      Unauthorized charges on my account and after numerous calls none of the employees can help me. These are fraudulent charges that I did not make and they dont care to help. The accounts subscription was canceled as of 2023 and was charged after cancellation and throughout 2024.

      Intelius is a public records search engine that gathers and displays public records in a clear and informative report. Most memberships function on a subscription model, meaning they renew automatically until the user decides to cancel, as outlined during the registration process. Our billing terms are conspicuously explained on our registration page located at this link: *****************************************, and in our Terms of Use located at this link: ****************************************************;

      Under normal circumstances, when a user activates an account with **********************, they must provide an electronic signature authorizing Intelius to charge their card, including for the automatic renewal of their membership. 

      To ensure a thorough investigation of the account in question, ********************** requests that the billed recipient contact us first in the event of proclaimed fraud. Once we confirm this claim, we disable the account, cancel all memberships, and return the last charge to the original payment method.

      We have cancelled and already refunded the maximum amount to this account back to the payment option used to enroll, and no further charges will be incurred. Additionally, we have disabled the account to prevent any further access.

      I have used that so called tool which does not wo0rk the company refuses to the data Business like this should be SHUTDOWN and not allowed to continue we did not sign up for this and THEY are leaking info across the Internet.

      The also refuse to remove the data that THEY are leaking.  If they are ok in doing this THEY need to disclose there Personal Information so we can leak it but they will not.

      So Something needs to be done about this as they re causing problems by doing this and it should not be allowed.

      I am submitting a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau regarding Intelius and their failure to remove my personal information from their website. Several pages on Intelius contain sensitive details, including my name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, and information about my relatives.       Account was canceled 10 months ago. Service was only used one time during a 5 day trial. Company is stating that it was never cancelled and billed me for 10 months of service.

      On Mon, Jan 20, at 15:28, I was charged a membership fee from ****** for Intelius. I did not subscribe to the membership and only used this website's service twice, paying $2 and $3 for each service. However, after finishing my two searches and not using the service anymore, they still charged me a 1-month membership fee without my permission. Once I received the payment email notification, I immediately contacted ****** and Intelius for a refund, but I was still rejected.
