1 starNot an honest company . Add charges that you didn’t agree. You ask for help and get the run around . Charged my credit card and when I asked about the charges they told me they don’t accept my credit card company but yet they accepted the payment. I am not satisfied with the hearing aid and afraid to return them and not get my refund. The company is very dishonest. They refuse to acknowledge my concerns.Review fromKris H

1 starMy mother-in-law ordered these hearing aids after seeing an ad, showing how good they were. From the moment she tried them, they did not fit properly and did not work anywhere near what was advertised. We have tried contacting the company through their email and the instant "chat", only to have them respond with "try this" or "watch this video" to help them fit better. We explained we just want to return them for a refund since we are still within their ***************************************************************** fact, the hearing aids were shipped from a random "shipping company" in our town, not even related to this business. This company looks to be a scam and we would strongly advise to be very careful if you decide to purchase their product. They advertise on their website "as seen on ***, ***, ***, *** and Good Morning America". I wonder what these news organizations would think if they realized this company is using their name to profit, while doing apparent "bait and switch" tactics.Oricle Hearing Aids

1 starI have learned a valuable ******* Never deal with a company that does not provide a phone number for any correspondence, problems, etc.I had to resort to their support website, which is a total waste of time, to state my case. Both responses were the same wordage and didn't address my problems. I think it was a standard answer they give to everything. This was today, 9-16-25. I had sent my first email to Oricle on 9-12-25 and never even received an response. My issue is a problem with the volume controls. My husband can't adjust these controls. Also, they charged me $17.00* for some tips that I never ordered or authorized. I had planned to get this all worked out with them, but I am so angry for all the time I've wasted, to no avail, that I just want my money back and I'll deal with a company where I can make a phone call to communicate in the future.I want my $134.96 that I paid on 8-12-25 and the $17.27 for the unauthorized charge of ear tips. When I get my refunds, I will send everything back to Oricle.This is within the 30 days so this should not be a problem.Thank you for your assistance.Oricle Hearing Aids

1 starI will never consider doing business with Oricle again Bought the $9.99 Warranty.. what a joke. Had problems earlier on with right side not charging properly Contact with Support got me 3 "form letter" email responses Then an offer to get a $140 discount on yet another one of their products Only after I showed them I filed a complaint with ************* did the offer a discounted refund taking off $32 for various reasons plus me having to pay return shipping of $15.00 Even though I refused that offer they automatically refunded the discounted amount. Since we were at an impasse I told them I would be honorable and return the product however I would also be filing a complaint with the *****************************'s consumer affairs office as well as posting an honest review So the purchased warranty got me the right to spend another $47 Be advised this company has no published telephone numberOricle Hearing Aids

1 starThis company is a scam. The hearing aids produces overwhelming static feedback and did not work at all. I also kept receiving new tips that I did not order and was charged for them. I tried to return but every time I sent the request I was sent an email to "try this" and "try that" to the point where I finally exceeded the time limit to return. I am not stuck with this garbage and I am out over $200.00 and have absolutely nothing to show for it. DO NOT buy these hearing aids!Oricle Hearing Aids

1 starThis seems to be a classic bait-and-switch. Ordered the $99 through ******* and had trouble from the time I opened the box. Would not hold a charge, would not fit in my ears even after changing the tips to the smallest provided. When I contacted the company by email I received a reply telling me to try several steps that I had already tried and then they tried to sell me an upgrade for another approximate $200.
