** AND another company in S. ******* AND another company in ***, ALL at the same time, even though she was living with ** in ******** and was cutting hair at a local salon, and homeschooling her son. It also gave her a Master's degree from ******* but she has never lived in ******* and only has a high school diploma, not even a bachelor's degree. ******, what a waste of money. How in the world do they come up with this info??Intelius.com

INTELIUS is fraudulent and charging me for a service I did not sign up for. I had visited their site for a record I paid the 1 time fee for .95 for a record I never received I saw I was billed $1.01 fine I never got the results but it was $1.01 so I chucked it up that was 3/21/24 since then every 3-4 days they are attempting to charge me almost $37! I have called my card provider they have issued multiple virtual cards that INTELIUS keeps getting ahold of! I tried to log to their website with the only 2 emails I have ever used and no accounts for me! I called their customer service and the representative was rude, unwilling to help and said you dont have an account heres an email address send them screen shots of it have a good day. I was totally upset I requested a supervisor and she refused to put one on the line I have been sitting on hold for 31 minutes because she said he was on other calls he can call me back in 2 days WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS!!!! Fraudulent charges are being charged to me and you cant find an account what is happening with this company and why is the BBB not helping me they said write a review unless I take them to civil court thats all I got right now!!!! Totally disgusted!!! I need HELP! I cant even unlock my card because they keep trying to charge it Im up to 6 unauthorized charges of over $36 in less than 30 days!Intelius.com

Intelius has location information on my report wrong. Their report also states I owned a home in *************, which I did not. Their report also does not include my married name. So, if they go by social security numbers, they would be wrong. It also has email addresses on it I never usedand some people that I do not even know. I am considering a lawsuit.Intelius.com

For the low price of $0.95 you can then pay over 36 times that amount for a simple report and a bit of useless information. I was looking for a serious information site that gathers public data quickly and profives that for a reasonable cost for 1 report (I have paid $9.95 for that type of report in the past through another company). This is NOT that company. I needed one simple question answered, that is publicly available. They don't provide that. I will find it for free on ****** in a few minutes.this place is actually a waste of time. If you want to have them **** some money out of your account, spend ***** minutes entering YOUR PERSONAL DATE and get little for it.I hope you look eslewhere for answeres.Intelius.com

Intelius is a scam. They promise to provide you with information on marriages, divorces, relatives, i.e children and such. Gun permits. Business. Locations they lived. Three reports, and all three were filled with false information, and provided none of the promised info, which I know for a fact is a matter of public record. One man worked for the government for many years, had gun permits, had 4 children, 3 wives, lived in many locations not listed, etc. They had NO info. A woman with her husbands last name was supposedly related to a huge number of people with that name, while her husband wasnt related to any of those people! BEWARE! Could not provide the service that I needed. Unnecessary to have had in the first place, or pay anything at all. Total scam with hidden fees. The moment you get by one section of a pay wall where the language they use makes it seem like this 99 cent one time purchase will give you access to the info you need, you're immediately met with yet another pay wall for $5.00 one time, the a $35.00/month option where even then the access is limited, then the options just keep getting exponentially more expensive. The fact that BBB has this scam as an A+ accreditation makes me want to report the BBB to the BBB. Very shady and manipulative business practice. BBB should do better and take their accreditation away, because upon a simple ****** search without reading reviews it makes it seem like it's legitimate and should be trusted. Come to find out when I came to read the reviews after being dissatisfied, seemingly everyone else has the same sentiment. The only glimmer of hope for them is that so far, it was easy to cancel before the "free trial" thats not free at all expires.Intelius.com

I contacted Intelius because I kept on getting a phone call from a number over and over again. Should have been a simple locate, after paying a .95 fee and then another $3.99 fee, I received the information I hoped would help. The response was... this number (COULD) but may not belong to so and so, but we could not confirm this, and he could live at 10 different addresses but we could not confirm this. So the info was totally WORTHLESS. I found the same information online myself, so I emailed (multiple times) to them that same day and the next day to cancel my (monthly) service, just to be billed an additional $34.95 the next day, and that is AFTER I cancelled the service. It took me 4 days to finally get in touch with someone in Washington state, the address listed here at BBB (MAY NOT) be correct, I have *********************************************************** ***** (as of 2/6/24)...this one goes to a *** store located at that address. (BBB will not allow me to type out the phone number). I called them and finally they agreed to refund my $34.95 but will make you feel like their doing you a favor and that you should be honored to get one. Stay away from these folks!!!!Intelius.com
