      I believe this company is SCAMMING the public and should be investigated by the *******************'s office!I have tried at least five times to cancel a supposed subscription to additional "ear tips" from Oricle hearing aids. They continue to charge me, and send me, monthly packages of these "ear tips" regardless. The hearing aids do not help my hearing in any way, shape or form. They do not recharge adequately. They are basically worthless..Now they do not bother to respond to any communications.

      We sincerely apologize for the frustration you've experienced with both your Oricle Hearing Aids and the additional ear tip subscriptions. We understand how important it is for you to have a product that works as expected, and were sorry for any inconvenience caused.

      We also want to address a potential issue that could be causing the difficulty you're experiencing with the hearing aids. One common reason for malfunctioning or lack of response is that the battery may be depleted. If this is the case, please try charging your hearing aids for a couple of hours. They should be fully charged within that time, and giving them a little extra time to power up might resolve the issue.

      Additionally, here are some other tips to ensure proper charging:

      Incorrect Placement: Ensure the hearing aids are placed correctly in the charging case, with the left (L) hearing aid in the left (L) charging slot and the right (R) hearing aid in the right (R) charging slot.

      Unpowered Adapter: Confirm that the charging case itself is receiving power, and that the adapter is securely plugged in. If the case isnt powering up, try unplugging the charging cable and replugging it in to ensure a secure connection.

      Charging Cable Issues: If you suspect the charging cable is malfunctioning, try using another compatible cable to rule out any issues with the cable itself.

      Regarding the additional ear tip subscription, we want to emphasize that we are fully transparent with our upsell offers. During checkout, customers are always given the option to click "NO, Thank you" to decline any extra products or services. We regret that this may not have been clearly communicated, and we truly appreciate your feedback, which will help us improve our communication going forward.

      Please rest assured that we have carefully reviewed your account, and as of now, weve processed the cancellation for your Oricle Hearing Aid ear tip subscription. After checking our records, we found that we have not received any email request from you (heathersuefeather @ gmail .com) regarding cancellation. We truly regret any confusion caused by this oversight and have taken immediate steps to resolve the issue.

      I sent an email within a week after I used them I found out they beep 4 times and start to shout down after several 4 beep in 6 to 8 hours they are off and no information in instructions about these 4 beeps. The response was nothing about the 4 beeps. I tried a second email that I was having a charging problem and the response was will send me new hearing aids. I need a new charger and since I like the Oricle pro aids They fit exactly what I need in my career as an Electronic Engineer. I been at my trade for 74 years and am still working today. I sent more emails got no response and life time support does not exist at Oricle. I need to keep charging them after the charger states they are charged, about four times each day and I can used them for my requirements.

      First and foremost, we want to extend our sincerest apologies for the frustration youve encountered with your Oricle Hearing Aids, and the lack of communication on our part. We completely understand how essential these devices are for you, especially given your vast experience as an Electronic Engineer. We greatly appreciate your patience and feedback.

      Upon reviewing your account, we found that we sent you an email on April 29, 2025, offering a replacement for your hearing aids. However, it appears we have not yet received a confirmation from your end to proceed with the replacement. If you could kindly reply to that email, we will process a replacement for the entire unit, including the charging case, as quickly as possible.

      Additionally, we would like to draw your attention to a note in the manual included with your hearing aids. On Page 31, it states that the actual battery life depends on factors such as the use pattern, active features, hearing loss, and the sound environment. These variables can affect how long the batteries last and may contribute to the behavior you're experiencing. We recommend ensuring that the hearing aids are charged fully and correctly, as outlined in the manual.

      Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and we are fully committed to resolving the matter to your satisfaction. Please reply to the email we sent on April 29, 2025, so we can initiate the replacement of the unit, including the charging case.

      Been trying different hearing aids for years and these are the best by far. The Pro model has amazing sound quality and the rechargable case is so covenient. No more tiny batteries to fiddle with! The automatic adjustment feature works perfectly in different environments, and nobody can even tell I'm wearing them. Such a relief to finally find something that works without spending thousands!
