      I need to return the hearing aids, but it has been literally impossible. The phone number, email and everything about them is a great big scam! I am waiting for my refund. Their email to me (only one-way) won't even print on my computer and won't let me do a screen shot either. Needless to say, I am very mad.

      I bought two sets, one for my wife and one for my wife who has Deminiton and ****** did not see the left hand unit and somehow lost it during a bath. Can I buy only one Left hand side to replace the one lost somewhere in the hospital?

      These hearing aids are made for "one size fits all" They do not fit, pop out of ears when coughing slightly or chewing food. Also they have the most annoying and nonstop FEEDBACK or constant noise making my hearing worse. it amplifies noises and the feedback sound and prevents me from hearing normal conversation.Since I am highly disappointed and dismayed in their "promised" sound amplification and improved hearing, I am returning them to you. All the amazing features you advertised so aggressively did not materialize. Please send me my full refund.

Your brain needs time to process these new sounds, and it can take a few uses before this becomes less noticeable.

      To help ease the transition, we recommend starting with shorter wear periods (1-2 hours daily) in quiet environments, gradually increasing the time. Over time, your brain will adjust, and the feedback and background noise should diminish, allowing for a more natural sound experience.

      Regarding the Fit:

      I also understand your concern about the fit. Oricle Hearing Aids come with three sizes of ear domes to help achieve a better fit. Its common to struggle with the fit initially, and we recommend trying the different sizes to see if one provides a more secure and comfortable experience.

      I should have known better then to try these hearing aids. This company is not registered with the BBB, which should have been my number one sign to NOT order them! They are absolute garbage, in my opinion. There are many reviews (one their site, so no telling how real they are), stating the people absolutely love them ~ I am thrilled for those people. Unfortunately, I am not one of them. What was equally as frustrating, was the fact that their site states you will receive an email within ONE BUSINESS DAY regarding starting the return process. Try FOUR or FIVE ~ and with ZERO response until then. I tried numerous times to use their (live) chat function on the site, to no avail. I finally got a live person who tried to talk to me (it was 110% scripted) about what to do to "fix" why I didn't like them/why they didn't work for me. I was on with them for almost 20 minutes before finally receiving the information about where to return them. Of course postage back was my responsibility, they suggested sending with tracking. It cost me nearly $10 to send them back. I was getting communication from them after that (via email) daily, sometimes twice) saying how glad they were to be able to help me. For real?! Bottom line, I got my full purchase price (did not get my initial $10 shipping to me or the $10 shipping back ~ so out $20) back. If you want to take a chance on this company and these devices, be my guest, but you'd better home you like them and don't need to communicate with them because GOOD LUCK.

      I tried to return for refund the person tried to have me do this and that then offered for me to keep them and buy a different set then offered a credit on a different set I can not use there product they dont fit and will not work for me still havent got satisfaction from them dont buy from them poor customer service

      Oricle Hearing uses a bait and switch method of taking more money. They advertise in CDN dollars and charge in USD. Be careful Canadians they are targeting you.

      No stars, they are horrible. Not hearing aids but amplifiers. Tried to adapt to them for 3-4 months but not happening. If I attempt to watch TV the background noise is unbearable, as the old adage states: you get what you pay for! Have to utilize one star, in reality NO STARS!

      Bought in April 2025 & after a couple weeks did not like did not help my hearing email company to return (according to agreement when I got them you can return before 30 days) no one ever returned my email so I got stuck with something I cant wear. I dont recommend oricle.
