      The hearing aids don't work. I complained to the company. They wanted me to buy another hearing aid for the same price I spent that didn't work. I don't want other seniors getting ripped off by them .

      These hearing aids work extremely well for the TV. I had a few issues getting the right fit, but then that was the case with my big clunky old ones, too. These are much better. My only problem is that I'm on my phone a lot and I can't use these with the phone! If I'm in a meeting, I would have to put my phone on speaker or take out my hearing aids because they aren't bluetooth so I can't pair them to my phone. Seriously, that is the ONLY problem I have. Since my phone is a huge part of my business, I can't use them. But, I do think these are a great product otherwise to the point I have sent the website to a lady who doesn't use a phone!

      They work well but I can't hear if they are turned off in order to charge them. Maybe you could make the noise louder to indicate they are turned off.

      Regarding your concern about hearing when the hearing aids are turned off, we understand how important it is to know when they're ready for charging. To turn off the Oricle Hearing Aids, simply press and hold the multi-function button for about 4 seconds. You will hear a prompt tone indicating that the program is switching, and if you continue pressing, youll hear the turn-off prompt tone, signaling that the devices are off and ready to be charged.

      Well definitely take your suggestion into consideration about making the off-tone louder for future updates. Your input is invaluable to us, and we want to ensure the best possible experience for all of our customers.

      Took about 3 days to get used to them after a few adjustments.I can now hear the tv clearly on volume 10 instead of ******** patient and diligent. It's worth the ********** more having people constantly repeat themselves.

      Well, I've only been wearing them for a few days, and I must say I'm not that much impressed. This is my second attempt using OTC hearing aids (the first was a pair of Audiens) and although yours is slightly better, it's not exactly what I would expect. For instance, although not as bad, everything still sounds "tinny" and like listening through a hollow tube. Background noises (like the printer, footsteps, computer mouse clicking, etc.) are LOUD while voices, though louder, are lower than said background noises. What's really annoying is the fact that I can hear my own heartbeat and breathing (even at lower volume settings). Now it's a nice being assured that I'm still alive, but still. On the plus side, I was FINALLY able to figure the volume control, however, I can't get the hang of switching from normal to restaurant mode. Before you ask, yes, I have read the instructions (at least twice). They're not very "invisible" either.

If you are new to using hearing aids, its common to experience heightened background noise, as your ears are adjusting to a wider range of sounds. Your brain needs time to process all the additional environmental sounds around you. We recommend starting with shorter wear periods in quieter environments (about 1-2 hours daily), then gradually increasing the time as you become more comfortable. With consistent use, the background noise should become less noticeable, and the hearing aids will begin to feel more natural.

      In terms of the volume control, the Oricle Hearing Aid does have an adjustable volume to tailor the sound to your preference. If youre still feeling that the background noises are too prominent, it may help to try fine-tuning the volume further. Small adjustments can sometimes make a big difference in your overall listening experience.

      As for switching between normal and restaurant modes, we understand it can take a little time to get used to the different settings.       Great correspondent. Fit like a dream. Ease of volume adjust. Signals changes, and lets you know what level you are at with sounds. Best ever. $5,000 ones in my drawer. Three other cheap ones (under $100 ) also. These are all I need. Thanks!
