      Said they offer a money back guarantee. I tried their product which was way too large for my ear and asked to return for a refund. They said they had to be unopened. How crazy?!!! How can you know if they will fit if you cant even open the package. Terrible company!

      I already reached out. They said it was their policy and directed me to their website. That same website also says 100% satisfaction guarantee. Im not satisfied because their product is way too large for my ears; yet, they will not let me return them for credit.

      I purchased a pair of the hearing aids for my mom, she never used them because they didn’t fit right (were very uncomfortable for her)..After 3 emails to try to get return instructions I only received the same return email 3 times telling me to email their support or call - got no response from the support email so finally called. After speaking to Customer Service who put me on hold 3 times, first time he came back on he told me I should give them to someone or sell them, second time he said it would taken some time to get a RMA#, the third time he gave me the number but said he would send the info in an email - I asked for it before hanging up and he gave me the RMA # and address to send it to. He did send the email but no return label so they will be deducting shipping and restocking fees and also fees for being a used item.
      Also when I ordered them I paid $14.98 for expedited shipping and that took 10 days.
      They weren’t used they didn’t fit and why am I being charged for shipping when I have to pay to mail it.
      I will be sending them back but would like a full refund.
      Hoping no one else falls for this sham of a business.

      BUYER BEWARE!!! NO DECENT RETURN POLICY. Only accept totally unopened boxes so you can't even try to see if they work for you.

      Terrible customer service! I ordered hearing aids from this company and, at the time, was told I could return them for a full refund. I did not like the way they fit, or their appearance. I was told they would reimburse me for 50% of the cost but have not received a cent from them. They claimed that COVID was the reason they couldn't reimburse me for the full amount. I fail to see how COVID plays a part in this.They have not responded to my last email, asking again for my refund with no response.*******************
