I was searching for a healthcare estimate in the case that might take a job that does not provide benefits. I visited Pennsylvaniahealthcoverage.org, which says it is owned by NextGen Leads, LLC. I then received 47 phone calls from a handful of different phone numbers in less than 24 hours. When I have answered, each person has stated their name and asked me if I was looking for individual or family plans. I told them never mind, that I was not interested, and to please stop calling me. I blocked several of the numbers, but the calls just keep coming. This feels like harassment. I dont know what to do except keep my phone on do not disturb, which has caused me to miss other important phone calls. I am asking for no further contact from ANYONE they may have given my information to.Business Response

I wanted ONE free quote for health insurance. I unfortunately stumbled upon NextGenLeads website for my state and after entering my info, I have been bombarded with an astronomical number of phone calls from constantly changing numbers. I have a job, I work during the week. I cannot work if I get calls every 2 minutes. Put me on the DO NOT CALL LIST. You may want to address your sales team and change how many times they call one lead in an HOUR. This is harassment at this point and should be illegal.Business Response

On 4/23/24, I obtained a free quote for health insurance. I had Googled for ********* and the first ad that popped up was for a website called ohiohealthcoverage.org. I put my info in and received phone call. After providing additional details to the caller I received a quote of $400 per month. I said no that I was looking for ********* The caller didn't say anything further and so I hung up.Early next morning, I received another call from a different person with the same company. I hung up. He then texted me and asked if I would like to close my file. I said. He asked where I ended up getting insurance. I told him it wasn't his business and he texted "Good luck with all the calls."I have been receiving calls every ***** minutes ever since then. I took his text as a threat and he more than made good on it.I returned to the original website and discovered that it is owned by NextGen Leads LLC. I am therefore filing this action because I wish no further contact from this business. If I could file criminal harassment charges I would.Attached below are screnshots of the conversation with the employee, identified as "*******," and my call log showing the excessive attempts to contact me after I told him not to.Business Response

I was passively looking up health insurance rates and googled NY health insurance. This site came up and looked legit. I signed up because it said it'd compare rates. Well, I've gotten 101 calls in the last 2 hours. ****************************** I called one of the numbers and asked them to take me off their list but the calls keep coming. I called **************. The man said he'll take me off the list and then HUNG up on me. I just emailed them to ask for them to delete my account. The email on their site under Privacy Policy is ************************ They shouldn't be allowed to give out your number so that 101 calls from 101 numbers come in within 2 hours. I have a job and this has been outrageous.Business Response

I purchased insurnace leads from this company, and the leads have all been in verifiable information, wrong numbers non qualifying people people who have stated the never signed up to be called and have never at anytime put their name On a list for health insurnace requests. The company makes mention that they do not refund any payments made to them. At this time I would like a full refund of the $200 that I deposited into their company. The system they use to generate leads has not real connection to ACA health insurnace lead generation I find that over all their system is fraudulent lead generation system that results in real leads. Not a single person that had a working contract information ever requested health insurnace. The rest of the leads had non working numbers. I want a full refund of my $200 back to me. Not a single ***** less the. The $200 period I am beyond annoyed with this company and their outright disregard for customer service.Business Response

This company is a scam that takes advantage of people and spreads your information through a bunch of companies under it. They need to be investigated. I have gotten almost 20 calls from them in 6 hours and they are rude. One of them told me she hopes I get injured and can't afford to get help and called me an a****** before hanging up. Unprovoked I might add. I just simply refused to buy anythingBusiness Response

I purchased leads from ******************************* and was trying them out and according to the website if you pay for leads there is no way to pull the remaining money in your account out. You either have to spend all the money in your account and lose it because the leads provided are so bad and all the leads that I called were either phone numbers that do not work or wrong people. Also the majority of people that did answer did not qualify for medical insurance they were on ******** programs in *******. I would like to get the $200 i deposited into their account back. at this time after trying it for a short time the leads are not worth the money.Business Response

Hi ****,
I'm sorry to hear about the negative experience you've had purchasing our leads. I see you started purchasing leads on Friday, we typically recommend trying to contact leads over a span of a few days as we find it may take a few contact attempts to reach them. We can always process a refund of your remaining balance. You account manager will reach out and process that for you.

I attempted to look for health care coverage through floridahealthcare.gov, only to be bombarded by no less than ***** calls within an hour during my work back to back. I have spoken to three people to take me off the calling list and I am horrified to find I am not the only person this has happened to! I am in desperate need of coverage and yet I've been harassed by these people and even though I have blocked their number, I see that they are still attempting to contact me. And every time I say I want to be taken off the call list, I am hung up on. I want my information deleted now.Business Response

I need to get replacement heath ********* when my COBRA runs out. I assumed that this website (**************************************) was a non profit or something else. They took my information and gave it out to tons of brokers who are bombarding me with proposals for healthcare. It is a lead generation site and there is no way to contact them or have your information removed from their database. It is highly deceptive, even to an internet-aware person, and they need to change their practices.Business Response
