1 starIt stopped working after a month. I emailed them 8 times with a response from, a person named ****, to explain the problem. I did in the first email and every email. I did this again at ****** request. I have never heard back. They can't be trusted. They have numerous other products, and I am constantly being spammed with them in my emails. I am close to ***** and could drive over to have them replaced. I have received two emails asking me to rate their customer support, which goes directly to them. I responded that I would rate it if I didn't hear from them so I am here. There are two things I can say about Oricle. One, their product is substandard, Two, customer support is nonexistent, probably because of number one. The reviews here all say the same. One of the most common causes for malfunctioning or lack of response is a depleted battery. If this is the case, we recommend charging your hearing aids for a couple of hours. They should be fully charged within this time, and giving them a little more time to power up may help resolve the issue.
Additionally, here are some troubleshooting tips to ensure proper charging:
Incorrect Placement: Ensure that the hearing aids are placed correctly in the charging case. The left (L) hearing aid should be placed in the left (L) charging slot, and the right (R) hearing aid should go in the right (R) slot.
Unpowered Adapter: If the charging case itself isnt powering up, please double-check that the adapter is properly plugged in and receiving power. If everything seems fine, try unplugging the charging cable and then reconnecting it to ensure it's securely connected.
Charging Cable Issues: If the charging cable appears to be malfunctioning, we suggest trying another compatible cable to rule out any potential issues with the cable itself.
Regarding the return request, after reviewing our records, we see that the request was submitted on April 27, 2025, which unfortunately falls outside of our 30-day return policy. We understand this is disappointing, and while we are unable to process a return at this time, we are here to assist you with troubleshooting any issues you may be facing.

2 starsI was pleased with the JH-A490, but I work in an airport and as soon as I got to work, they started screaming in my ear. I haven't worn them since the airport experience. If I can't wear them at work, they have no value to me. I would like to return them for a refund.Oricle Hearing Aids

If you are new to using hearing aids, its common to experience background noise, especially as your ears adjust to hearing a wider range of sounds. It can take time for your brain to become accustomed to all the environmental sounds around you. We recommend starting with shorter wear periods in quiet environments (about 1-2 hours daily) and gradually increasing the time as you become more comfortable. As you continue to wear them, the background noise should become less noticeable, and the hearing aids will perform more naturally.

1 starI wish I would have investigated Oricle Hearing Aids more before making a purchased based on an elaborate advertising add! I'm retired and cannot afford $4000+ for hearing aids so I succumbed to the add! They do not fit even with the smallest ear bud, they are really tough to get adjusted to hearing correctly, and they can only be worn for a few hours before they start to hurt my ears! From the reviews it sounds like a fight to get a refund so I'll chalk this up as an expensive learning experience and will discourage anyone from using this company. Their advertising group should be hired by a good reputable company because they do a good promotion they just need an honest company to work with!Oricle Hearing Aids

1 starI have had a similar experience with a return of the Oriole hearing aids. I have sent four emails requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for a return and refund, which must be completed within 30 days. The order was placed on April 8th and I am not sure of the date I received the hearing aids. But it is getting close to the 30 days with no solution and very little communication. 1 starI was looking for a pair of hearing aids and saw very impressive ad from Oricle hearing aids claiming amazing results with their aids. I ordered a pair for $168.72 on April 6, 2025 and received them within 10 days or so. After using them for a few days I decided to return them because the aids were not helping me to hear better. According their advertised offer of "return within 30 days for a full refund" i sent them an email on April 16, 2025. i did not received any response and after that sent them several emails to respond. So far no response. I can not call them since they do not have any phone numbers. It appears I have become an victim of a fraud. Please do not buy anything from them!Oricle Hearing Aids

Oricle Hearing when a return is requested drags out useless email information contact avoiding mention of return til 30 days is expired, finally sends RMA return code and keeps your money. They have many excuses and no successful return/refund of product. Scam is on especially vulnerable Sr ******** that should promptly be legally stopped! There's NO legitimate phone number to speak to a representative, NO responses to THREE email requests for refund, NO customer service despite their repeated statements insisting they have good customer service. I have sent FOUR emails requesting instructions for a refund, but so far, I have received ZERO responses regarding how to return the hearing aids and how to receive a refund, only a response on why I should keep them.
