I was just trying to look online for health insurance NOT be aggressively spammed with sales calls from random people professing to be from any and all insurance providers. The very worst offender was whatever company is calling from ************. They have been calling me two to four times every half hour on weekdays since last week and randomly over the weekend too. They are relentless. I have tried blocking them, unblocking to answer them and asking to be removed from their list, I've tried stating that I have insurance, and even asking to speak to a supervisor. They just hangup and call again. Even blocked, they leave 23 second dead air voice messages so I know that they are still calling. This is straight harassment at this point. I am incredibly sorry for EVER giving this company my information and I want all of my information removed from their marketing partners lists, I want to never hear from any of them ever again, and I want my information scrubbed from their records (just keep my number as a never even call ever number while removing all other information about me). I will never use anyone associated with this company for anything. Anyone that calls me I now block and all texts I unsubscribe from but it is still never ending starting from calls starting at 8 am every morning. I will never ever want anything to do with this company, so please, please, please just leave me alone before I end up changing my phone number just to get it to stop. I can send screenshots of the now at least 150 calls and texts from your "lovely" marketing partners.Business Response

Received multiple calls from various numbers after visiting their website. After attempting to remove my personal information from their database via their privacy request form, I was given multiple error messages and was told that my request could not be processed. These predatory practices are unacceptable and is a violation of my right to privacy. I request this business immediately deletes my personal information from database. I went online to get health insurance quotes and after speaking with their representative and getting the information I needed, they have cold called me an additional 22 times in the past few hours from more than a dozen different numbers using area codes Ive lived in previously. I asked multiple times for them to stop calling. I called the company who claims to not have my information. On the website they claim to not be able to delete my information unless I am living in one of ten states, which I do not live in. Their website is deceiving, preying on people looking to get healthcare information and uses a .org to seem legitamite. Unfortunately I put my information into the first form, but did not submit or consent to their other forms that say they can call you. I realized this is a scam service as you can see from their other reviews on BBB. Since that moment on their website, I have received an obnoxious amount of phone calls from their agents, rude, hanging up on me, asking the same questions. I have repeatedly asked NextGen leads sales representatives to put me on the do not call list, that I'm not interested, and was assured I was on that list. I have received calls initially every 5 minutes from different numbers for the first day. Then every half hour starting at 9am the second day, and it has continued into the 5th day now. I have ask **** to take me off and put my case as closed in their system, they continue to call, and hang up on me when I ask to stop calling. They clearly have no intention of stopping, and are making thousands of calls a day to prey on innocent people. Untrustworthy people, business, and I can't imagine there are people and businesses in the world like this.Business Response

July 4, ******** company attempted to sign me up for health/dental care but they were lying to me. I thought they were a different company but they lied and said the one I was wanting wasn't available to me but that is absolutely not true and now they will not stop calling me even though I said I was not interested. Starting Saturday, June 6, 2025, I got a phishing text from someone claiming to be associated with FirstQuote Health (see attached image). Since then, I have received upwards of 50 harassing phone calls and voicemails from 10+ phone numbers demanding to speak with someone named ******* about health insurance plans. NexGen Leads has been a complete disappointment and waste of my money and time. Over two consecutive days, I sat on the phone for over an hour each time with two active campaigns and did not receive a single call lead. The form leads they provided have also been consistently lower than sub-parwith disconnected numbers, fake information, and people who never requested to be contacted.When I raised these concerns, their representative, *******, hung up on me, showing a clear lack of professionalism and customer support.****** has admitted to some issues and only offered a partial refund, refusing to return my previous deposits. Its clear their tactics involve giving lower-quality leads to smaller agencies while prioritizing larger call centers that pay more. This isnt just bad serviceits a waste of my money and, more importantly, my ******* requesting a full refund of all deposits, both past and present. NexGens practices are misleading and deceptive, and I want to ensure other agents dont fall victim to the same tactics.Business Response

I completely understand how frustrating it can be to feel like youre not getting a fair shot at winning call leads, especially if youre setting time aside to wait for them. In general, agents see the best results when they leave their campaigns running continuously for at least 8 hours. Looking at your campaign history, it looks like your sessions were often paused and typically only active for 30 minutes to an hour and never longer than two hours. That kind of stop-and-go approach makes it tough to win leads consistently, so extending your run times should help significantly.
I also noticed you've purchased 105 data leads since signing up in February. Thats still a pretty limited sample size to evaluate overall lead quality; especially since most of those leads were from our discounted, unfiltered pool. If you're looking for more targeted results, Id recommend using filters, even though it comes at a slightly higher cost. It lets you hone in on the specific leads that are the best fit for your goals. As a reminder, while we can't guarantee a specific conversion rate or cost per acquisition, we can refund any unused balance in your account and it looks like weve already processed a full refund for your most recent deposit. Were unable to offer refunds for leads that have already been purchased, as these are exclusive products that remain tied to the purchasing agent permanently.I hope this clears things up and offers a bit more insight into optimizing your lead strategy moving forward. I keep getting harassing phone calls from this organization despite requesting to be on the do not call list. They said they couldn't help me so I hung up, but I keep getting calls from them regardless. I called the number back, got transferred to someone who said I was on the list and I would stop receiving these calls. I have also been hung up multiple times for requesting to be on the do not call list. They call several times a day. Unsolicited repeated communication is harassment. I called them from ************** website thinking they were associated with ******, but they are some third party organization. They have been harassing me for 2 weeks now from various spoofed numbers. They called me under the name FirstQuote Health, but apparently the name of the organization is in fact NextGenLeads.
