5 starsI spent $4,000 on hearing aids, that I was not pleased with. I ordered the Oricle ones, thinking I am willing to ****** $99. I am so very pleased that I did. The Oricle hearing aids are way superior to the more expensive ones. I can buy 25 pairs of the Oricle for what I paid for the other ones, that I do not like nearly as well. The Tech for the more expensive aids said they should sound normal. I had no idea what she was talking about, until I put on the Oricle hearing aids. We also want to reassure you that our return policy is completely transparent. We accept returns as long as the items are undamaged and in their original packaging. We are more than happy to assist you through the process if you decide to move forward with a return.
- Dirty Charging Contacts: If the charging contacts on the hearing aids or inside the charging case are dirty, they may not charge properly. Please clean the charging contacts using the cleaning tool provided to remove any debris that might be interfering with the connection.
- Depleted Charging Case Battery: If the charging case itself has run out of battery, the hearing aids wont charge. Make sure to fully charge the charging case to ensure it has enough power to charge your hearing aids.
- Incorrect Placement: Its essential to place the hearing aids in the correct slots of the charging case. Ensure that the left (L) hearing aid is in the left (L) charging slot and the right (R) hearing aid is in the right (R) charging slot.
- Unpowered Adapter: If the charging case is not charging, it might be because the adapter is not powered. Please ensure that the adapter is plugged in and receiving power. If everything looks good, try unplugging the charging cable and replugging it.
- Charging Cable Issues: Sometimes, the charging cable itself may be faulty. If you have another compatible charging cable available, please try using that to see if it resolves the issue.

3 starsI was hoping these would sound similar to earphones but thats not the case . I find the sound adjustments hard to access and difficult to change, and the beeps a little confusing. I have in the past had prescription aids, and I will say I didnt like them. Im not sure the benefit of hearing aids is worth the price.Oricle Hearing Aids

Wed like to take this opportunity to explain that the Oricle Hearing Aid Pro model offers six (6) distinct volume levels. To adjust the volume, simply press the button, and it will cycle through the levels. Each button press will increase the volume, and you will hear a beep with each adjustment. When the maximum volume is reached, you'll hear three (3) beeps. Pressing the button again will bring the volume back to the lowest level.
We also want to reassure you that our return policy is completely transparent and easy to follow. We accept returns as long as the product is undamaged and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and inserts).
