I was contacted by an account executive and was told that the leads were solid and easy to convert into sales. I was also informed that the customers requested to speak to me&that wasn't the case. Also, the leads were supposed to be fresh leads-also not the case.I planned on purchasing a few leads to try them out, but the account executive suggested spending at least $200 worth of leads in order to get $50 in free leads. I trusted the company and the account executive and purchased $200 in exclusive leads. Out of apptroximately 40 leads, 32 didn't answer after being called multiple times. About 5 didn't have both ******** Parts A & B(I was told they would) and the rest asked to put me on the Do Not Call list. Finally, their company advertises on ******* that exclusive leads(the ones I bought) had the highest coversion rates, not the case. I complained to my account executive and he told me to buy more leads. I don't want any more leads, they are very bad leads. I don't want an exchange, but a refund of the $200. I was going to rate them on ****** and Yelp, but decided to give them a chance to refund me through the BBB.Business Response

I used ****** to try to get insurance. One of the promoted links had me give my information and I didn't realize it wasn't the official site for my insurance until I had already given them my name, birthday, address, email, a lot of information. The website is firstquotehealth.com but when I looked at the ad more closely, the company that purchased the ad is NEXTGEN. Other people online have said they were harassed constantly after putting in their info, and some were even sold fake insurance. I want this company shut down, theyre bad people who belong in jail. And at the very least I need to be removed from whatever list they are running over there. Please help, thank you very much. They didnt take my money but the cost of my personal information being exposed like this is not zero.Business Response

Like many of the other complaints lodged with this company, I am being constantly harassed by the employees of this company despite my telling them that I would like to be removed from their calling list multiple times. They call upwards of 10 times an hour trying to get you to give them your personal information and use the exact tactics that other scam and spam call centers use (ie spoofing phone numbers to match your area code to make you more likely to pick up)Business Response

I called their company to get an insurance quote on Friday, 11/17/23. I told them Id like to call around and get different quotes and he was being really pushy so I hung up. SINCE THEN from just Friday alone, I received 35 phone calls in UNDER 24 hours. Weekend hit and it stopped, I have no way to block them I asked multiple times to please remove my number from the list, etc. I dont have enough room in my phone for them to spam me like this. Monday (today 11/20/23) they started back up again. Its been UNDER an hour and Ive received 10 calls already. Again Ive asked multiple times to stop, singed my phone number up to cancel allllllllllll spam calls including possible important ones as well as reporting it to you guys. Please help man, Im sick of getting calls when I literally dont even want their services. PS. IF IT DOESNT HAVE A NUMBER SAVED IN THE PHOTOS, IT IS THE TELEMARKETER.Business Response

I received an email from NextGen saying that I would be given a $75 lead credit once I made my next deposit. So I put in a $70 deposit and called asking about the $75 credit. When I spoke to ******* he stated that the credit is only given with a $200 deposit. I explained to him that this was not written in the email and asked to speak with his superior. He said that his superior would agree with him and not issue the credit as well. He told me that I would receive a call back because he could not transfer me over to his superior. It has been 3 business days and I have not been contacted by anyone else from NextGen.Business Response

Entered health information for an insurance quote. The website said it could not provide a quote online and that someone would call me instead. Instantly, I got 30+ calls from different numbers claiming to be selling health insurance info. I spoke to someone from a ****** number that took my personal informations and said he could sell me health insurance for 300 dollars a month. All I needed to do was give him a credit card. I said I had to see the quote first on paper before I gave him my credit card info. He said that's not possible and forwarded me to a "supervisor". His supervisor said the same thing, they needed the credit card info first before they could give me a quote. I said no way I would do that and he said then he can't show me the insurance quote and said goodbye and hung up. Now they have all my personal information, health information and social security number. And I recieve about a call from a different number every 10 minutes for the past 24 hours.Business Response

I did not fill out any other form. Only the one on your website. This is clearly a scam and you do not follow complainant policies. I need you to guarantee that all of my information is deleted from your website, servers and partners who have been calling me nonstop. You are clearly not qualified to hold any PHI or PII. You also need to be regulated, arrested for predatory scamming, and removed from the top SEO results from Google.Business Response

I filled out information on what I thought was my state's open market insurance site, but what turned out to be a cleverly masked lead generation site operated by a subsidiary of this company. The very next day I started receiving phone calls. On the first call I politely said I was not interested and that was the end of it, then over the course of the next hour, I was called every 5 minutes. The next 2 times I made the mistake of answering and was met with completely inappropriate remarks. The conversations I had were indicative of the same types of scammer conversations from scammer payback videos you see on ******** I continue to receive harassing phone calls every **** minutes that I now just decline. This company should be shut down if they can't work with reputable call centers.Business Response

Since 3pm this afternoon I have received nearly 30 calls and counting despite my written and verbal requests to stop being contacted. These calls have interrupted my work day and meetings. Im not sure exactly what facade HealthQuote acts as for this company, but I experienced the same inappropriate customer service as previous reviewers in that I was cut off mid sentence and hung up on when requesting to not be contacted or to speak to a senior position. Do not give this company an ounce of information. I cant trust them with my phone number and will do everything in my power to ensure I never insure with them or any of their affiliates because of their sneaky, predatory practices. Its healthcare for crying out loud, have an ounce of respect and decency. IN their privacy policy they state that you can opt out at any point. I looked into the depths of the fine print and the instructions arent very clear and instead direct you to some opt out webpage link which, no surprise, is broken.Business Response

We have never asked this business to contact us. Please see the uploaded message from my voicemail service showing that FirstQuoteHealth.com has called us 61 times by robot calls. This is extremely annoying. We *** NOT conduct business by phone and try to avoid scams to record our voices for AI fraud. The key here we have never solicited their calls and will not contact them except through a safe intermediary like the BBB. Imagine getting SIXTY ONE telephone sales calls, every 30 minutes or so.Business Response
