1 starWhen I received the hearing and try them on, they were so big it wouldnt even go in my ear. I returned them and customer service said I would receive a $81 refund. I paid $191 for the two. Big scam, they charged me $110 for restocking fee and I also had to pay for return shipping. I had to call them for the $81 refund mean while they had the returned items for 2 weeks.Oricle Hearing Aids

1 starThe hearing aids performed poorly for me when there was multiple sound sources. The company was very difficult to communicate with and although they advertised the hearing aids as returnable, they refused to refund or accept a return. 1 star****** is taking advantage of the elderly and the disabled. With the purchase, this business claimed it would easily accept the items returned and issue a refund. NOT TRUE. I paid $299.99 and this business is refunding $73.30. Besides I have to pay to ship the hearing aids back to this business. This business needs to be investigated so they will stop their fraud. 1 starI ordered a pair with warranty ****** worth and I took them out of the box, they don't fit in my ears and they look nothing like there advertising. I have emailed them 5 times and the first three time the same emails were put smaller guards on. I again told them I don't want them and now they won't respond to my emails. Emailed and emailed and then they took more money out of account for new pair. they finally called and tried to get me to open the second pack and try those and I told her I just wanted my money back. 1 starSomeone needs to put this terrible excuse for a company out of business. Buyer beware. I ordered 2 pair of the hearing aids. Opened one pair to try fit and function. They did neither. Had to fiddle around with the charging device which only worked some of the time. Nothing but static in the device and they did not fit. Tried all their suggestions. No fit and they look like horns sticking out of the side of my head. Very discrete. So on with a no hassle return. I experienced everything that all other reviewers have had with their returns in spades. Paid $176 for the pair and am getting $70 backmaybe if I am lucky. Argued the issue of inspecting them without opening the box. These people are not in the real world. This is a scam pure and simple. Who goes to BBB every time they make a purchase to review how good or in this case how crappy the business. I will tell this story to friends and anyone who wants to to hear about a bad experienceD. Total boiler plate BS. If these hearing aids were purchased from ****** a full unquestioned refund would have been sent. My bad for not ordering from ******. I spent $176 and you tell me my refund is $70 for product that does not work in one case and is in original packaging for the other pair. This is theft and a scam plain and simple. Your customer service ***** just as bad as your return policy. Imaging you buy a new tv, take it home in the box and after laying your hands on the box you magically determine it is defective and return it because the seller will not accept it if the box is opened. 1 starOnce you order these Hearing AidsIf you are not satisfied with them they will not let you send them back like they say in the ad. They say you have 45 days to try them out. But when I called 5 different telephone numbers before I finally got someone to talk to She told me I had to pay for to ship them back and there was a $53.82 restocking g fee. They claim on their web site they offer 100% complete customer satisfaction, yet, to begin with , they're not prompt picking up the phone, and their **** are extremely difficult to understand !! See below---you cannot return any product if the packaging is opened!!! HOW DOES THAT WORK !!! Don't waste your time with multiple calls to customer service. Give them ONE opportunity to address your issue(s), then go to your credit card company to contest the charge(s). They'll open a case, research the issue, and have your back. These people have had these complaints before, some reported to you, and many that probably have not. Management at this company would have to be completely incompetent to approve such a return policy. This is deception at its highest level.
